Exceptional Hospitality
Shout out to Camden, Eric Jr and Sam for welcoming us so warmly to The Cottonwood Hotel of Omaha! Their natural hospitality was appreciated as they greeted us and happily managed other clientele at the same time. We were grateful to have had a minute to chat on the way up to our room. Camden was proud of the hotel and the local area and especially proud of the team he works with! Thanks for helping us to start our stay in the best possible way!

Camden and Bri were beyond. AMAZING - greeting us checking us in and getting us settled. Best stay in Omaha yet!! Looking forward to the restaurant experience as well.

Excellent.
Everyone service was excellent . My girlfriend and I were very satisfied in our stay. Bri and Camden were very helpful and friendly at valet. Front desk manager, Rebecca went out of her way to help me feel comfortable during our stay. Ashley, at the front desk gave us alot of information about the area of the hotel. We were very happy. Great hotel from valet to check out!
The valet was friendly and fast. Bri, Cam and Joe were exceptional! Hotel pool was top notch with excellent summer drink options. Will definitely stay again!
