The celebrated Grand Bohemian Hotel takes an unconventional and cutting-edge approach to hospitality. Its collection of artwork and selection of live entertainment makes it one of Orlando's most legendary and sophisticated retreats. This AAA Four-Diamond Award destination is a truly stylish find. Grand Bohemian Hotel boasts a gallery of guest rooms and suites draped in rich, velvety fabrics offset by deep and dramatic hues. Spacious bathrooms are big enough for traveling twosomes to share, and an in-room stash of Starbucks coffee allows you to lounge before dressing and heading out for the day.

Grand Bohemian Orlando - Disappointing Experience 3 out of 5 stars While the Grand Bohemian Orlando is visually stunning, our experience left much to be desired — especially disappointing as we chose this hotel to kick off our 30th wedding anniversary celebrations. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was unfriendly and failed to explain the charges until we specifically asked. There was no warm welcome, which immediately put a damper on the experience. Later, when we visited the pool around 3:30 PM, we found there were only about seven loungers, all occupied. The pool area was overly crowded, mostly shaded, and not very clean — with visible dirt in the water. Our room was well-decorated, and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were lumpy and made for a restless sleep. The bar area inside the hotel was beautiful, and the bar staff were genuinely helpful and friendly — one of the few highlights. Unfortunately, service issues continued. At the pool bar, my husband was charged for two beers he never ordered. When he questioned the charge, instead of removing it, the staff brought him the beers he had already declined. It took additional insistence to finally have the mistake corrected. Checkout was equally underwhelming. The front desk staff didn’t ask about our stay or offer any kind of farewell — a basic courtesy that was sorely missing. It’s also worth noting that the hotel caters primarily to business travelers. It is not ideally located for tourists; there is very little to see or do nearby without driving significant distances. We ended up hiring a car and traveling to Miami Beach and Daytona for the last part of our trip. In short, the Grand Bohemian Orlando offers beautiful surroundings but falls far short on service and guest experience. I would not recommend it for a special occasion.

My wife and I stayed here one night, so not much time to take in the property. Service was good and check in a breeze. The property was very nice and clean. We stayed in a standard king room which was very nice. Very clean and everything functional. Very nice bathroom with walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast the next morning and it was very good with great service. Great stay and we would go back.

My spouse and I booked a quick overnight getaway to watch some hoops and spend time together sans kids. The hotel was very close to the Magic arena (though we were running late so opted for a $20 local bicycle taxi, an experience in itself) as well as several local restaurants, clubs and the Dr. Phillips Center. Valet parking was easy, the rooftop pool area was charming, and our upgrade to a jacuzzi tub King Suite was the best. We opted to have post-game drinks and bar snacks at the Bosendorfer lounge which was buzzy and fun. A perfect couples short getaway in the heart of downtown Orlando.

Well it seems paying top dollar means nothing when checking in and later that night finding the bed that looked made never had the sheets actually changed the sheets were dirty and stained. Calling guest services no one answers. Going to the front desk telling them to get housekeeping to fix this and no one shows up. Trust in a brand is important and Marriott has successfully ruined Starwood which was a brand that treated VIPs like VIPs. We will pull all reservations from our companies away from Marriott properties the culture has proven they don’t care about the business traveler.

We usually have a great experience at Marriott Bonvoy, but I'm a little disappointed in the grand Bohemian. The room was average no better than Embassy suites, however more expensive Food with mediocre the bar Was very noisy, even though there weren't that many people inside. The pool was a nice place to hang out. However, the music went on until midnight which I feel is way too late because our room was right over the pool so the sleep was not terrific. For the money, we paid around $350 a night I'm quite disappointed Staff is very friendly room is very clean, but just average I expected more. Would not stay here again and would not recommend
