The Mulia

The Mulia in Nusa Dua is the most luxurious place in whole Nusa Dua strip. You feel relaxed in the second you get there . Everything will impress you: the atmosphere, the rooms, the people, the food. Loved it!

The Mulia was absolutely perfect. The suite was huge with 180 degree ocean and pool view. Balcony spa. Service impeccable from wait staff front desk room service. On arriving at pool - set up with towels cold water fruit. Breakfast was faultless. Also the other restaurants Soleil, Table 8. Plus afternoon tea was special. Buggy available to get around. Enjoyed the daily aqua aerobics. Will def be back.

We recently stayed at The Mulia Resort Nusa Dua with high expectations, & overall we had an enjoyable experience. The resort is stunning, & the view from the Concierge Level overlooking the beach is absolutely breathtaking. The grounds are beautifully maintained, & the variety of swimming pools gives guests plenty of options to relax. Our room was specious & luxurious. We especially loved the Japanese-style smart toilet with its heated seat & advanced features. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with an impressive variety of food, & the dedicated dessert room was a real highlight. There are a few areas where the experience could be further enhanced. Offering guests a choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic welcome drinks would create a more personalised arrival experience. The shower controls were difficult to operate, with no instructions on adjusting the water temperature, & only one shower head could be used at a time. One disappointment was that the access to the sauna & cold room required an additional fee. Given the premium room rates, we feel these wellness facilities should be included as part of the guest experience. The staff were consistently polite & professional. However, we believe there is an opportunity to make the service warmer & more engaging. During our stay at Grand Mercure Seminyak, every staff member- from reception to housekeeping & even the gardeners- greeted guests with genuine smiles, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. That level of personalised hospitality made a lasting impression & is something The Mulia could consider adopting. Also, Grand Mercure’s bed and pillows are amazing, we slept like a log. The Mulia excels in its beautiful facilities, outstanding breakfast, & spectacular location. However, luxury is also about how guests are made to feel. With a few improvements to guest engagement, room comfort, & the inclusion of wellness, The Mulia has the potential to deliver an even more exceptional five-star experience.

It's the best. It was the best accommodation, with food, views, rooms, and swimming pool all in one place. Especially in the morning, the sunrise is incredibly beautiful. Please come and see it. .

What an amazing experience staying at the Mulia. The service was exceptional, nothing was too hard and everyone was so kind. The food was outstanding! Such a relaxing stay. We are very much looking forward to returning. A special thanks to our butler Imam who was so kind and Arie during our cocktail hour who had such a warm presence.
