Disney Trip: I was stopped in the lobby by the Hilton sales person and offered a vacation package too good to be true. I fell for ut. So turns out this deal offeredl is a scam. The hotels he showed us, specifically the Lake Tahoe and good Hawaii hotels, have close to NO availability. Example: Lake Tahoe is available in March 2026 for a very limited number of nights. Its August 2025 and there is nothing available until mid March 2026. Thats nuts! This is a classic Bait & Switch. I am so mad. As a Disney Magic Key holder who goes to Anaheim.once a month or more,I'll never return to Hikton after this classic scam. I'm so mad!!

I had a fantastic stay and would like to call out your employee Zeb who was exceptionally kind in laying out the offers and benefits available to me as a Hilton Honors member and as someone staying at this wonderful Hilton Anaheim.

I wish the pool had been open, and their directional signage is very poor. Someone from the hotel needs to pretend to be a guest driving in from out of town and see what it's like to try to park, find the hotel elevator, take it to the lobby level, then get out of the elevator and try to figure out where the front desk is. I'm sure the front desk staff don't appreciate having to constantly bear the brunt of guest's unnecessary and completely avoidable anger and frustration. Oh, and the button panel on the elevators should have labels for what's on each level. They're gumming up the works and leaving money on the table all at the cost of a handful of laminated signs. But I had a very pleasant experience with a nice man named Zeb who set me up with a great Hilton vacation package, so he deserves a heart attaboy from whoevers handing them out :)

Zen was super helpful! He offered a cheap getaway through the Hilton grand vacation. The offer was great and we applied for the 3 nights 4 day vacation.

This Hilton is set in a beautiful location. However, we were unaware of the ongoing renovations on the 5th-floor pool. We specifically booked the hotel for its pool, only to find that the outdoor pool was closed. The indoor fitness center pool on the lower level remains open, which isn’t quite the same experience as the outdoor pool. We look forward to returning once the construction is complete. Our room was nice, clean, and the beds were very comfortable—a welcome relief after a long day at Disneyland. It’s worth noting that this Hilton doesn’t offer the traditional complimentary breakfast. Instead, guests receive a reimbursement card for food, a detail we only learned about at checkout. Additionally, we had a great conversation with Zeb from Hilton Vacations regarding trip offers and promotions. He was extremely helpful, and I highly recommend stopping by to speak with him if you're interested in timeshare opportunities or learning about special offers. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider visiting again.
