When it comes to Kempinski we always expect a high quality, however, Kempinski Apurva in Bali surprised us and was even above our expectations. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful, very modern and inspired by Balinese culture, so you are completely immersed into the atmosphere of Bali. The food was amazing, there are multiple restaurants located in the hotel, including Indonesian or international restaurants, so everyone can choose what they like. What made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were ale very kind and friendly, always trying to satisfy us. Special thanks belongs to Aristana, our driver. After our first trip we’ve asked for him for all our trips, even to take us to the airport. He was always very kind, willing to spend with us long hours driving around Bali to show us the most beautiful places. We can’t imagine anyone better. I want to also mention Vanny and chef from the breakfast lounge who fullfiled literary everything they saw on our minds, always with a great kindness. They even prepared for us special gluten free pancakes. There was never a problem with an allergy. We will definitely come back !

As we had to cancel our first booking here due to Covid 6 years later we finally made it. What a totally worth while wait. Stunning amazing fabulous hotel. Special mention to all the staff every single person is smiling and so happy to assist with anything you may need. Very special mention to Ariawan from Housekeeping whom assisted with my laundry requests. Not only was the laundry presented beautifully he handed me some flowers as a thank you for arranging the laundry through him and his team. I am so thrilled and of course would highly recommend to stay here- the experience is truly wonderful 🙏🏻

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Apurva Kempinski in Bali. The entire property is stunning – from the beautifully maintained gardens and pools to the elegant lobby and restaurants. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and exceptionally high quality. It is the kind of place where you can completely switch off, forget the outside world and simply relax and recharge. The staff truly set this hotel apart. There were always plenty of team members around, and every single one was warm, friendly and genuinely happy to help. Any request was met with enthusiasm, and we never once felt like we were inconveniencing anyone. A particular highlight for me was the buffet breakfast at Pala restaurant. As someone with vegan dietary requirements, I was incredibly impressed. The staff did far more than just point out what I could eat. They offered to have the chefs prepare custom dishes, suggested options I would never have thought of – from vegan sushi rolls and pancakes to specific rice dishes and dairy alternatives – and even asked in advance what I would like the following day so they could prepare everything before I arrived. That level of care made a real difference. Shoutout to Natasia Devi for being one of the primary people serving us at the buffet breakfast. The rooms are beautiful, the views are spectacular, and the whole experience feels like a true escape. We would happily return.

We had booked a 2 BR villa but found it very far from the main beach and pool area. To experience the hotel, choose rooms closer to the pool. Breathtaking views and many options for toddlers to play. The indoor outdoor activities are so fun. Food is amazing. It’s brilliant architecture. It’s one of the most beautiful entrances you will witness.
