The people and the service are so kind!!! Our first night we went to the steakhouse called Umo for all inclusive and the food was amazing and the service was even better. The tacos were great and cristal and branly were amazing servers! However the rooms weren’t very good but oh well.

Food can be better
Food was okay overall. Beat restaurant we ate at was UMO, everything else was below average in terms of quality. Fer and Alex were the best waiters, amazing attitude and so friendly.

Disappointing overall
Overall, this was an underwhelming experience. The food was not very good aside from one restaurant and they didn’t have many options throughout the day. The hotel isn’t very well maintained. Specifically many units AC wasn’t working. The service was also lacking. They seemed understaffed. The beach is fantastic, however. Certainly a below average experience and at that price point is not good at all.
