Great hotel but an odd pool situation.
Beautiful hotel. Great service at the restaurants and bars. The only downside was housekeeping (never came) and the pool. They are using the pool as a profit center. Over half of the chairs are for reservations only ($100 per chair) and these are the chaise on the sunny side in the morning. So hotel guests (paying over $500 per nite) are relegated to a shady confine, while the reserved chairs literally sit empty all day. Also the pool has a service charge for the bar, and the servers will tell you that they don’t get most of it—that it goes to management. They really need to prioritize guests over non existent pool members and those few willing to pay for a chair.

From the beginning the staff was kind, courteous and approachable. Easton in parking is the absolute boss of is his line of work. Any time you’re in Omaha I cannot recommend this place enough to you and your family. all heart.
