Nidhal Hazel is incredible. He provided us with a white glove service for our stay. Every request, every question, was met with the utmost professionalism. He single handedly was capable of elevating a super luxury experience to even new heights.

The brunch was impeccable 10/10. The service was a 4/10. My husband and I waiting for 7 minutes before being seated and the restaurant was not busy. When seated another 7 minutes went by before getting the menus. There were 3 waiters walking around but we seemed invisible. We finally got up and went to serve ourselves before anyone came to us. My decafenated coffee was served lukewarm. Our dirty dishes were left on the table many minutes before getting picked up. Again waiters were walking by us and could have easily picked them up on their way. When we were done we got up again waiting to get the bill to pay. Waited standing up at the cash to pay another 17 minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all. There is nothing to understand. I did not expect to have this kind of service in a 5 Diamond restaurant. With a 200$ brunch for two you expect more care coming from the Staff. I hope this review will change things for future clients who are looking for a mémorable awesome expérience as it should be.

Wonderful manor house and exquisite resort in the Quebec country side! Old world charm meets modern elegance in this beautiful chateau. The luxurious hotel is fantastic, and is as terrific as one would expect. Facilities are top-notch. The rooms are so nicely appointed, and the bathrooms are renovated. There is an amazing heated pool that was enjoyed daily for lap swimming before breakfast. Free pedal boats available for use. Rented a pontoon boat with a super-friendly and informative guide, and enjoyed the relaxing lake and learned about life in Quebec. The concierges, especially Marc-André, are very knowledgeable and helpful and really care that the guests are having a great experience. Their advice came in very handy, from information about which restaurants to visit, to which nature trail to take and what route should be followed to visit vineyards and cheese factories. The two in-hotel restaurants are fantastic - gourmet dining. Buffet breakfast and menu available every morning. The hotel is a short drive away from wonderful parks and trails… a nature lover’s delight! Beautiful vineyards can be found in the towns surrounding the resort. Overall, we had a terrific experience with this Relais & Château resort and would happily return!

We spent one night at Manoir Hovey in the Pavillon du Lac and left wishing we had booked a second. The setting is spectacular, right on the shores of Lake Massawippi, surrounded by mature trees, gardens, and some of the most peaceful scenery you’ll find in Quebec. Our room in the Pavillon du Lac was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the lake views. Waking up and looking out over the water was worth the trip on its own. The spa was excellent. It’s fairly new, opened in 2023. The entire wellness area felt intimate, quiet, and well maintained. What Manoir Hovey does exceptionally well is create a sense of calm. The grounds are immaculate, the service is warm and professional, and every corner of the property feels thoughtfully designed. There are plenty of beautiful hotels, but very few that make you slow down the moment you arrive. Manoir Hovey is one of them. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a getaway or a peaceful escape close to Montreal.

A wonderfully located hotel with impeccable bilingual staff catering to your every whim with utmost professionalism. The rooms are luxuriously cosy, with plenty of nice touches. Guests with disabilities should probably go elsewhere (many stairs, thresholds, etc.). The two restaurants are fine, although probably not as classy as they pretend to be. A stay will make a serious dent in your bank balance, but for us it was worth it just to be looked after so well.

Manoir Hovey met and exceeded our highest expectations. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, with French doors onto a wide verandah overlooking the lake and just above the swimming pool. One of the highlights of our stay was the meals, which were delicious, varied and impeccably served.

We loved this hotel! Service, food, accommodations and scenery at Manoir Hovey were spectacular. We traveled in May the first time and bought another package for October. Highly recommended.
