Melia Bali - The Garden Villas

We came for a lil break in Bali and enjoyed all the facilities this hotel gives. I would highly recommend this place. Its been kept very clean and our house keeping Swari was very professional and all the team workers were excellent

The property itself is well located for the beach and Bali collection along the road. The grounds are beautiful. We visited as a couple on a bed and breakfast basis, we didn’t have a evening meal here or many drinks as the prices are very steep, we bought beers etc from supermarket in the centre of Bali collection. Also 4 small bottles of water provided daily was definitely not enough so we purchased large bottles from Supermarket. In our opinion this resort suites families better. The staff are lovely and a special shout to out Dewa who was brilliant.

I visited with my 5-year-old child. We chose this resort because we wanted somewhere quiet and restful, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. We enjoyed many facilities and activities including adult activities, two kids clubs, swimming pools (kids pool and main pool), restaurants (Japanese restaurant, breakfast restaurant, pool bar, and beach bar), as well as cycling, spa, and coconut carving. Everything we experienced was excellent. Thanks to the recent renovation, the facilities were very clean. The resort is also very close to nature—you can easily see peacocks, ducks, chickens, and squirrels around the property. The staff were extremely kind, and during our six-day stay my child loved every moment. We would absolutely love to come back again. What I remember most is how kind and professional the kids club staff were. My child quickly grew very fond of the teachers and happily followed them around. Duck feeding and the marshmallow night were especially memorable and fun. I would like to give special thanks to the kids club teachers Tifani, Angel, Sashi, and Eka Arta, as well as many other wonderful staff members. I’d also like to thank Suastika and Tudei, who led the Janur & Penjor traditional workshop that I participated in.

Dewa Adi was our server assisted by Pratiwi, he was very accommodating and very friendly. Chef Dedy was the one who prepared our food and it was very delicious and checked on us during our dinner.

We had a very good dinner experience with Dewa Adi, Pratiwi, & Chef Dedy. They took really good care of us as part of the romantic dinner package. We loved the food, service, and overall experience.
