Kabah restaurant is excellent! The food, the service, we had a great night!! They have a Chef’s choice roll with soft crab shell which we liked very much.

Yummy sushi in Mexico!

I had an amazing experience at Kabah! The food was absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Alec was incredible with his recommendations and provided exceptional service, making us feel truly cared for. Jasmina was equally impressive—so hospitable and charming, she made us feel instantly welcomed and comfortable. Together, they created a warm, memorable dining experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Kabah to anyone looking for incredible food and top-tier service!

The owners preference to save the Pennie’s instead of the dollars

The attitude of the personal is not the best, there are some exceptions that worth the visit. The Japanese restaurant is the best!!

Very Special Visit to A Wonderful Resort

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

This resort surprised me. My friend who lives in the same area as the resort recommended it when we were headed down to see them. I looked it up and booked it, but was somewhat skeptical as to how nice, comfortable or positive the experience was going to be. Turns out the place is very nice. Rooms are all suites with kitchenettes, living room and 2 separate bathrooms. Very clean. Very comfortable. Maid service was excellent. Beds were super comfortable. Room service was acceptable: we only used them once, and the experience was positive. The Village is comprised of a Time Share hotel and regular hotel. I guess that is why all the rooms were suites, considering that as a time share guest you would want to cook, etc. We both had a massage in the Spa. That was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had and I have had quite a few. Spa was super clean. They took you through a 3-step process prior to the actual massage, where you go into the sauna, then cold shower, then steam room, then cold shower, the hit the hot tub, drink some cleansing water and lie down for a few minutes to get truly relaxed. Then the massage, which was fantastic. I am sorry that we waited so late in our stay off 6 days to get one. I would have liked to do that 2 or 3 times during our stay. The restaurants were good. We are foodies, so we weren't blown away by them, but they were good. We ate at Tulum for breakfast and lunch, and the Sushi restaurant for dinner once. We also hung out at the coffee bar a few times and that was very special. Great mocha lattes. Note that if the hotel is full or busy, getting breakfast you need to line up at the entrance and most of the buffet stations to get your food. Atmosphere was busy, it was very crowded during our stay and the place was pretty full, so during certain times of the day it felt like chaos, but in general, the place is so big that it just felt normal. All in all, I would definitely stay here again. Staff were pleasant, place was very clean and there were lots of places to move around in. Oh, I almost forgot: The Beach is fantastic. They have Palapas setup throughout the whole beach area for sitting in the shade, they provide towels and there are stations for food that can be consumed at your seating place. Water was warm like bath water and the beach was sparkling clean. Loved it.
