Amazing Experience
visited Orlando, FL for the first time and had the pleasure of staying at Caribe Royale Orlando. My experience was amazing. The staff was very friendly, everything was explained clearly, and there were no hidden surprises or charges. The room was clean, the food in the breakfast area was excellent, and the pool was large and well maintained. Overall, it was a beautiful experience and I will definitely stay there again. Usually when you go on vacation, you plan to spend most of your time out exploring, but having the place where you stay be the best part of your trip is truly extraordinary. This hotel made my vacation that much more enjoyable.

Great hotel, great location, great drinks, and almost great food
Receptionist was welcoming, room was clean and had all amenities except I wanted a room with one bed; however, it would have costed more. Food and service was great at the Stadium Club. I would definitely return. Omelette for breakfast was not enjoyable and costs a lot.

Not for people of color
NOT A RESORT FOR PEOPLE OF COLOR even though the staff is all diverse. Sad story. The location and room were great. However, don’t stay here if you’re a person of color. I had to most horrific experience while just trying to relax by the pool. The hotel website says pool chairs are first come first serve but what they don’t say is if you get there very early in the morning a staff member will sit a towel on a chair for you and now it’s yours for the whole day. Not knowing this unknown policy, I walked around the pool looking for chair and found one with only the hotel towel and no personal belongings. 1 hour later an intoxicated white woman approached me YELLING that these were her chairs. It was very obvious that she was drunk and I politely asked her to talk to hotel services if this was a policy.fast forward, the staff apologized, offered me a virgin daquiri and called it a day. The experience was irrational, embarrassing and not what I’d expected from a resort this nice

Over priced parking and over priced resort.
Parking was bad and I mean VERY BAD- $34 to park? Are you kidding me and then over Memorial Day having to park no where near the tower where your room is. Ten floors of rooms and parking for maybe three floors. Staff at front desk was approached about situation with no appearance of compassion. The ONLY thing good about my week stay there was house keeping.

Great hotel for convention stay
I stayed here for a work trip and was not using the pool amenities or the shuttle to the Disney Parks…the room was clean, spacious and updated…the shower pressure was pretty decent and the staff helpful and friendly…the convention site was beautiful, and the food above par for a large conference, and the staff attentive and very accommodating
