The Mulia

The Mulia resort in Nusa Dua is truly a 5 star resort and more. The rooms are very large and spacious with quality finishes and fixtures throughout. The grounds, pools and facilities are expansive and pristine, and buggies available everywhere to take you from one place to another, however walking around is such a pleasure to do here. The beach front is clean and gorgeous without being crowded. Daily afternoon offerings of cocktails, drinks and canapés are very welcomed after a huge breakfast that will see you through… And a huge shout out to the staff, who are all so very lovely and accommodating and helpful, always smiling and available to help in anyway possible. It was our first time to Bali, and sadly it’s our last day here, but we look forward to returning with our extended family. Many many thanks to all the staff ranging from Debi (our butler and first point of call) to the pool and beach staff providing towels, fresh bottled water and fruit snacks, to the drivers taking us from point a to b, to the waitressing staff and cooks making our amazing meals, to grounds staff who do an amazing job keeping the outdoor areas clean and pristine and to the staff making up the rooms and accommodation (often) twice daily for our comfort. And obviously to management staff who must take care and pride in facilitating, training and making possible all of the above. Basically, everyone who works here!! All pretty close to, if not, perfect… Thank you MULIA

I don't think there are words adequate enough to express our satisfaction of The Mulia. Amazing team of butlers who look like it's their purpose of life (a bit exaggerated, I know) to make you feel as comfortable as possible, and genuinely hospitable staffs. I could tell they truly work as a team despite shift changes because every needs and requests were made in a timely, smooth manner. For the size of such resort, this could only been done through years of experience and great teamwork. Impeccable design of the overall resort, top-notch food quality (trust me we're a foodie family), CLEAN WATER (we brought a shower filter from home and the colour stayed white throughout our entire stay)... The Mulia was redefined what a perfect family vacation could be for our family. Thank you!

We cannot recommend The Mulia highly enough. Every moment of our stay was luxurious. Our accommodation was beautiful, the food was excellent and the hospitality shown by the incredibly dedicated staff was beyond exceptional. The Mulia is now my resort of choice in Bali. We particularly want to thank the following staff members for making our stay so pleasant. These staff members are the heart of The Mulia and their dedication will be the reason we return. They are (in alphabetical order): Adi Putra, Agung, Anom, Chandra, Debi, Dharma, Dinda, Iga, Irfan Nugroho, Mahendra, Nares, Robert, Sukrawan, Sutrisna, Wijana and Yogi.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel — it was a dream come true! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special. We especially want to thank YUDI, who made a great effort to understand our limited English. He was kind, professional, and always knew what we were trying to say. It was a joy to talk with him. (This trip made us realize we really need to study English more!) TRI from THE CAFE always greeted us with a lovely smile. We saw her so often, and every time, she made us feel welcome and relaxed. Her service was also excellent. Thank you also to ROSSO and AGUNG at the beach, who spoke to us with such warm smiles. You made us feel very cared for. We’re sorry we couldn’t remember everyone’s names — we wish we could mention more people! One thing we really appreciated: we almost never had to say “Excuse me,” because staff noticed what we needed before we even asked. That was amazing. Thank you all so much. We’ll definitely be back!

We have stayed at the Mulia Resort previously and then in the last 2 years at the Mulia. All told , about 5 times. I believe this says it all. The beautiful resort, opening out onto the beach, the incredible detail given to the rooms and elsewhere, the genuine warm, caring attitude from the staff, the restaurants, a great gym and classes, all add up to an amazing stay! In addition the staff remember you from previous visits and welcome you back, especially Pandra and Debi who looked after every thing for us. Of course we will be returning!
