Located in a small street one block from main station. Good sized room for an old building. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Bed comfortable and had a small wardrobe. Enough space to walk around bed. We were on top floor looking north. Their staff were very welcoming. Yes, does have a lift, but be aware reception is one flight up and you must take stairs to get to reception and the lift; noting we are 64 and 57 respectively. Would stay here again.

This was my second time in Paris and my second stay at the Hotel Du Parc. I really like staying here as it is extremely convenient - there are a number of metro stops (on different lines) within a short walking distance, there are loads of good restaurants surrounding the hotel, and Montparnasse feels like a safe area (I walked around at night on multiple occasions on my own and never felt afraid). The rooms and bathrooms are small, there really isn't a lot of space, but everywhere was very clean, the staff were all really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was OK, and the bed was comfortable - I slept very well each night. The very reasonable rates makes this an excellent budget hotel for those looking to explore Paris!

Very smelly entrance. Very unengaged staff. There were a couple of problems with my room but there was no attempt to fix them.

My friend and I were shocked at how nice this hotel was for the price. First off, the young man who works the front desk is lovely, so sweet and welcoming. I was shocked at his customer service skills, so accomodating. The rooms are small but clean and fine. There's this weird thing that a lot of European hotels have where you have to put the hotel key in the light fixture for the lights to work. One of the women asked me to leave my key with her (said it was customary so we don't lose the key) but I was like "Heck No!" and she was like "okay." They clean the room every day - that's service. the breakfast is good with real food and lots of pastries. The elevator is scary and tiny but I walked up all the flights of the stairs here ot help my friend and she was on the top floor and it's not bad at all even with a suitcase. The hotel is in a great neighborhood with a grocery store and Montparnasse Tower and Montparnasse Cemetary right next door. There are crepes everywhere. It felt very safe and the hote was just so cute - cute rooms, cute staff, cute location. I was literally shocked at how nice it was for the price.

The location of the hotel is great - close to Luxemburg Garden and Montparnasse station. The room was small, expected in a city like Paris, but clean. The only issue I found was that you had to carry your luggage to the first floor and only there the elevator was available. I'd still recommend the hotel for your stay in Paris.
