We have been treated like treasured guests by every staff member. We have been so blessed to fund this place. The staff and our housekeeper ADI is amazing. So clean and tidy. We can’t recommend this place more highly 🙏

Love to stay here. I love the kidsclub when I can drop my kids and left them with the staff. You will like to stay here. Good beach views with 2 kidsclub and also huge waterpark. Thank you for Eka Arta, Natalia and Dita to assist my kids during their play at kidsclub. Will be back and stay again here

💖 My husband booked this beautiful hotel as a surprise holiday for my birthday!! We stayed at the fabulous Reserve section and from the second we arrived at the lobby we were greeted by big smiles as warm as the sunshine. The service was second to none everywhere we went (except once) and all the restaurants that we ate at (and we ate at them all) the food was amazing and very tasty. The staff employed at the Paradisus and there were a great many, all were exceptional. ( One waitress at the Japanese restaurant was not and stood out like a sore thumb, but we will ignore her! Just had to mention that because it was my actual birthday evening meal and she spoiled it somewhat - however everyone else made up for it a hundred times over). From the gardeners we passed, to the guys at the towel hut, (renting boards and bikes out), to every single person at the Reserve, were always cheerful, happy, smiling and courteous. 🥰 We were even waved off by the guys at the lobby. Never before has a holiday been so fantastic 😍 I had a birthday cake the morning of my big day for breakfast and a song to start the day so I was thrilled. 👏 Even the chap who made the bed scattered it with petals in really beautiful designs was impressive. His name was Suala and left lovely notes. Dewi on reception was a great go-to for help regarding any questions we had and sorted things out instantly and always so welcoming. In the Sante restaurant and around the pool, Rini, Resti and Arsa were like friends at the end of our two week stay. 😘 Greatest praise must also go to Oka, Arta and Darma, who couldn’t do enough for the guests around the poolside, fetching drinks and food and having a chat along the way. They were always thinking ahead to offer something to make your life more comfortable 🥂🍻. There is a truly incredible team you have at the Reserve and so credit must also go to the management team for the training program that they surely must implement there. The beach was clean and the water was warm. What more do you need. It was a very safe area to stay at and even the security guards at the entrances were welcoming. We took bikes out and cycled the routes which we also walked and others ran, which was great ( not me though 🤭). Thanks too to Madi our taxi driver who did the airport runs for us and also took us on a couple of trips, he made sure we were to straight to the head of the queues and waited happily for as long as we needed. We saw wonderful sights and a million scooters.

Excellent resort. House keeping was exceptional, Thankyou Yuda for your hard work. Will definitely come back again.

An ABSOLUTE 5 star experience. Spent 6 nights in the Reserve (adult only) area on our honeymoon - exceptional property post renovation. Perfect blend of traditional Balinese design and modern elegance; extremely clean and inviting. All inclusive package was TRULY all inclusive (as indicated by green dots on the menu). High end variety of food and signature cocktails across 9+ restaurants (highlight was Sante). Beach was clean, beautiful. Staff were like family by the end. First week of May was quieter which meant fabulous attention to detail right before grand opening. Couldn’t recommend this property more highly. Thank you to Anta and all the staff for looking after us!
