This was a great stay! The hotel was beautiful and very clean, with spacious rooms and great amenities. I loved that there was a market open 24 hours for little snacks or other needs. Everyone we worked with was above and beyond helpful!!

The put me in a handicap room and I'm 6'7" which was very inconvenient, the hotel had low occupancy so not sure why the room when I booked it out weeks in advance and they didn't ask me if I wanted that room, restuarants not open on site unless you wanted a burger. However, they did keep the rooms cleaned and service so A+ on housekeeping.

Complete incompetence. Inaccurately cancelled my reservation, charged me a cancellation fee, put me in a lesser room, then upgraded after putting me into total anxiety. Upgraded room had a broken lock on the door to the balcony. While trying to slam it shut to make it close and catch the lock, caught my finger in the door and broke it. Went to the spa to try and relax after all the crazy, and their computer wouldn't check me out. Stood there FOREVER, then the next person walked right up and was checked out immediately. Just a cluster, all around.

The hotel and conference center are spotless. The in-room dining experience was mediocre to poor. Breakfast was $64 and was the equivalent of a basic Denny's grade breakfast. Customer service was on point! Nice place and would stay again.
