The location is great and the staff are helpful. The room is very small. The bed is excellent. What the hotel calls a ‘courtyard view’ means that the room faces an ugly empty space in the middle of the hotel, and that guests in the rooms on the other side look directly into your room. Very overpriced for what we received.

Service was good as well as the cleanliness of the room.

Hotel is in a good location but the hotel staff could do so much better. After checking with the teams multiple times on delayed baggage, the hotel refused my luggage because they apparently didn’t have me in the system (reservation was u fee my friends name) but I handed my passport at check in and again, checked with staff multiple times. The hotel has yet to take any accountability and reimburse for my expenses to and from the airport to finally retrieve my luggage the day before I left nice. Do not recommend!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My room was in terrible condition and was nowhere close to what I’d expect from a hotel that markets itself as luxury. The walls were covered in scuff marks, the paint was chipped throughout the room, and the door locks were damaged. The room felt worn down, neglected, and more like a hospital room than a luxury property. What made the experience even worse was how my early departure was handled. After seeing the condition of the room, I spoke with a member of the front desk staff, who assured me that if I checked out early and notified the hotel the following day, I would not be charged for the remaining nights. Based on that assurance, I booked another hotel. The next day, I did exactly what I had been instructed to do. I emailed the hotel, called the front desk to confirm they had received my email, and even had my travel advisor send a confirmation as well. Later that evening, when I returned to finalize everything, I was suddenly told that the employee who had given me permission “didn’t have the authority” to make that decision and that I might still be responsible for the charges. Being told one thing, relying on it, and then having the hotel reverse course after I had already made other arrangements was incredibly upsetting. It caused hours of unnecessary stress and anxiety during what was supposed to be a vacation. Thankfully, the hotel manager ultimately stepped in and honored what I had originally been told, but it should never have reached that point. I appreciate the manager for making it right, but the rest of the experience fell far below the standard I expect from a luxury Marriott property. Between the unacceptable condition of the room and the confusion surrounding my early checkout, this stay was exhausting and deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Beautiful hotel right across from the beach. Within walking distance to fantastic restaurants and shopping. The rooftop restaurant and bar is amazing. Views are breathtaking! Wonderful staff and service. We enjoyed our stay!
