Fabulous staff ,great food ,clean accommodation ,stunning pools quiet hotel ,what more could you ask for . Very happy team members.

A world class resort: upgraded to Earl ocean suite from a baron garden view: Highlights are afternoon bottomless tea - WOW! All the staff, especially our butlers Debi and Romio. Social thanks to Ari too. Amazing! And especially Debi! Outstanding. For getting us milk for our son, in the fridge every night for bed time and extra towels for the hot tub. Absolutely class! The kids club was great. So was the Japanese restaurant and the beautiful Russian violinist at tea every day. The singer by the lake is not the same person, even they look similar! Loved this place. Staff are so happy. Breakfast is amazing! Suit was beautiful! What an amazing stay and only suggestions o would make are more condiments at tea, better info about the resort (maybe an app). There were some issues with WiFi which were sorted and some confusion about an ‘adults only pool’ which were resolved quickly when the lad t was told no such thing. AMAZING! Owners of hotel should be proud of hotel the and ethos staff deliver.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Mulia Suites Nusa Dua for my birthday. The staff went above and beyond expectation to make us feel special. The butler service was exceptional. Every request we made was accommodated. We dined at different restaurants within the resort and food was world class out of this world! When my husband became unwell, the staff cared for him like a family. From the concierge to the managers -- everyone was so friendly. Adi Putra, Edy, Ali, Andre, Ika, Romeo, Imam, Budi, Pande, Dharma, Waskita, Pery Andika, Agung (beach), Ari, Pinta (Salto shop), Imelda, Kenny, Yudi, Deby, Anita and many others whose names I may have missed — we are deeply grateful. We look forward to coming back around the same time next year. ❤️

We have just returned from our holiday of 10 days at the beautiful Mulia resort..We chose the Mulia to treat ourselves to a bit of luxury,and it exceeded our expectations..We felt like VIPs .The whole resort is just amazing Wow!! We stayed in a ground floor garden room which was more like a small apartment very spacious with doors leading out to a veranda with a huge sun bed ,jacuzzi,and a beautiful garden, book this if you have little ones, they can run around on the grass ..The service from all the staff was incredible,especially after my husband became unwell,the genuine concern and help was exceptional,bringing us soup and always checking in with how we were going .Special thanks to Robert our butler who was so helpful.. We would also like to acknowledge Roso at the beach who looked after my husband with mobility issues, escorting him to the bathroom,setting up our favourite beach chairs ,always making sure we were comfortable.thank you Roso.What a valuable employee you are .There is nothing at all we can fault ,it was a wonderful experience..

What a beautiful stay! It was my third time at Mulia and I can say it was truly exceptional. I had lost my Ipad on the plane and the hotel team assisted me a lot. Thanks to Weda, Irfan, Debi and all the staff members for their excellent service.
