InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta

I was in tears because I had booked the wrong dates for a conference and I was feeling overwhelmed. Rama at InterContinental Hotel in Buckhead Atlanta took care of the issues and gave me advise on how to move forward ! Her customer service went above and beyond and it's employees like her that makes hotels like this one a star 5!

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better driver! From the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable, safe, and well taken care of. He was always on time, incredibly reliable, and attentive to our needs throughout the entire experience. What we appreciated most was how thoughtful and personable he was. He gave us wonderful recommendations along the way, which really added to trip and helped to make it even more memorable. He was always looking out for us, making sure we were comfortable, and never made us feel rushed. His safe, driving, professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for his passengers made such a difference. By the end of our time together, he felt like much more than just our driver. We are so grateful for the wonderful experience and would happily recommend him and his drivers to anyone. Thank you for taking such great care of us Teddy!

Had an excellent massage experience with Jose. I am really sore after an accident during the summer and he really helped.

Pretty good. Attractive hotel. We were incredibly impressed by the service / waitstaff at the hotel restaurant and bar, from multiple servers at breakfast, lunch, and late night drinks. Plus, outstanding food and drinks for everything. The fitness center was pretty basic and merely adequate. Cons: On checking in late at night, the front desk clerk was pretty abrupt and somewhat inaccurate explaining our FHR benefits and didn't initially give us the printed list of benefits until we went back and asked for more details. Plus, the room cards he gave us didn't work on the elevator. When I went back to get that fixed, he said they only work on the right side of the elevator, which was a detail he previoiusly omitted, but rescanned our cards anyway. The pool was not staffed and there are instructions that you can call for drinks and food at the pool. I used the official pool phone next to the menu to order a drink. After ordering and waiting 45 minutes in the hot sun, my drink (just a soda!) never arrived, and so I left. In all, there's room for improvement, but was mostly a positive stay.

The Intercontinental Buckhead was a beautiful hotel. I went for business but my room was incredibly clean, the staff (especially teddy) was so kind and always willing to go the extra mile for any of the guests. I will definitely be back!
