Absolutely incredible - better than I have ever experienced
My family took my sister and I to Bali for the first time because they couldn't wait to share the experience with us. There's no doubt why they keep returning! The place is beyond beautiful, with absolutely everything imaginationable catered for, whether it was relaxing at the beach, sitting in the cabana by one of the numerous pools, the spa surrounded by immaculate gardens, or eating the most delicious & diverse foods and cocktails. The rooms were perfect and well considered, if I could have packed my mattress I would have (talk about comfy!). But the most special part of the holiday, was the staff. Especially Ika who went above and beyond to know my sister and I, she was so considerate of us and preemted what ever we might need. Then there was Vrisna who had my family in stitches laughing during afternoon tea. I will absolutely be coming back.
