5 Star Review! Beautiful hotel, beautiful location for the International Council Shopping Center conference. Great food, great VIP staff.

The hotel need refresh as room carpet and wall paper are old. For example, only two usb charging ports are availble and they are on a clock, and one of them does not work. I do have usb charge adpator myself. But this just tell you how out of date the hotel is. I was at the hotel duing the Megaplex event. I heard the hotel was packed about 7 or 8 thousands people. Basically you have to squeeze to get in the hotel. All the bar, pool and other area were pack with people. Avoid if you can.

Hotel rooms were very nice! Clean and updated. Parking is very expensive. As typical property meals are expensive. Pool area is about to be renovated so didn’t have but 3-4 umbrellas and they need 30 or so of them. Pool slide for bigger kids… nice gym… central to lots of fun things to do

Hotel was very clean staff were super friendly the pool was nice and was not over crowded will stay there again . Parking was expensive and quite a bit of a walk my only complaint

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this resort hotel. This was our first time visiting Orlando, as we were in town for my son’s volleyball tournament, and the hospitality we received made our trip memorable. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. I especially want to recognize the The Day Managers, Security Team and Hotel Manager Richard Hess for going above and beyond to make sure our family felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Your commitment to excellent service and genuine hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you to Richard and the entire team for helping make our first trip to Orlando such a memorable one. We would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit.
