All the staff were very nice. The service were excellent! The room is very clean thanks to Dewi the housekeeping. The room were spacious, the pillow is comfortable.. loving every detail of the room. They had so many activities for the kids that can keep them away from gadget

The hottest opening (renovated) in ITDC area. Luxurious staycation place that you can choose between Bed & Breakfast or All Inclusive options with reasonable rate. Spacious and comfortable rooms, nice beachfront and huge swimming pools and amazing water park, amazing Yhi spa with sauna, steam, hot and cold plunge facilities, nice Japanese Tokimeku restaurant, Peruvian Kanna Restaurant, breakfast Malva Restaurant. We had a bit of a rough start to our stay, as we initially felt quite uncomfortable at the hotel. However, after bringing our concerns to the manager, they handled the situation very professionally and made a real effort to resolve the issue. We truly appreciated how seriously they took our feedback, and it completely turned our experience around. The rest of our stay became very pleasant. The staff at the reserved area were especially friendly and attentive, which made our time there much more enjoyable. We’d also like to give a special mention to the team at the Sante restaurant, Artha, Dewi, Rini, Resti, and Eky. As well as the guest relation and management team who handled our concerns. Overall, while the start wasn’t ideal, the way the team handled it made a big difference, and we left with a much more positive impression.

Amazing resort, we staying in the adults only section ("the reserve") as all inclusive. Probably the best resort we have been too, the facilities are amazing, the beach /cabbanas are really nice and staff go above and beyond. Massive thanks to the team at the Reserve for making our stay so memorable (Adi, Arando, Arta, Eky, Drama, Duta, Resti, Yuli, Rini and April)! The chefs and restaurants were also all amazing!

Nothing short of an incredible experience at this property. We have been to other Melia properties and this doesn't compare. Oka, Darma, Arta and Resti made our honeymoon one that we will never forget and we appreciate that more than can be described. This trip was our wedding decompress and we certainly have relaxed. Nothing was ever too much trouble and always going above and beyond. Thank you team!
