Wonderful staff and property
Lovely experience from the smiling bell captain, great front desk associate, efficient housekeeper and timely valet! Would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Excellent stay
I absolutely love this hotel. This was my second time staying and I will definitely be back. The location is perfect. The rooms are very nice, and extremely clean. The service was great from check in, to interactions with all employees, all the way thru check out. I ordered room service twice and was very happy with my meal both times and the prompt, friendly service. The hotel bar has a nice atmosphere and the drinks were good. Overall this is an excellent hotel. Can’t wait to go back!

Check in and check out
Check in was drama filled but Jazmine came to the rescue, but check out and my bill was even worse. I was overcharged so I called guest services twice. The first time I got put on hold for 17 minutes and the second time I was promised that a manager would call me right back. No one has called YET…
