The most special of places in the Oman mountains of Jabal Akhdar. The design of the hotel complex is masterful, every detail is precisely executed. The staff are exceptional, the food is delicious and the vistas are breathtaking. This is hands down the most special place in ALL of Oman.

Fabulous resort with exceptional reviews! A must visit!
The Alili is a beautiful hotel in an amazing setting. The views, decor and general feel of the hotel are high quality and make you feel calm and relaxed. The swimming pool and grounds are lovely and the food excellent- a lot of the fresh produce is grown on site. There are complimntary activities such as star gazing which was also a great experience. Would stay there again!

Worst experience. The hotel Manager was not polite at all. The words he used were very bad and we didn't like it. He should be professional and polite. Breakfast experience was good.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the conduct of Mr Gregoire the Food & Beverage Manager within dine at juniper restaurants The incident took place on February at approximately evening in Juniper Restaurant During this situation, I experienced behavior and communication that I considered unprofessional and inappropriate within a hospitality working environment. Specifically, the interaction involved us when he tried to ask satisfaction he intrupted us with Chinese language as we are not Chinese. And wear from Korea. As a result, the situation caused significant discomfort and negatively affected my sense of professionalism and well-being in the workplace. I believe it is important for all employees to work in an environment that upholds respect, professionalism, and proper ethical standards. Therefore, I respectfully request that management review this matter objectively and take any necessary action in accordance with company policies and procedures. I am prepared to provide additional information, clarification, or supporting evidence if required during the review process. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Well worth the drive from Muscat. Terrific setting and great facilities. Provides challenging outdoor activities. Michelin quality food. Service is absolutely sublime
