We had a wonderful stay at Patina. This was already our second visit, and once again everything was truly exceptional. We had a beautiful and relaxing holiday and left with wonderful memories. The entire staff was extremely attentive and professional. It was especially pleasant that the team somehow remembers the guests’ names and addresses everyone personally — it creates a very warm and special atmosphere. Our butler Amnee was incredibly attentive and always ready to help with anything we needed. We are very grateful for her care and support during our stay. Habibi (I hope I am spelling the name correctly) was also very kind and attentive to us. He helped us a lot and told us about additional experiences and amenities at the resort, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for such a warm welcome and excellent service. We truly appreciate the care and attention we received and hope to return again in the future.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family with our young son, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The service was absolutely outstanding—truly beyond anything we have experienced before. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always seemed one step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Every request we made was handled with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Traveling with a small child can sometimes be challenging, but the team made everything feel effortless. Their kindness and patience did not go unnoticed, and they went out of their way to ensure that our son was happy and comfortable as well. It is rare to encounter such a high level of hospitality, where you feel not just like a guest, but truly valued. We are incredibly grateful for this wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for stay.
