From the moment we arrived for holiday and until we left the whole experience at the hotel was fabulous. The service provided by the staff, facilities and location was exceptional. The staff are very attentive, kind and friendly. They cannot do enough to make your stay more special. We stayed in a two bedroom villa which was stunning. The housekeeping staff kept the villa beautifully clean and drinks and snacks were kept fully stocked everyday. We had breakfast at the lounge every morning, Wiwik and Okta were extremely attentive and helpful as were all the staff. They would great us with smiles each day. I just wanted to say thank you for a fabulous holiday!

What a fantastic hotel, from check-in to departure. The surroundings are beautiful and the hotel architecture is absolutely stunning. All of the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us - our pool villa was amazing, we loved every minute. Housekeepers work tirelessly to maintain the rooms and grounds which are spotless. The family dined at restaurant Koral for lunch which was an unforgettable experience and I should add the early morning tour of the fish tunnel offered via the kids club was amazing. Special mentions to Arta who works around the pool area and made us feel so very welcome, also Dara (?) who amongst other things delivered our room service late at night in the midst of a tropical storm with a smile on his face even when soaked through! Wiwik and Okta from the Villa restaurant also went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. You are all simply amazing and we thank you very much. We hope to return soon and will recommend this resort to anyone visiting Nusa Dua, especially for first timers like us who want to ease in slowly to Bali life.

My stay at The Kempinski Bali was, unfortunately, underwhelming and left me quite disappointed. While the property itself is visually stunning and the rooms are beautifully designed, the overall experience did not match the level of luxury expected. Service throughout the resort felt impersonal, lacking the warmth and attentiveness you would anticipate. There were also maintenance issues, including rusty pipes, which required staff to attend twice—something that detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. The dining experience was equally disappointing. The food was less than ordinary and did not reflect the standards of a high-end resort. The Sunday brunch, in particular, was poorly executed—overcrowded, understaffed, and with slow service from the chefs, which made the experience feel chaotic rather than enjoyable. Overall, while the aesthetics of the resort are impressive, the service, maintenance, and dining experience fell short, leaving a sense of missed potential.
