Our stay at The Mulia was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, beautiful beachfront views, massive swimming pools, luxurious rooms, and honestly one of the best breakfasts we have ever experienced. The breakfast selection was incredible with so many varieties to choose from, and the entire resort feels grand yet relaxing at the same time. But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the people. Every single team member made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. From the security team greeting us warmly at the gate, the friendly buggy drivers, reception team, butlers, housekeeping, room service team, and especially the lounge staff, the hospitality here is on another level. A very special thank you to Sriyanti for going the extra mile to help me get a hair clip when I needed one, such a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. And to Devi (or Debby?) The lady who served us breakfasts with her warm smile and her wonderful lounge team, thank you for a nice chat and recommendation in the morning while we have breakfast :) I cant say more but this is really the best service I have ever received from a luxury hotel. All of you made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. I was initially a little hesitant to stay at an independent hotel as I usually choose chain hotels for their loyalty points. But honestly, The Mulia completely changed my perspective. The level of personalized service and genuine hospitality here made me forget entirely about points collection. I would choose this hotel again anytime without hesitation. To The Mulia team, thank you for creating such a memorable experience. It was my first visit for my honeymoon. The first impression of the building was magnificent and surprising, and the atmosphere of the hotel's outside scenery during the day was also beautiful. The room was spacious and cramped, and the staff were friendly. Thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Perfection on the Beach – World-Class in Every Way. From the moment we arrived at The Mulia Bali, we were completely blown away. This isn't just a luxury resort; it is a masterclass in hospitality. If you are looking for an unforgettable, flawless getaway in Nusa Dua, this is it.

This was our first stay at the luxurious and stunning The Mulia, and it certainly will not be our last! We could not fault a single aspect of our stay, with the only hiccup some limitations with the half board dining option which was immediately addressed by our Butler Boby and the management team. Our suite was incredible, absolute beachfront with incredible views over the lovely Mulia ladies statues in the Oasis Pool. The suite was huge and luxurious with a separate lounge and dining room, a dressing room, a massive bathroom with double vanities, freestanding bath, a very impressive Toto automated toilet (including a second one in a powder room), and a very comfortable king size bed with premium linen and towels. The huge balcony had a number of sitting options and a Jacuzzi with incredible ocean front views. The Lounge @ The Mulia has the best hotel breakfast we have ever enjoyed with an 11 page ala carte menu, with the food being of an exceptional quality. Afternoon tea and cocktails were included as part of our room package at the beautiful beachfront The Lounge overlooking the Oasis Pool. We received exceptional, attentive and personalised service from Reksa, Alya and particularly Angga who made each visit to the Cafe an incredibly enjoyable experience. There are not enough superlatives to describe our stay; absolute perfection!
