The Mulia

We had the most wonderful stay at Mulia Suites Bali and honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the incredible facilities to the food, beautiful suite and most importantly the genuinely wonderful people, everything exceeded our expectations. The facilities are outstanding. There are multiple beautiful pools, including an amazing kids’ pool with a splash play area and slides straight into the water. Our 4-year-old daughter, Nora, absolutely loved it! Our suite was gorgeous, huge, incredibly comfortable and beautifully maintained. It felt spacious and luxurious while still being somewhere we could truly relax as a family. The food was exceptional. We ate at the Cafe, the Lounge, Soleil and Table 8, and every single meal was delicious. The variety and quality genuinely exceeded our expectations. Nora especially loved the Cafe (and, of course, the chocolate fountain! 🍫). But what really makes Mulia special is the people. Every staff member we encountered was authentically warm, kind, funny and attentive. They noticed the little things and went out of their way to make our family feel welcome. They all engaged with Nora and made her feel so special—she was even allowed to push the horn on the numerous buggy rides, which absolutely delighted her! When we left, the team gave Nora a special farewell present. I had tears in my eyes watching how happy and loved she felt in that moment. That level of kindness is something we will remember for a very long time. They also sang my partner Happy Birthday at breakfast on the morning of his birthday, which absolutely made his day. ❤️ I sincerely hope the Mulia recognises just how much value their incredible people bring to the guest experience. The facilities are amazing, but it’s the warmth and genuine care of the staff that makes this place truly unforgettable. We are already talking about when we can come back! Thank you to everyone at Mulia for giving us such a perfect stay. We loved every minute of it! ❤️

It had been 12 years since my last visit to The Mulia, and I was genuinely amazed to see the property again. The building and room conditions are perfectly maintained, exactly as they were 12 years ago — it really shows how much care they put into their property. As always, we received a warm welcome. I was excited to be there with my wife and son this time. Twelve years ago I visited with my parents, and that trip left such an unforgettable memory that I decided I had to return, this time with my own family. My wife, who has stayed at many 5-6 star hotels around the world, was skeptical when I told her how amazing The Mulia is. But from the very first day, she admitted the resort is truly exceptional. The atmosphere throughout our stay was luxurious and exclusive. Even though it was peak season with many guests, using the Oasis swimming pool and The Lounge still felt private and exclusive. Service was quick and attentive, which let us fully enjoy our time there. I'd like to give warm thanks to several staff members who provided excellent service during our stay: Mia in the front office team, Guswar and Humphrey at the concierge, our butler Debi, and Adi — along with many others I don't have room to mention here. I want to thank the whole Mulia team for welcoming us and treating us like family. Our family enjoyed meals at Table 8, The Cafe, and The Lounge's à la carte menu. If you love authentic Chinese food, Table 8 is the best choice — I lived in China before, so I know what authentic Chinese food should taste like, and I can guarantee it. I also want to thank the housekeeping team for their excellent, unobtrusive service. They tidied the rooms like ghosts while we were out, and the turndown service was perfect — we could go straight to sleep without touching a thing. From beginning to end, it was a deeply touching experience. I will definitely return to The Mulia for our next holiday, and I look forward to seeing all the staff again.

Room 3506 was excellent. Adi Putra, Leo, Axel and Raditya were very helpful and a joy to deal with. Best Resort to relax and enjoy all the Sun, Surf, Pools, Restaurants and facilities available. Very impressed and will be coming back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at The Mulia, everything was just perfect. The Beach Suites are huge, beautifully designed and impeccable and the private whirlpool is a great bonus! The Mulia is close enough to enjoy all the facilities and restaurants of the Mulia Resort, while still feeling much more exclusive and peaceful. We especially loved the infinity pool right by the beach and the quieter atmosphere at both the pool and the beach loungers. The service was outstanding throughout our stay, everyone was incredibly polite, attentive and always happy to help. We particularly appreciated the butler service, which was extremely helpful with everything from arranging tours to making restaurant reservations. The food was excellent, probably a little too good, as we definitely ate too much! The only downside is the somewhat remote location. Overall, our stay was about as luxurious as it gets. A beautiful hotel with exceptional service!
