The Mulia

A wonderful Luxury Escape . The Mulia is beautiful and all the staff are amazing. There is a lot to explore on the grounds with pools everywhere, wonderful food and lovely beach area.

Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. We were treated like royalty and completely spoilt in every way. The Mulia truly sets the benchmark for luxury and hospitality. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bali!

This was my third visit to Bali but the best The Mulia staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful (a special praise for the Buttler and housekeeping service). The food at every restaurant was delicious. I recommend this resort to anyone wanting to make their Bali holiday memorable.

Our stay at The Mulia was nothing short of spectacular. We stayed in the Earl Suite, which was beyond luxurious and offered breathtaking, wonderful water views. The resort boasts fantastic dining options, and we felt truly spoiled by the afternoon high tea and the incredible beverage selection including some genuinely `knock your socks off’ cocktails! What really made our stay memorable, was the super attentive and friendly team. While every single staff member we encountered was wonderful, we want to give a special mention to a few who went above and beyond. Imam (our morning butler): He greeted us day one with a beautiful smile and took the time to thoroughly explain everything the Mulia has to offer. He would take care of our restaurant bookings, taxis and let us know he’s only a call away. Thank you for the lovely box of chocolates on our departure, they were Devine ✨ Debi: Our fantastic evening butler who ensured our nights were just as seamless. Darma & Vrisa: Two of the many wonderful waitstaff who provided impeccable service during our meals. Prasetya (Lifeguard): He took excellent care of us by the water, keeping us perfectly hydrated with ice-cold water and wonderfully refreshing, quenching watermelon sticks. Kenny: Our wonderful buggy driver, who always got us around the resort with a bright smile and a great tale. Putu Mertana: Our talented housekeeper who kept our suite in immaculate condition. His creative artistry left in our room was both beautiful and incredibly thoughtful. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday special and our stay so magical. We cannot wait to return! We absolutely loved our stay at The Mulia! From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond exceptional. Every dish we ate was absolutely delicious, and the attention to detail throughout our stay was second to none. One of the things that truly stood out was the incredible service. Being greeted by name and made to feel so welcome by everyone made the experience feel so personal and special. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The level of hospitality and service was genuinely the best we have ever experienced. Our room was perfect — incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The Mulia has truly set a new standard for us, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. A well-deserved five stars!
