Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta

Fer and Víctor were our wait staff and Oskar created the beautiful design and dessert for us as a surprise from the Hard Rock Hotel in Vallarta. This has been an amazing experience and everyone here has been so kind. We have actually gotten to know all of the people caring for us on a personal level and feel like they are friends. This hotel is well staffed, clean, the food is amazing and has a very welcoming environment. I will definitely come back to this place again. Thank you to everyone who has made this trip special for our 25year anniversary.

Had a wonderful end of summer vacation at Hard Rock Vallarta thanks to the exceptional sports and entertainment team. Every day with Reed, Kevin, and Teresa was fun and active. Water Aerobics, Water Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, and much more. They do a great job of getting the guests involved in a variety of activities. Especially the daily Crazy Game, where the winner gets a prize! The nightly See The Shows were incredible! Carlos is booking some great talent from different genres with a variety of tribute bands and artists. A big thank you to Nestor the bartender and Juan the poolside waiter for keeping the drinks coming all day!

We had a great time at Hard Rock Vallarta. This all-inclusive is amazing for families with young kids. We were able to relax and disconnect from our busy routines, and our kids had lots of fun! Pool and Beach: Although HR Vallarta is a smaller resort, the pools are for all ages. The ocean is warm, and the waives are very gentle in the Bahia de Banderas. The waiters are attentive, and Oscar took good care of us. Kids activities: Besides water activities, kids had fun in the Vibe City with Michelle. Food: HR has several restaurants and snack bars. Our favorite restaurant was Zen. Jazmin and Israel were very nice, and chef Cesar's food was delicious. Cafetto was the place we most stopped by to get coffee, ice cream, and pastries throughout the day. Paco did a great job every time. Our favorite restaurant for breakfast was The Market, and most of the times Rafa took care of our orders. Entertainment: The entertainment crew is amazing, a special thanks to Pau, Georgia, and Teresita. We enjoyed the tributes to Michael Jackson and The Beatles and danced until late at the Sunbar after the concerts. Excursions: The vacation planner Tucson also helped us to find the ideal activities for our family. We visited El Malecon and went tequila testing at Rancho Verano. Our guide was Salvador. Kids also had fun in the encounter with the dolphins. Spa: My husband and I went for massage, manicure, and pedicure at the end of our stay. Jessica and Angelita were our massage therapists, and Karen did a great job with our nails. We are going back home with great memories.

We have stayed At Larger Properties and we were worried that we would not enjoy the this smaller resort We where very pleased with HRPV The Staff Was very professional and made our stay very comfortable we loved our experience While we spent a lot of Time at The Main lounge our Waiter Alejandro AKA No Tortuga was a great waiter !! Please ask for him while your there very good guy he went above and beyond to make our stay rememberable Can’t Wait To Retun!! Great Job HRPV!!!
