Boris made an absolutely bomb😉 pina colada
This drink brought me back to the motherland, Russia. The icy coolness of the beverage when freshly served brought me back to the deep tundra of northern Russia. The yellow of his glasses reminds me of the bananas I’d pick fresh from the trees from when I was serving my country in battle in Argentina. Boris will always hold a special place in my heart.

I've had great service here! I'm on a trip for a school club and we are having a great time. Boris was our bartender and made the bessstttt piña coladas ever The pool is absolutely gorgeous and we spent most of our down time by it. The area around it is nice too, everything is within walking distance. Great trip!

Food at Antler’s Lounge is AMAZING
The Antler’s Lounge Restaurant in the hotel is awesome. Food is so good and so is the service. And their Soup of the Day (minestrone soup) and Mediterranean salad with blackened shrimp is amazing! 😋 Compliments to Boris my server and to the chef Sandra.

Most Helpful and Friendly Staff!
Hotel is great! Friendly, easy to navigate, clean and comfortable. While staying at The Castle I had an issue with my in room fridge. The front desk staff sent engineer, Joel, to check on it. In less than 10 minutes tops Joel stopped by to evaluate the fridge and then replace it with a new one. Beyond his quick service, Joel was super friendly and professional. Please share my appreciation with Joel and his management team, his customer service was top notch.

Fabulous staff at buffet breakfast
We had a good breakfast buffet where they did ‘eggs your way’ and catered for all of our food allergies, but most importantly, we had great service with smiles from friendly Boris and his colleagues. Thank you Boris for making our stay memorable.
