A sensational dim sum and hotpot experience is offered at signature Chinese restaurant Bai Yun. At the highest floor of the resort, guests can enjoy the creative ambience as well as premium cigar and Mediterranean tapas of L'Atelier by Cyril Kongo. Very relaxed stay.
We stayed at the Apurva Kempinski, Bali, 17-18 Aug 2026. Overall excellent, family friendly resort. At first a little overwhelming just in terms of size and scale - but you get used to it. Very opulent and luxury - easily matching similar resorts hotels in the Middle East. The staff are very friendly, efficient and accommodating. There was a slight snafu at the beginning with rooms but the duty manager Hardi was excellent. He quickly recognised the issue and went above and beyond to solve the problem for us. Overall the facilities - pools, beach access were superb and everything you could want for a relaxing resort holiday. The food quality and range of choices was also amazing. Of particular note is the Cliff Lounge - where we had breakfast. The food there was easily the best we had for the whole trip. The manager there Sintia was so friendly and diligent and made sure our experience there was excellent. The overall stay was also made special by Dewa Ardana the asst chief concierge- who arranged our pick up from Sanur harbour and our onward transport and generally looked after us very well. In short the staff here are a credit to their organisation - the hotel is fantastic and I really do recommend it as a family friendly luxury resort

Please add washer in the toilet The stay was amazing the place is very clean Noise outside in the morning can be little annoying. I could hear next door rooms sounds.

Solo female traveller enjoying well deserved rest
I travelled solo for a much deserved rest. I stayed for 6 nights. I was on the top floor 5, with a garden facing room. It was the lowest price range; however I still rate it as 5*. It was large and very luxurious. My daily house keeping staff Ros and Darmawan always had my room spotless. I’m one to conserve water; so I would hang my towel each day; however I’m sure they were replaced with fresh ones. They also ensured I had plenty of bottled water. Thank you so much.
