Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta

It’s so pretty and a lot of fun, reed is very good at his job enhances the experience and is full of life and an amazing character, same with michel, overall great.

I had a wonderful time! Georgina and Reed were absolutely amazing and provided great entertainment throughout my stay. I especially loved the Bruno Mars show - it was family - friendly, and my son enjoyed it as well. The service was excellent. Anytime I sat by the pool, the waitstaff consistently checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, which I truly appreciated. I think adding activities such as a silent party or foam party would be a fun addition for guests and families. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so several areas and amenities appeared to be closed during my stay. Despite that, I still had a great experience. My only suggestion would be regarding the room beds. It would be nice to have two queen beds, or at least one queen and one double bed, to better accommodate families. I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.

We absolutely enjoyed every moment of our stay here!!! Our butlers tended to every request without delay. (Uri, Alex, Francisco) The food was delicious in each restaurant. The food service staff were all so friendly. The beach bar service was also extremely efficient. (Deanna was the best!) We will definitely look forward to coming back to this property!

My stay at Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta was absolutely wonderful, and what truly made this vacation special was the incredible staff. Every day we were greeted with genuine warmth, kindness, and exceptional service that made us feel valued and welcomed. The only reason I am not giving a perfect review is due to a couple of maintenance issues in my renovated room. The frame around the bathroom door was coming unglued, which was unexpected in an updated room. More importantly, the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up and pool while showering. The water eventually overflowed out of the bathroom and into the actual room, creating a large puddle and what felt like a mini pool in part of the room. While this was frustrating, it did not take away from the amazing experience created by the staff throughout our stay. I want to give special recognition to Rafa, Alexander, Luis, and Estrellita at The Market. They were truly exceptional. Every single day they welcomed us with genuine smiles and positive attitudes that immediately brightened our mornings. They were attentive without being intrusive, anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were remarkable. It is employees like them who turn a good vacation into an unforgettable one. I would also like to recognize Dulce, the hostess at The Market. She was absolutely wonderful. My grandmother has difficulty walking, and Dulce always went out of her way to find us a table that was convenient and comfortable for her. She was patient, kind, accommodating, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her thoughtfulness and genuine care did not go unnoticed and meant a great deal to our family. A huge thank you goes to Hugo at the pool bar. Hugo is exactly the kind of employee every resort hopes to have. He was always friendly, energetic, and welcoming, no matter how busy the pool area became. His drinks were consistently excellent, he worked incredibly fast, and he never sacrificed quality or customer service. He created a fun atmosphere, remembered guests, and made everyone feel appreciated. He was one of the standout employees of our entire trip. I also want to recognize Obed, who provided poolside drink service. Obed was outstanding from start to finish. He was constantly checking on guests, making sure everyone had what they needed, and delivering drinks quickly with a smile. His attentiveness, efficiency, and positive attitude made relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable. He worked incredibly hard and always made us feel like a priority. Finally, I would like to give a special shoutout to Manny from the entertainment team. Manny brought so much energy and positivity to the resort every day. He had an incredible ability to get guests involved, make people feel included, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for everyone around him. Whether he was leading activities, interacting with guests, or simply walking through the resort, he always had a smile on his face and made people feel like they were part of the Hard Rock family. His enthusiasm was contagious, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure guests were having an amazing vacation. Employees like Manny are a huge part of what makes a resort memorable long after the trip is over. The staff at Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta are truly the heart of this resort. Their kindness, professionalism, hard work, and genuine care for guests are what made this trip so special. Despite the room maintenance issues, I had an amazing time and would like to sincerely thank Rafa, Alexander, Luis, Estrellita, Dulce, Hugo, Obed, and Manny for making our stay unforgettable. They are a tremendous asset to the resort and deserve recognition for the outstanding service they provide every day.
