Coastal delicacies from around the archipelago are on offer at Koral, Bali's first aquarium restaurant, while Japanese flavours are showcased at Izakaya by OKU, an outpost of the award-winning OKU restaurant at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta. A sensational dim sum and hotpot experience is offered at signature Chinese restaurant Bai Yun. At the highest floor of the resort, guests can enjoy the creative ambience as well as premium cigar and Mediterranean tapas of L'Atelier by Cyril Kongo. In the lobby, Selasar Deli serves refreshments like speciality luwak coffee and jamu herbal tonic; live cooking stations tantalise with local and international flavours specialising in Indian specialties at All Day Dining Pala Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, and there's casual oceanfront dining at Reef Beach Club. Amazing staff and restaurants, though the atmosphere was disrupted by events and building work.
The hotel had an excellent location with cheap taxis available, and it was spotless in every area. The staff were amazing, especially the lady in red whose service was exceptional. The suite was lovely, featuring an incredible full-size bath by the window, perfect for relaxing both body and soul, and the views from our room were fantastic. However, daily weddings disrupted the peaceful atmosphere, with guests around the pool and main grass area making it uncomfortable to be in swimwear. Construction work next to the hotel started at 8 a.m. and was noisy throughout the day, becoming more of a nuisance over time. On the bright side, the beach and beach bar were the highlights, offering excellent service, delicious food and drinks—don’t miss trying the coconuts, they were amazing.

Thank you Management of Apurva Kempinski absolutely amazing hotel with awesome courteous staff. It has been a fabulous experience starting from poolside reef club to dinner to breakfast. Heart filled with gratitude for all staff members . It would be wrong to name few. All are superb. Special mention to Pushpa on check In time.
