Great size resort and the shows were well done. The food at Ciao was amazing..I ate the ribeye three nights. Alma at the pool concierge and towels, greeted us every morning with a huge smile…great way to start each day. All the bar staff and servers at the pool were amazing day and night.

We just returned from HR Vallarta. Our experience was amazing. Very nice room and the food excellent. Special thanks to the chef at The Market. The best part was the people who work here. Jeney our guest service rep, our butlers Uri, Francisco and Alex. Our bartenders Adrian and Lorenzo aka Lencho. Gregory and Victoria at the bar area. Our hostess in am and lunch Stephanie and the sweetest hostess Kari at the Zen and Impena Special thanks to our towel ladies Christy and Alma

We had an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel! Our three butlers — Uri, Francisco, and Alex — were absolutely wonderful. They took exceptional care of us from start to finish. They made our spa appointments, arranged to have our shower repaired right away, and even reserved chairs for us at the pool each day. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our trip truly special. We couldn’t have asked for better service — thank you for making our stay unforgettable!
