The Apurva Kempinski Bali

Our stay at the Apurva Kempinski Bali was nothing short of spectacular. The resort’s stunning interior, ocean views, and lush gardens created a serene and luxurious atmosphere. Service was impeccable—every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Dining was a highlight, with diverse and delicious options. From the infinity pool to the world-class spa, every moment felt indulgent. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and already dreaming of our return. Keep an eye out for the monkeys ;)

Yesterday it was an excellent day in Kubu restaurant enjoyed the Cabana bed.The food was excellent. I would like to thank Listya (the kind lady from PA) for helping us for giving slippers for blisters on sore feet from new shoes. She kindly paid attention when walking and offered help.

What a wonderfully relaxing experience. Winda and Widi were fantastic - calming, happy and welcoming. I cannot recommend the team more highly.

Being our third visit to Bali in as many years and having stayed at several luxury branded hotels in that time, we had very high expectations upon arriving at Apurva Kempinski Bali One of the hallmarks of a truly outstanding hotel is how they handle an issue. And while there were some initial hiccups with our room which led to some inconvenience, the response from the team was indeed 5 star.  This speaks volumes and reflects how the Kempinski staff go out of their way to truly exceed guest expectations. Not an easy feat when ours were pretty high to start with.  As one of our travelling party unfortunately became ill during their stay, many of the staff showed such genuine concern and care. The gestures they offered were very touching and so kind. This was all very much appreciated.  A very special thank you and acknowledgement to the very professional and dedicated Agung (Cliff Lounge) for everything. He is a true gentleman and always has guests' needs top of mind - a wonderful ambassador for this hotel.  The food is one of the greatest highlights here, across all the restaurants. It is very hard to pick a favourite and that is high praise given we're all big foodies.  The Cliff Lounge breakfasts and afternoon teas were incredible in their variety and offerings. Cocktails were the icing on the cake. Room service was always so thoughtful.  A special mention to Chef Sudarti for being so accommodating with dietary requirements, day after day and always delighting us with your creations. And wonderful, caring service from Dedi and Novia was something we won't forget.  In general, the staff are professional and friendly - from ground crew to housekeeping.  The decor, design and architecture is nothing short of breathtaking. Everything is tasteful, elegant, befitting of the surroundings and aesthetically stunning no matter which way you look. Thank you to the Management of Kempinski for instilling and delivering on your promises from the top down. What delights guests here is hearing "yes" when you have a request - nothing is too much, nothing is too hard. You've now given us a "big problem" - every future trip to Bali will now have to be straight to Apurva Kempinski and other comparable hotels (if there are any) won't get a look in! Thank you for turning our initial bumpy experience to such an exceptional one that we'll be raving about to everyone, far and wide.
