Zen (favorite restaurant)
I would definitely visit again :) They were extremely accommodating, friendly, polite and professional. The chef sent out a special dish that we all enjoyed. The waitress suggested a sake shot that was very unique & wonderful. We had a large group & still didn’t lack for anything.

Great service
We ate dinner at Uma restaurant and the food was fantastic. Our servers, Fer & Alejandro, went above & beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Very enjoyable dinner.

Souvenir Stop
Was looking forward to coming here. Disappointed that only guests can eat or drink at the hotel. Cesar was extremely helpful and friendly.

Much better food off property.
The resort layout is great. Awesome pools. Great staff. But awful food. Meats are overdone cooked and dry. Orange chicken in Zen had no orange flavor. It is simply Sweet and Sour Chicken. The Italian food in Ciaos were very good, the best restaurant in the whole place.

First Time at the Hard Rock
This was an absolutely wonderful vacation and is the place you want to be. The whole resort was clean, organized, and the staff is so friendly. Anytime I walked by a staff member, I got a hello and smile. Their energy level is super high. Had a bunch of personable conversations with staff members including Frieda who made sure our water volleyball teams stayed honest with the scoring, and Rafa hooked us up at breakfast each morning at the market buffet... even remembering our drink orders when we walked in and keeping us refilled without asking. Rafa, you rock buddy and are going places!
