The Mulia

Truly a beautiful experience. We are already planning our next trip back. The staff were beyond kind and helpful. Loved it!

Luxury at its finest! Our room was luxurious in every way. It was sparkling clean and offered beautiful amenities. The bed was comfortable with beautiful linens and the most comfortable pillows! The restaurants offered a wide array of foods to please every palate and everything we tried was delicious! Our group arrived just before the closing of the restaurant for the night. They made arrangements to accommodate us and were gracious even though we made their closing late. The pools and grounds are gorgeous. It is like walking through a world-class museum! But it is their staff that makes this place magical! Every single person with whom we interacted was unbelievably kind and gracious in every way. I suffered an ankle injury while there. Our butler, Boby, offered to bring an ice pack to our room. He knew us by name. He checked in with me each day to see how I was feeling and to offer assistance. We felt very lucky for Boby’s kind service. I don’t know who trains their staff in customer-care, but the staff here is the gold standard by which every employee in the tourism industry should be measured. Their kindness and service was unparalleled.

Our 5-night stay at The Mulia was nothing short of exceptional. Our suite was huge, beautifully presented and clean. It even comes with a jacuzzi on the balcony. Our only negative comment is the soundproofing of our suite is not the best. We could hear footsteps from the suite above and at times also door slamming. We love the Balinese hospitality. The staff at The Mulia made us feel very welcome which turn made our stay so special. A big thank you to our wonderful butlers Wijaya & Gilbert who attended to our every needs. They were very professional and prompt in their response to all our requests. After we’ve checked out, Butler Debi even took us for a personal tour of the Mulia Villas and showed us a one-bedroom villa which looked really spectacular. All the other staff were all very courteous and helpful and everyone had a huge smile. Special thanks to Ardi and Roma who took very good care of us at the Lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea. The onsite restaurants are magnificent too and we tried them all. We had a really great dinner at Soleil on our last night. We fully recommend The Mulia to anyone looking for a perfect get away holiday in Bali.

Amazing service, beautiful location, delicious food

The Mulia is outstanding in so many ways. The Lounge staff exceptional with Putra being particularly attentive. Bayu at Cannele made us feel very welcome and his service was also outstanding. Loved the gym and the helpful staff. Reception butlers such as ADI, Gilbert and Agus were always very attentive. Highly recommend
