Great hotel with great accommodating staff, especially Makayla and Ani

The trip has been absolutely marvelous. The staff phenomenal, and the food delicious. The beachside views are unforgettable, and the daytime activity options are next level.

We ate at Zen. The food was very good. Our servers Jasmin and Cidney were great. Chef Cesar even came out to our table to inquire about our meal. Recommend.

We, along with another couple, recently stayed for more than a week at the Hard Rock in Puerto Vallarta. Our rooms were in a wing that was recently renovated! What a treat to be in a brand new room! We had such outstanding wait staff while there I just have to tell the hotel what a great staff they have. Every morning we were greeted with a hello and a smile from Alma at the towel hut. Our room was cleaned every day by Maribel. While on the beach our waitstaff, Zu, Diane and Elizabeth, were always a pleasure to talk to and serve us drinks and food. Our dinners were at several restaurants and all the food is terrific, we saw Restaurant Manager Edgar at several of the locations. Ciao is manager by Lucy and our wait staff, breakfast and dinner were: Luis, Richard, Coral, Jehu and Natalia. While eating at Zen, a couple of times during our stay, our waitstaff were Jazmin, Jennifer, Cidney and Melda. We had dinner a couple of times at Freida, and both times our waitstaff were Leydi and Veronica. Freida had the best guacamole! but I missed getting his name. We book a romantic dinner on the beach one night. The food and sunset was fantastic. Our waitstaff were Cesar and Juan. All during the week we had the pleasure of butler service, Uri, Francisco and Alex were very helpful in planning our stay. Our favorite evening watering hole was the Sunbar, Veronica and Gregoeo were the best!

Hard Rock Vallarta was a great experience especially Alex by the pool. Always friendly and knew our names after the first day and always delivered our drinks very quickly.
