Patina Maldives is truly one of the most beautiful resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The villa itself was absolutely stunning, and the view was even more breathtaking. We stayed in a water villa and waking up to the sunrise every morning felt unreal. At night, we could even see the stars clearly, which made the whole experience feel even more magical. But what really made this trip unforgettable wasn’t just the resort — it was the people. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Naeem, and again when we reached the island. Then we met Afaa, our Essentialist, who was absolutely incredible. She really made the impossible possible for us and went above and beyond throughout our stay. We also want to say a big thank you to Ruby, David, and so many others whose names we unfortunately can’t remember (we’re really sorry!). Every single staff member we met was kind, warm and genuine. They didn’t make us feel like guests — they made us feel like family and they truly try to connect with you. A special thank you as well to Helen for taking the time to personally meet us. That really meant a lot. I would love to go back again, not only because the resort is beautiful, but also because we truly want to see the amazing staff again. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!
