Our friends recommended that we join them on their return trip to the Mulia as they told us how much they enjoyed their last stay. So we did, and we also were blown away with the standard of hospitality and friendliness of your staff at the Mulia. Their attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Our suite was beautiful, comfortable, cool and kept to a very high standard during our stay and was a pleasure to return to at the end of each day. We will definately return and recommend the Mulia to our friends and family. Your staff our your real treasures and please share our thoughts with them as they really will remain in our memories.

This place is magic. It was our first time in Bali & chose The Mulia to celebrate in a special way. The hotel exceeded our expectations not only for the beauty of the room - fitted with anything you can dream of, even a Nespresso coffee machine - with a breathtaking view of the ocean & with a jacuzzi on the balcony. What we appreciated was the impeccable organization of the restaurants, serving delicious food - even an Indonesian afternoon tea - the pools, the beach, the buggies to move around the resort. Not to mention the heavenly spa for top notch massages. Last but not least, what really made this vacation so special and unforgettable was the constant and relentless KINDNESS of the personnel. We are especially grateful and particularly impressed by Dayu & Frisa who looked after us in the Lounge restaurant; Roso, the beach attendant, who spoiled us every day together with Dika the lifeguard. Thanks to all the butlers - especially Wijaia who took care of us when we checked in very late - well managed by Ali Faisal. We will never forget you all! We’ll never forget you

Stayed at The Mulia—amazing service, friendly staff, and stunning venues. Loved the Balinese spa and the breakfast buffet! Tons of food variety at all the restaruants at the mulia resort. Our butler was sweet and quick to respond to our request. Highly recommend for a relaxing, luxe stay.

Sublime experience. I’ve just been presented with a farewell gift of chocolates and am in the Grab taxi to our next stop. None of us wanted to leave. The 11yo begged us on the first evening to extend our stay! The service level is simply outstanding. Yogi and Wiskita above and beyond although every single staff member was like this-I just couldn’t get everyone’s names. The suites offered an upgraded experience to the general resort. The most spectacular breakfast and the afternoon tea and cocktails meant we really didn’t need any other meals-we did indulge though! Soleil menu was our fave and we spent a couple of nights at the Sky Bar too. Eating afternoon tea by the pool and one evening in a cabana (at afternoon tea time anyone can sit there) while the 11yo slipped in and out of the pool was bliss. The very dim lighting in the room and lack of enough hooks to hang towels were my only complaints with the room. The spa was very well used on the balcony and everything was luxe and comfortable. The Baron Suite is huge. We toured the Earl beachfront and that’s where we will stay next visit. The view is worthy of a painting. Also toured a villa. The pool becomes a swim spa. It’s a very large pool for a villa, 10m from memory. Plus the spa inside. Cafes on the beach to the left of the resort were great for calamari and an icecream. Cheap beach massages if that’s your thing. The beach path does continue after the empty paddock. Bikes were not available-not even from outside hirers. The bike would have really enhanced our stay. Walk to the Blowhole or Bali Collection. Go to Nusa by Suka for the best gnocchi you may ever eat. Zahra Spa provided a pick up and drop off- what a vibe! Almost all the spas locally offer this Kids/teen clubs. Mulia isn’t very child focussed. We used the 6-12yo kids club twice. It’s just a room with a couple of gaming systems, a projector and a climbing wall. Never saw any organised kids activities and the jumping castle on the beach is not as advertised. We did walk through the Sofitel which was full of happy kids. Very child focussed. Hyatt was the same. With both right on the beach path they would be strong contenders for us. It would almost pay for the Mulia to continue the path to link up properly to the main path. Could have written a glowing review of each of our five nights. Thanks for having us. We will be back.
