A surprise and delight!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

We had an unexpected trip cancellation and found ourselves at the Conrad resort. We are so glad we did! From the moment we walked into the door, we received excellent and friendly service. Ricky at the front desk made sure our room needs were met and after hearing about all of our travel trouble and that we were celebrating our anniversary, He surprised us with a room upgrade which was a wonderful surprise and delight. The whole facility is very well run, fun and relaxing. There is so much to do but also plenty of space to sit in the quiet with a good book by the pool. We absolutely would recommend and are looking forward to coming back. Thanks Ricky and staff for making our trip so memorable.

Exceptional service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

I stayed at the Conrad evermore in March 2026 with a friend. We thought the service was exceptional. We ate dinner at Cieba and Christian was our waiter. He was lovely. We had breakfast at Sophia, which is the main restaurant on the property. The food was excellent. The service at both the front desk, concierge, and at the pool was exceptional. I travel quite often and this hotel offers a beautiful setting and excellent service for the price point. Highly recommend.

Wondeful new hotel in Orlando

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Great stay with a busy mega resort feel. Solid 4.5 stars. The lagoon is *Stunning* and definitely the highlight of Evermore. On the plus side- loved the modern and new feel of the hotel, lovely large modern rooms and common areas. The staff were really nice as well but valets need to be more welcoming and offer help with bags etc. when you first show up. Food was good- they have casual options for self order which is convenient to get for the kids through the day and a fun Ice cream truck. We ate dinner at Sophia's also great food and nice server. Breakfast buffet was good. Everything is expensive and 20% tip included. Too busy on the wknd to get early check in, got a bit of later checkout though. There are not enough chairs at the South beach and slide pool where the kids action is, but lots of seating scattered around the lagoon which was nice.. but a long walk to everything. Multiple pools also. Cannot charge room at the Evermore facilities basically anything outside the main hotel building so just have apple wallet or a card handy. Lots of fun and upbeat energetic kids activities throughout the day which we loved- games, hair braiding, crafts etc. some with an extra staff. The crew were really sweet and good to the kids All in all a great new option in Orlando. Service still not up there with FS Orlando though esp. Front desk. Maybe too big to get there. We will certainly return as all in all it was an enjoyable stay!

Beautiful Property, but Service Standards Fall Short of True Luxury

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We stayed at the Conrad Orlando for 4 nights in March. While the hotel is physically stunning—clean, modern, and perfectly located—the operational side of the stay was incredibly frustrating. This property has immense potential, but the service execution is the clear divider between a Hilton property and the seamless experience you receive at Four Seasons or a Ritz-Carlton. The Dining "Deal-Killer": The onsite dining management was the biggest disappointment. At the breakfast buffet, we arrived multiple times to a restaurant that was 65% empty, yet were told there was a 30-minute wait. Staff claimed tables were held for "reservations," but most of those tables remained vacant for the duration of our wait. I would have to feel most people are like us and just want to something quick before we head to one of the parks or the pool. I will also add the foot at the buffet was very good as well as the selection. Poolside was even worse. We tried to get chicken fingers for our kids (ages 6 and 7) at the Papaya Club(Poolside Grill) as well a cocktail for ourselves kid only to be met with "reserved" signs on half the tables in a half-empty area and told there was a 60-minute wait to eat at the only poolside dining option. I was told that they give the guest 30 minutes to arrive before they give up the table. I could see if this was a formal restaurant but a poolside grill that's insane. It took 40 minutes and a conversation with a manager who was very nice to finally get us seated at a table that likely would have stayed empty otherwise. Service & Logistics: The "Invisible" Staff: There is a QR menu and a "buzzer" system on the pool tables to alert servers. In 4 days, we rang that buzzer multiple times and not once were we approached by a staff member except the last day where a server who was walking by approached us but not because we rang the buzzer. Valet & Bell Service: We experienced 30+ minute waits for our car. On our final day, we waited 30 minutes for luggage assistance before giving up and hauling the bags down ourselves. Final Thoughts: A beautiful building only goes so far. When you are paying for a luxury experience, you expect the staff to prioritize the guest in front of them over a rigid, inefficient reservation system. Until they bridge the gap between "Hilton service" and "Luxury service," this property will struggle to compete with the top-tier resorts . I do want to add the all the workers were very friendly. My gut is these issues stem from management. This place has huge potential and if they could get these issues in order I would come back.

Disappointing

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Paid extra for lagoon view which we can technically see to the right of the unattractive buildings next door - misleading - then tried to sit at the lagoon but was turned away and told there was a waiting list - we will call you - an hour later they called - we chose not to sit around and waste the day - very disappointing so far- given the price should be infinitely better
