An Elegant Experience, with a Few Areas for Improvement The hotel immediately stands out for its elegant and refined atmosphere, fully in keeping with what one would expect from a property of this category. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well maintained, while the common areas are equally well cared for. There is a clear attention to cleanliness and detail throughout the hotel. The restaurant offers a truly excellent dining experience. The dishes I had the opportunity to try were exquisite, beautifully presented, and of outstanding quality. The restaurant staff were also, for the most part, extremely kind, attentive, and courteous. Precisely because this is a five-star property, however, I believe there are a few aspects that deserve greater attention. One of the main points concerns the relationship between the swimming pool and the restaurant areas. The outdoor pool is very visible from the sea-view restaurant, and while having lunch, constantly seeing guests in swimwear does not contribute to the sense of exclusivity and refinement one would expect in such a setting. In my opinion, creating greater visual separation between the two areas would significantly enhance the overall experience. The access to the property could also be organised in a more elegant and functional way. At present, there is a single entrance used both by pool guests and by those visiting the restaurant or bar. I find it rather inappropriate that guests who are simply having lunch or enjoying a drink should necessarily pass by people wearing swimwear. Separate entrances would make the experience much more discreet and consistent with the standards expected of a five-star hotel. Considering the particularly high temperatures, I would also suggest installing professional ventilation systems with water misting in the corners of the outdoor restaurant area. This could create a pleasant, gentle breeze and make dining considerably more comfortable during extremely hot days. As for the bar, I noticed a difference compared with the quality of service provided by the restaurant. The staff in the bar area sometimes appeared distracted and somewhat less attentive in their manner and service. In addition, the indoor bar is very often unattended, which gives the impression that it is not sufficiently supervised. This is another detail that, in a luxury property, can make a significant difference. Another minor point concerns the restaurant's printed menu. The cuisine is excellent, but the presentation of the menu itself did not seem entirely consistent with the standard of the property. I would have expected something more elegant and sophisticated, such as a leather or high-quality faux-leather cover, as is often found in hotels of the same category, rather than a large sheet of paper. I also experienced some issues with the elevators, which would certainly be worth checking, particularly considering the number and calibre of guests the hotel welcomes. The bathrooms are modern and pleasant overall, although the choice and quality of the toilets themselves felt somewhat below the standard I would expect from a five-star property. Overall, I consider this to be a beautiful, elegant hotel with excellent potential, offering outstanding cuisine and exceptionally clean and well-maintained surroundings. My comments are not intended to detract from the experience, but rather to highlight those small details that, precisely in a five-star hotel, can transform a very pleasant stay into a truly impeccable one. At this level, it is the details that make all the difference.

Treat yourself and enjoy a spectacular holiday at a beautiful 5 star hotel! Everything is perfection. The check in experience was so personable that it felt like home. The breakfast team always put us at an ocean facing breakfast table, the concierge helped us navigate seeing SpiderMan and Gluten Free. The rooms are absolutely spectacular. We had two suites, one facing the ocean and the other facing the city and both were truly spectacular. The rooms were cleaned and plenty of water given helping with the very hot summer thirst!

Thank you for making us feel so at home during our stay. As a Globalist member, I truly felt exceptionally well taken care of. All of our requested room preparations were handled flawlessly, and the personalized touch of kids' amenities, snacks, and drinks was deeply appreciated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, our evening swim was made truly magical by the sweet, romantic atmosphere of the live musical performance. It was a wonderful highlight of our trip.

Hôtel Palais de la Méditerranée was the perfect way to cap off our European vacation. The experience felt polished, welcoming, and truly deserving of its five-star rating. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and perfectly situated on the Promenade des Anglais. Our suite was comfortable and elegant, and the overall level of service and attention to detail was exactly what you expect from a luxury property. After a deeply disappointing experience at a five-star resort in the Caribbean in December 2025, our stay here completely restored my faith in what a true five-star hotel experience should be. We absolutely loved our stay and would return without hesitation. 10/10.

Location is great very central. Staff was very helpful and room service was the fastest I have yet experienced. Hotel was recently renovated and the rooms were beautiful. We stayed at a suite with kids and the room was very comfortable! Would definitely recommend
