As Titanium members of Marriott you will not be recognized for your loyalty. We have been coming here for over 15 years and as of this year, they do not care about the history or the loyalty. The management has not recogized the history as they have in the past. If it was not for the front desk people that we’ve known for years, you would thing we were first time customers.

Excellent location (we had a wonderful corner room with ocean front view...amazing). The staff was super friendly and helpful (the valet's were very efficient and well organized). The room was spotless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic (so much selection that it allowed us to have a huge breakfast and skipping lunch). All in all an excellent place to stay in Nice.

Sea View room was nice. Check In was slowest and least efficient of all places we stayed on recent trip to France. Manager on duty was very unprofessional when I explained I didn’t want to sit and relax while waiting on him to check us in. We were late for dinner plans after the difficulty of navigating the arrival with parking directions given by hotel staff., I just wanted to get to room and rush to dinner. Elevators were wonky, two in the set of four do not go to ground level so you must get off and switch or walk to the escalators, one of which was out of order for our three night stay. Street noise was very loud on 4th floor (go higher if this is a concern for you). Rooftop pool was a bit of a disappointment, they have sling chairs, no loungers and they are on edge of pool, there is no room to walk by them, it is a very odd set up, fine to take a quick dip but also basically inside the restaurant. Hotel was clean, staff other than the manager we encountered on arrival, was all nice.

Spent couple nights here for our travel through South France. Very dated Marriott hotel. Good location but definitely need some remodeling needed. Expected more out of this hotel based on the reviews and being part of the Marriott property. Room is very average size with cheap furniture. I definitely would not come back here for future visits. Only good thing about this place is that they have a roof top bar restaurant which you do need to reserve. Hotel guests do not get any priority access.

Nice room and bed, very well kept by room service worker Goar! The breakfast buffet is outstanding: great variety, freshness and quality. Concierge service by Rachel very good: set us up with a “Nice rustic” hole-in-the-wall place for dinner. Tres bien!
