When can I come back!?! This stay was absolutely amazing!!!! April, at the front desk, was so kind and personable from the start! She had picked up the phone when I asked about the check in times. The check in didn’t feel robotic and felt like a wonderful conversation. We both chatted over our home state and the whole time she’s helping check in too! THIS is customer service at a whole different elevated level. The room was spacious and very comfortable. They had WONDERFUL Byredo lotion and shampoo/conditioner that I now will have to go buy and stock up on. I even bought the signature scent of room spray they had for the hotel. The location was perfect and I will have to come back and stay here again.

April from the front desk was amazing. She made the start to our day. Everyone else was also extremely nice and helpful. We had dinner at The Americano, James was our server and he gave us a complimentary dessert to congratulate us on our first child. The room itself was beautiful and the view from the 19th floor was incredible. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel in a convenient spot in Buckhead. The staff was top notch and very friendly and helpful. From our first hello with the valet to our check in at the front desk to our room technician (who helped up with our tv) to the concierge, can’t say enough good things about the employees.

We stayed in a bright premium panoramic room with club access on our trip from the Mississippi by car to Charleston by plane, the MART taking us late morning to the airport. So the location was convenient and more appealing than an airport hotel. We enjoyed the evening canapes with a choice of appetizers and the breakfast buffet in the club lounge on the 21st floor; the lounge attendants provided attentive and prompt service. There is a relatively bare outside pool - not a pool to spend hours, a fitness center and spa but no sauna.

From the time we were checked by Elijah to my questions in between for Mamdouh and Kerstin, until the time we were checked out by April, our stay was top tier! Our room had a lovely view of Atlanta, the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and guest services were phenomenal. We had a premium room with the amenities package that was such a good upgrade! The Americano was indeed worthy of its 5-star rating! The hosts Tre and Felix were so professional and friendly. We had the best dining experiences and bar service from Fabi (the BEST), Jada, Jasmine, John, Patrick, and Holly!! These guys go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you’re satisfied. The doorman and driver Khalid and Daniel, and all the others were so courteous. The establishment itself is beautiful and very clean. There was nothing I’d change about my stay! This Intercontinental in Buckhead is representing the standards of what luxury hotels should be. Top notch through-and-through!👌🏽
