See other survey. Asking the same questions twice........and having two surveys shows a slackness and lack of focus that fortunately did not occur during our stay. Pretty sloppy.

Can enjoy throughout the day in this hotel. They offer the outstanding experience and all the staff are very thoughtful. This was our second visit since five years and we have enjoyed this time as well. We will definitely come back again!

Prestine resort ! Very clean, and looks very high end with beautiful views of beach from each lobby. This hotel is right on the beach and the pools are also right on the beach (beautiful views). The afternoon tea doesn’t play around , I highly recommend. Same with the a la carte breakfasts - I recommend the Asian breakfast sets. Thank you to especially to Ika who took care of so many of our needs, requests, and curiosities (and fun)! Ketut was nice as well. And to the afternoon tea staff/morning breakfast lounge staff - thank you so much ! All so sweet and have great memory! It’s really everyone but I forgot some names (sorry!)… so I’ll list a thank you to Yogi and Ari (some names I do remember). You are all so wonderful with great service , attentiveness, and care! Suksma !

Our stay at The Mulia didn’t disappoint, this was our second stay here and some of the staff remembered us from last year and the welcome back from the resort was so special Dining was amazing, especially the huge range of food at the different breakfast venues and the Sunday Brunch was as amazing as last year The high-tea was delicious and one staff member in particular was a standout, Vrisa remembered our favourite cocktails and always made sure we were looked after. His people skills were great and I believe he would do very well in a higher role like a butler, he has great people skills and I’m sure will be a huge asset in any role at The Mulia
