Intercontinental Buckhead Does Not Disappoint
A great hotel in an awesome location! The staff is remarkable. Checkin experience was above reproach. Check-in experience with Preston as industry standard, club lounge experience was amazing with Eric James and Hasna, and front desk experience with an eye for safety and security lead by Jazmine was great and definitely needed due to the weather in Atlanta. Team IC Buckhead does not disappoint!

Sophy at the front desk
Sophy at the front desk was great. I went to the counter about an issue with my bill and credits not being applied properly. She was able to see the problem and fixed it right away. No excuses, she just fixed it! That’s great customer service🤙🏾

Gorgeous Hotel
Really beautiful hotel, great front desk, servers and housekeeping staff! Any questions or requests I had they responded back to me very quickly! I had a late flight so they kept our luggages and allowed us to stay in the lobby until it was time for us to leave. I would definitely be back!

Professional and Excellent Customer Service
Jose Luis, was a fantastic masseur and professional! He is extremely knowledgeable about the human body. His customer service was top-tier. I highly recommend him and will be booking additional sessions. Jasmin at front desk also made my stay her comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel!
