Coastal delicacies from around the archipelago are on offer at Koral, Bali's first aquarium restaurant, while Japanese flavours are showcased at Izakaya by OKU, an outpost of the award-winning OKU restaurant at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta. A sensational dim sum and hotpot experience is offered at signature Chinese restaurant Bai Yun. At the highest floor of the resort, guests can enjoy the creative ambience as well as premium cigar and Mediterranean tapas of L'Atelier by Cyril Kongo. An Absolute Masterpiece of Hospitality
Our stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali was nothing short of spectacular. From the breathtaking architecture to the immaculate attention to detail, this resort truly defines luxury. A special, heartfelt thank you goes to Dwika and April at the Cliff Lounge. Their exceptional service, warmth, and genuine care made our experience unforgettable. They anticipated our every need and went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly welcome and pampered throughout our stay. The stunning views, beautiful amenities, and world-class service across the resort were amazing, but it is the outstanding hospitality from team members like Dwika and April that will undoubtedly bring us back. Highly recommended!

Poor service and refusal to ask how to make it right would not recommend
Traveled from NYC in USA for special engagement celebration with my fiancé. Booked tunnel table at Koral 2 months in advance and listed engagement as special occasion for dinner. No one said congratulations or even acknowledged our engagement. Was staying in Cliff suite level and informed the staff about our disappointment with dinner. David Koral manager sent message and offered to have us come back and his staff say congratulations the following evening. We declined because my fiancé was upset and the moment had already passed. They didn't read the notes prior about our special engagement and now offered what felt like a forced consultation prize. Never asked us what we would like only suggested his idea. Would not recommend Koral due to the service. Also the sommelier was pouring our wine from the bottle that was nearly empty and tasted poorly like it was oxidized and spoiled.

Great hotel to unwind
We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. The resort is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Its location close to the beach makes it a perfect place to unwind for a few days after a long flight before continuing your journey around Bali. We would also like to give special recognition to Sudi, who worked at the lunch restaurant. She was always warm, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. We would also like to thank the manager of the Chinese restaurant, who greeted us every day with genuine kindness and made us feel truly welcome. Both of them provided outstanding service and helped make our stay memorable. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic experience. We hope to return in the future!
