Hello, I don't normally write reviews, but because of the severity and nightmare during our first day/night stay at Caribe Royal Resort on August 24th I had to share my review. We were assigned a two bedroom Villa in Building VII. After placing our bags in the room, we went to have an amazing birthday dinner celebration at the Venetian Restaurant on sight for our Son-in-law birthday. We then went to our Villa and immediately we're being bit by fleas, and visibly saw many! After calling front desk and demanding to be moved, they moved us into a Villa in building VI. Unfortunately, we were told that Villas were being renovated. Sadly, the Night Manager Maria moved us to a room with Spiders, dead & alive crawling on the walls, etc. This was a horrible experience, Maria asked my husband if we could stay there one night...his response was, are you really asking me this!!! The technician came to kill spiders, and clear webs! We all slept maybe 3.5 hrs; 4 adults & 3 grandchildren were so nervous & disappointed. Well, awake after Midnight, we all tried to wish our granddaughter a Happy birthday on 8/25; her birthday started out as a nightmare. I went to the front desk at 8:30 am., and asked to speak to the manager. I was greeted by Mr. David Soler, Guest Experience Manager, who had already read all the notes. After sharing concerns, and several pictures of our flea bites, room appearance, etc, Mr. David Solar immediately, assured me that he would be moving us to Building III, with adjoining rooms, and also provided a special surprise for our granddaughter's birthday.🎈🎂 Our 1st night fee, along with two days of Resort fees were fully refunded to us. Thanks to David Solar's genuine care and concern for our families horrible experience on 8/24, we ended our birthday vacation at Caribe Royal Resort with happy memories, while visiting 3 Disney Parks. Also, out in the Pool Area, the team service was exceptional. I want to give a shout out to Steven, who tended to our needs by placing town covers on our chairs by the pool. This was our 2nd time visiting Caribe Resort, and we're pleased to share great conversations with Hotel pool staff. Thank you Steven for remembering us. Because of David Soler, Guest Experience Manager's care we look forward in visiting Caribe Royal Resort next year. Thank you for reading this detailed review.

Stayed for a week in a 2 bed villa. Accommodation was excellent, spacious and clean. Lots of space for a family to enjoy. The hotel is big. We spent time at the main pool which was great for the kids, the villa private pool is much more quiet and relaxing. Staff generally friendly with the odd exception. We visited Stadium Club and used a sports SIM which was good fun. Location of the hotel is very good, a couple of mins from Vineland premium outlets and a short drive to the parks.

This is our 3rd visit to the caribe royale, we absolutely love it! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and nothing is any trouble. A special mention has to go to Steve Brown round the pool he was absolutely amazing and my 2 boys loved him. He took time everyday to speak to them and us and always went above and beyond for us. I hope the hotel do something special for his 30 years working there he definitely deserves it!! The hotel is literally just outside of disney and has shops and restaurants all down the road. Parking was never an issue we always got a space even with corporate meetings going on we never found it too busy. The pool is just amazing my kids loved it, never struggled for a sunbed no matter what time of day, and I did use the gym a few times which was absolutely fine had everything you needed. I would highly recommend this hotel 3 visits and we will be back again when we return to sunny Orlando!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Family Stay – We Would Definitely Return! We recently stayed at Caribe Royale Orlando as a family of five, with children aged 16, 12 and 9, and we honestly couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We decided to upgrade to one of the villas, and it was 100% the right decision for our family. Having the extra space and, most importantly, a full kitchen made such a difference. We cooked several meals during our stay, which saved us a huge amount of money compared with eating out every day, and it also meant we could enjoy some healthier, home-cooked meals during a busy Orlando holiday. The whole property is absolutely immaculate. A special mention has to go to the housekeeping team, who were exceptional. Our villa was cleaned beautifully every day, with fresh towels, clean beds and everything left spotless. The standard of cleanliness throughout the entire resort was incredibly impressive. The staff were another huge highlight. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. A very special mention to Steve Brown at the main pool, who was brilliant and gave us such a warm welcome. People like Steve really do make a difference to your holiday experience. We loved having the choice of pools. The villa pool is lovely, peaceful and quiet, which was perfect when we wanted to relax, while the main pool was great fun when we wanted a livelier atmosphere with the children. We also really enjoyed the food at Calypso’s Pool Bar & Grille, and the food and atmosphere in the sports bar were excellent too. One of the biggest advantages of Caribe Royale, though, has to be the location. We found it was around 10 minutes from the Disney parks and approximately 15–20 minutes from Universal. Even better, because of where the hotel is situated, you seem to miss so much of the heavy Orlando traffic. After long days in the parks, being able to get back to the hotel so quickly was a massive bonus. For a family visiting Orlando, I genuinely think Caribe Royale offers the best of both worlds — you are incredibly close to everything, but when you return to the resort it feels spacious, relaxing and away from the chaos. Beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, fantastic staff, great facilities and an excellent location. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caribe Royale to other families visiting Orlando.
