Absolutely stunning holiday. Staff are all so friendly and helpful they all go above and behind to help in anyway. Food is amazing no matter where you eat, never had a bad meal. We had a water bungalow which was stunning. Nice small little pool which was lovely to just be in and look out across the sea and watch all the fish sharks and rays. Snoring whenever you wanted just outside the room. Always a fantastic atmosphere place is spotless and rooms are cleaned twice a day both with clean towels and robes. Best holiday ever thankyou so much.

The most amazing holiday truly a paradise , location , accommodation , staff all amazing but the most amazing part was the Gluten Free food . I have Celiac Disease and that brings challenges when traveling . I have travelled widely and can 100% say that this is the VERY best resort that I have been to that provides safe Gluten Free dining . The head chef Nalaka went above and beyond he was always around to help with what could be eaten from the Buffet and would make me anything Gluten Free . Breakfast I could order GF Pancakes , toast etc , there was also a separate GF selection of bread and cake . Every restaurant was very safe , listing GF on menu's , adapting where dishes were not to ensure that there was no missing out . The Indian restaurant was my favourite they even had GF Poppadom's . If I had an evening meal in the Iru Buffet Nalaka would prepare a GF desert for me , this may seem insignificant but those of us who cannot eat Gluten and would usually end up with fruit will understand how wonderful it is to get a real desert . You can also get GF pasta , pizza , Burgers , sandwiches . It truly is the most wonderful place . The only place that was not so great and truly was not a problem was the snacks in the room , there were biscuits and chocolates as a welcome gift , no GF and the mini bar snacks , also no GF . As I say not a issue at all but would have been a lovely special touch to have some GF in there if a guest has pre warned the resort as I did .

As this was our family's fourth trip to this island, it is obvious that we love this place. The location, the feel and the service are exceptional. However, the unexpected difficulties we had to face in connection with the Iran crisis pointed out even more what we already knew - the real treasure of this island is its people! During these very nervous days, not knowing when and how we would be able to return home, we had INCREDIBLE support. Starting with the reservation, Mirza Faiz and Radhika Sabharwal gave us prompt and kind responses regarding the extension of our stay, followed by the kind and caring support from all the staff. Neeshaadh, our butler with the best humour :-), made all the necessary rearrangements with great proficiency, while our friends Abdullah, Grishma, Sujana and Pratik really made us feel like we are family, going out of their way to help us with great smiles and lots of reassurance. Thank you for all the nice conversations and cheerful attitude to Dorothy, and all the most touching attention given to us by the Chefs and the Management! We hold all of you in our hearts!

An absolute dream vacation! We stayed at Sun Siyam Iru Fushi for 12 days and were absolutely thrilled. The welcome we received when we stepped out of the seaplane moved me to tears. We were speechless. The island is so beautiful and the service leaves nothing to be desired. Our “butler,” Azzam, was incredibly kind and always helped us. He organized everything for us, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our daughter was also treated with so much kindness—she had the time of her life, and so did we! We will never forget this vacation. All the staff are so warm and helpful. Many thanks to the entire team at Sun Siyam Iru Fushi, especially Azzam. We hope we can return one day! If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A holiday to remember for all the best reasons. I don’t normally leave reviews but this resort and the staff were too good not to show my appreciation for. The most incredible resort you could possibly go to. From the moment you arrive you are in paradise. The teams organisation and hospitality is the best we’ve ever encountered and we’ve travelled all over the world. Every member of staff would always be polite and say hello when walking past you. Our butler Shahu was always on hand when we needed him and was quick to get anything booked and sorted that we required during our stay. He kept us updated with everything going on around the island and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was one of the overwater horizon rooms and it was stunning. Would definitely recommend. Our housekeeper Prasath was so lovely and really accommodating, he made sure we had our mini bar stocked with all the things we liked and our room was always cleaned to a high standard. All the food we ate was incredible! We paid extra for the teppanyaki which was so worth it, the sushi made by the incredible chef was some of the best sushi we’ve ever had! My husband doesn’t like raw fish but even he would eat it and enjoyed it. We also paid extra for the lobster bbq which is a lovely touch and a great meal to enjoy on the beach. All the restaurants were amazing, special shoutout to the hospitality from the staff in the taste of India restaurant who were all so lovely and another waiter in the trio restaurant who said he normally works in the french restaurant (unfortunately cannot remember his name). There wasn’t a single member of staff in the whole resort who wasn’t welcoming and so lovely… it really is an amazing team they have. They also have a cream shop which is a lovely touch however they could be more generous with the ice cream scoops aha. The spa is absolutely stunning. The treatments are definitely on the pricer side however if you are all inclusive females get a free facial and all parties get $50 credit towards a treatment which really is a lovely touch and very much appreciated. I had Praveena do my first massage and it was truly the best massage I’ve ever received so much so I booked a second treatment and requested her again. As well as the credit towards treatments the spa also have daily offers on which is a really nice touch, I got a 90min massage upgraded to 120min for no extra cost. We also took part in waterskiing and wakeboarding. Unfortunately the larger water ski broke so my husband couldn’t learn but the instructor quickly recommended we tried wakeboarding instead so we gave that a go instead which was great fun. The food at the buffet was all a bit the same most days but that’s not a problem as you can eat at the snack bars for lunch- would recommend the adult only pool for lunch as they’re food was great and again the waiters there made great drinks. Also the sunset happy hour is a lovely touch and such a pretty surrounding. We really have no fault’s whatsoever with this resort and we really cannot wait to come and visit again. We did 11 nights but could definitely have stayed much longer. The only thing to be aware of when paying for additional items not included in your package is that there is a 10% service charge and a 17% tax added on top of the pricing.
