Loved our stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 12 hours ago

I recently stayed at The Apurva Kempinski and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and beautiful surroundings that made our stay unforgettable. A special thanks to Joshua, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our visit. Whether it was arranging meals or helping us find the best vegetarian options, he was always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. His support truly enhanced our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return to The Apurva Kempinski in the future.

Must do - spa visit

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 20 hours ago

I've just had an amazing massage with Suriati at the spa - and I can't recommend her highly enough! Her technique and pressure made it both enjoyable and stress releasing. If coming here, make sure you visit the spa. It's a real oasis with an incredible view.

Exceeded our expectations in every way

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

The Kempinski Bali is exceptional the staff is exceptional the service exceeded our expectations they all have the inherent desire to go the xtra mile. The attentiveness of the staff coupled with the beautiful surroundings of the hotel made it a 10/10 experience it was worth every cent. Special call out to serving staff in Pala restaurant Kurnia and Rosi who took such good care of our specific needs. My daughter is anaphylactic to all nuts and they truly went the extra mile to ensure all the food was safe. We will definitely be back the rooms were spacious. Koral restaurant a must do experience when you stay. Overall it exceeded our expectations A big thank you to the Kempinski team. Exceptional service is across all aspects of the hotel from reception to restaurants to pools staff all well trained and genuinely happy to be a part of Kempinski. I was glad to hear Kempinski pays their staff well as I would hate to be enjoying a beautiful holiday knowing staff is being exploited. I will always support a business that rewards their people fairly and treat them with respect. Thank you Kempinski team for a wonderful family holiday

Selasar Deli

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

We always go to Selasar Deli for breakfast because the food selection is very good. Everything we tried was delicious and filling. The staff were honest about the size of the portions before ordering (to avoid ordering too much food) which I really appreciate. Ms. Nina and Ms. Sudiasih accommodated us and even suggested some drinks and desserts to try. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

What really stood out to me about this hotel is how beautifully it blends Indonesian and European cultures, with touches of traditional Balinese and Javanese elements everywhere you look. Every corner is thoughtfully decorated with cultural ornaments that just bring the whole space to life. Huge shoutout to Bima for being so kind and taking the time to walk me through the hotel’s background—it opened in 2019—and also explaining the traditional costumes worn by the models. They’ll be switching up the outfits regularly, which is super exciting. What makes it even more special is the incredible variety of traditional attire featured, from Batak Toba, Rote Island, and Java to Borneo, Sulawesi, and Papua. So cool! Definitely going to make for some awesome content, especially with all the details straight from someone who really knows their stuff.
