Great service at the Kimpton Cottonwood
Excellent service by the staff at the Kimpton Cottonwood. Camden, Joe, Matt, Eric Jr, and Ashton all did a great job in valet and with bell hop service. It was super quick and convenient. The time from when we pulled the car up in front of the hotel through check in and being in settled in our room was about eight minutes. Room was large, clean, comfortable and elegant decorated. We have not been the any of the restaurants yet but I have no doubt they will be great. The entire hotel is beautiful and focused on service. You cannot go wrong with this property.

Exceptional Hospitality
Shout out to Camden, Eric Jr and Sam for welcoming us so warmly to The Cottonwood Hotel of Omaha! Their natural hospitality was appreciated as they greeted us and happily managed other clientele at the same time. We were grateful to have had a minute to chat on the way up to our room. Camden was proud of the hotel and the local area and especially proud of the team he works with! Thanks for helping us to start our stay in the best possible way!
