Boutique Hotel With Stylish Rooms and Great Amenities
A beautifully renovated boutique hotel featuring elegant rooms, a lively bar area and a relaxing outdoor pool. Service is excellent, and the atmosphere feels upscale yet approachable. A great stay in the heart of Omaha.

My Kimpton Cottonwood never disappoints!
We enjoyed a fabulous girl's getaway birthday celebration weekend at The Kimpton Cottonwood. This was my second visit and I will stay again. It's simply my favorite hotel in Omaha! A charming old hotel with an amazing and attentive staff! From the second we arrived, we felt pampered and well taken care of. The valet and bellhop service was impeccable! Everytime we came and went, such prompt and courteous service! As a bonus, we each got free carwash tickets! Our gorgeous room with a view was spacious and sparkling clean! We enjoyed the free cocktail hour, and lovely breakfast and coffee downstairs in their historic restaurant! The Reuben hash is so yummy! Thanks for a fun and fabulous celebration. I can't wait to come visit again!
