Always loved the atmosphere here at the Hilton. I always had the privilege to come here both personally and for business. This week was for a week long conference so they made it feel like home. The staff is always friendly and accommodating especially my new friend, Pankaj! Thank you Hilton Anaheim!

Love the bar and rooms !! Zeb was awesome ! The pool was warm and plenty of seating to enjoy cocktails . Easy walk to downtown Disney

I’ve stayed in this hotel on multiple occasions for the NAMM convention over the years. I have previously reviewed this hotel prior to its recent refurbishment and it was less than great. However, the recent refurbishments have made a huge difference. The lobby is a great place to be, with recent remodels to the restaurant a huge improvement, along with the menus! The addition of a market in the lobby, in addition to the existing retail store is great and functional, the remodel to the Starbucks has also bought more light and made it a much more pleasant place to be. I stayed in a junior suite, with an adjoining standard king room. The upgrades to the decoration and furnishings have made a huge difference, with new sofas and seating options, along with updated bathrooms. Refreshed hallways, decoration and carpets throughout have again made an incredible difference. This has been a huge remodelling of this hotel, which can’t have been easy due to the size of the hotel (I stayed last year when they were clearly in the middle of the work) but credit to the owners and management, the work carried out has been a significant upgrade. All staff I encountered were superb and very helpful and it made my stay all the more pleasant. Everything agreed upon prior to my stay was in place and I must extend my special thanks for MeLanie Fulllove for all the help in advance of my arrival. I was tempted to knock off a star for the gratuity that was auto applied to spend in the hotel (room service, bars, restaurants), which may or may not be specific for the dates over the NAMM show, however worth watching out for - especially if you’re an international traveller, as I saw many people automatically adding tips, not noticing the gratuity line on the check. However, the upgrades, service and refurbishment are worth the star rating. Excellent stay, will absolutely be back should the trip require it!
