Casual Luxury in downtown Orlando. Welcoming staff & valets. Tasty upscale restaurant on site. Comfortable spacious room. Relaxing clean pool & lounge area. Two Bar locations: enthusiastic outside pool & elegant first floor (order from restuarant menu here). Well equipped exercise room. Security - elevators require key. Onsite Starbucks. Evening live music in entry hall. I stayed in interior room 725 facing pool - relaxing and quiet. *Hint: Entryway is 36 E. Jackson Street! It is a covered pull through. This is also address to give Uber or you will be chasing them around the hotel... there are no parking spaces at front walkin entry..only a VERY busy intersection.

Loved my stay here. Valeted my car and Ross took great care of my vehicle! He provided me excellent service and even gave me pointers on where I should go for the day with my family. Would recommend this hotel to anybody! As long as Ross keeps doing what he’s doing.

Very convenient location for going to anything at the Kia Center in downtown Orlando. About a 7-10 minute walk. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Very clean and classy hotel. Very large pool area with bar. Also has large bar inside. Will definitely stay here again when attending anything at the Kia center.

Thank you to the first class staff and customer service at this luxurious Autograph hotel. Everyone from the valet to the front desk, bar and restaurant were on top of everything and the manager Chris made sure that every challenge that came up was handled quickly and exceptionally! The food was fantastic at both the bar and the Boheme. There is a Starbucks attached to the lobby that we went to every day and the downtown location was convenient, quiet during the day but lively at night. After staying near the parks last time in Orlando I would come back to this property in a heartbeat!!
