The Mulia

Excellent hotel, Excellent services, Excellent transportation with Alphard between hotel and airport. Excellent breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The Mulia truly deserves Five Stars from Forbes Travel Guide. Looking forward to stay at The Mulia Bali again in the near future.

We were here at The Mulia Suites for my birthday celebration. From the time we reached Denpasar airport, the experience had been consistently wonderful. The care given to us and seamless communication between the staffs were impressive. We would like to give our heartfelt thanks to our butler Ika, concierge services Adi, Yogi from the Lounge, airport pickup service Jaya and many many many more from the Mulia who rendered us such impeccable hospitality. We will definitely be back for more!

Roso is excellent service at the pool.and tiarsana staff so nice set up our cabana well and excellent. Room is so nice and clean.the pool is so clean.

We travelled here as a big family group of 15 for a special family holiday and The Mulia was superb. Exceeded all expectations. Here is what makes it stand apart: 1. The service is second to none. Every single employee here is kind, friendly, patient and eager to help you have the best holiday. After a day they will remember your name and know your coffee order. 2. The food is unbelievable. From the 5 star buffet to the cafe Canneles, it is easy to feel like you are in Paris. 3. The luxury. I challenge anyone to find a better beach lounge at any resort anywhere. Imagine a bed, by the beach. This is what everyone at the resort experiences. 4. the Residence. Felt like Capella in Singapore. Extreme luxury. We came up for the Korean BBQ dinner which was superb and memorable. 5. Eka. My wife and I both had Eka every day for personal training and she was fantastic. Put us through our paces with kick boxing and her stretch down at the end made the training pain worthwhile! 6. The beach was excellent. Clean and swimable. In short, this is a very slick, very well run resort and we will be back for sure. The Luxury Escapes package has exceptional value and makes the whole experience affordable, without any compromise. For improvement: 1. The pools could be a touch warmer. 2. The luxury escapes dinner package at Table 8 Chinese was not very good at all. The cold starters were not good and I suggest you change them.
