Wonderful vacation
Hands down the best service ever. The resort is very clean and inviting. Love all the guitar accents. Mexican people are the most hard working people I’ve known. Food was good, many food options. Everything was fresh. Tribute to Bruno Mars was fun! Salon makes the nicest braids too

Everyone was really nice the food and service was excellent, very awesome experience Amauri and Fer took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed, overall 10 out of 10 experience for our anniversary ! Very satisfied would definitely recommend.

Great service, wonderful waiters and waitresses. Great food. Live the atmosphere. I will definitely come back many times. It was a great experience. My vacation here was wonderful and this topped it off. Love love love. You will be seeing us again.

Fer has excellent customer service
We had a wonderful.time at Frida's. We arrived almost at closing but Fer was on top.of our order and made sure we had everything we wanted. The mole was exquisite and we especially enjoyed the pan.de elote we had for dessert- thank you Fer for making Frida an excellent choice on our first night in Vallarta Hard Rock!

Spa day with girlfriends
Best massage I’ve ever had by Joanna thank you so very much you rock she was very professional and amazing. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I go to multiple places for massages, polite, and lovely. The whole experience was amazing the cool plunge in the sauna and the hot tub and the lounging area were very comfortable all staff. We’re lovely.
