Best!
Christy and Alma from the towel cabana were very helpful! We were watching AFC Championship in the Sunbar and Luiz couldn’t have been any better. We never had an empty drink and he coordinated ‘game food’ for us so we didn’t have to leave for snacks. The sunbar arranged the large screen for the football nuts. Great stay.

This is my honest documented review of Hard Rock Puerto Vallarta
⭐️ 1-Star Review I attempted to book a 2-night stay (Fri–Sun) at Hard Rock Hotel Puerto Vallarta for a surprise birthday trip for my wife and was shocked by the experience. The hotel quoted $17,000 MXN per night, over $34,000 MXN total, while Expedia was selling the exact same room for $15,673 MXN total. Despite providing proof of the lower rate and following all instructions, the hotel refused to honor the price. I spent 45+ minutes on live chat submitting multiple documents, and still could not book the room. On top of that, I was told to pay a $150 USD pet fee for a documented service dog for epilepsy. Charging for a service animal is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of policy compliance and guest care. This was intended as a special occasion, but misleading pricing, unhelpful staff, and insensitivity toward service animals made it impossible to even complete the booking. Hard Rock Hotel Puerto Vallarta should honor advertised discounts, respect service animals, and treat guests professionally.
