Great family vacation resort!
Great family resort! Highly recommend for a family vacation. We have been to at least 15 resorts in Mexico. Hard Rock is one of our favourites for sure. All of the staff were incredible. The entertainment team led by Reed, Dasilva, Georgia and a few others made the week special for our family. Luis and Armando looked after us during the day by the pool. Such amazing people. And a special shout out to Jasmine who looked after us at the Beachside restaurant. We stayed in the new wing and in a brand new room. It’s modern, clean and the best all inclusive room we have ever stayed in. One of the normal size rooms you get in an all inclusive package but really nice. They are closing for six months in July to renovate the older part of the hotel and restaurants. Its pretty amazing as is so we are looking forward to see what they do.

Great Stay
This is our 2nd time here and it didn’t disappoint. We got upgraded to a newer room which was great(other than the air conditioner was leaking) . The entertainment crew were again on point! Georgia brings the place alive! He’s an asset to that place! The food was great! I didn’t really like umo but that was my personal preference. Frida was fantastic! Jazmin, nafate, golden and Captain Juan made us feel so welcome! Great place for kids! Beach was always great! Service around the pool was amazing as well! We will be coming back next year and look forward to seeing all the new renovations!
