The front desk staff especially April is always wonderful! I book my visiting teams at IHG and they love it. The front doormen: the bar team: housekeeping…all great!

I haven't stayed here for a while and was pleasantly surprised by the service, cleanliness, and comfort of the hotel. Housekeeping was amazing...not just the basic room cleaning. The staff in the breakfast restaurant addressed my by name. I will definitely return.
