The reservation was simple to arrange, and the staff was exceedingly helpful in addressing our needs. The overall ambiance was excellent, and the cuisine more than met our expectations. Every meal we had was full of flavor and cooked to perfection.

Amazing massage by Eka. So relaxing and ambience was like a heaven. Felt relaxed and so rejuvenated after massage. Beautiful place to holiday in Bali. The Apurva Kempinski is to going to be first preference from now on. Hotel Ambience is breathtaking

Enjoyed an excellent Balinese massage today at the spa. It was incredibly relaxing and the facilities were top notch. Winda was amazing, and I would highly recommend requesting her if you decide to come. I will definitely be coming back again soon.

The resort is magnificent, all the workers are so gentle and happy, very kind specially Rubi at the cliff lounge, very gentle guy….there is lots of food to choose from, for every palate…thanks to all the workers here, you made my holiday experience awesome…I’ll be coming back here, when you see this resort you don’t want to go anywhere else… Thanks to Ari as well for the yummy chips you send me

This is our third stay here and its still wonderful. We stayed 9 nights in a Cliff Junior Pool Suite which is spacious, well appointed and had a partial sea view. All the staff make this place amazing. Professional, warm, welcoming and gracious. Special thanks to Pande, Sari and Ari at the Cliff Lounge and to Juli, Dewi, Ratana, Yuniari, Budyada, Denny, Adi, Suma, Bayu and Adyada at Pala Rooftop. We used the gym each day and did a Meditation & Breathing class one morning. We also enjoyed a couples massage. Breakfast in Cliff Lounge each day is a treat. Great service and range of food and quiet and peaceful sitting out on the terrace. We enjoyed sunset drinks at Pala Rooftop as well as some dinners here and also Reef Beach and Izikaya. We also enjoyed drinks at Atelier on the 17th floor and my husband had a cigar for his birthday. Such a great view of the resort from the outdoor terrace and lovely live music. The pool area is well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. On my husband's birthday he was given a lovely handwritten card, an arrangement of flowers and a chocolate cake. We were also provided with a free mini bar and some sweet and savoury snacks in our room. We also love having the coffee machine. We enjoyed the turndown service each night while we were at dinner. Its also lovely to have your own plunge pool although we spent most of our time lazing around the main pool. Thank you so very much to our housekeeping staff who were so accommodating and helpful. The resort was quite busy when we arrived so I'm glad I booked ahead for our first three dinners and our spa treatment. I would also recommend booking ahead for any classes - Yoga, Stretching etc - as these fill up quickly. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday and a fabulous resort then look no further. We can't wait to return. Again, we just want to emphasise how wonderful the staff are and the level of attention to detail and gracious hospitality provided. Thank you, thank you!!
