The Hyatt Regency Orlando hosted our annual convention as they have the past couple years. I am on staff for the convention and being in that capacity as well as someone who stayed on site... this hotel is beautiful inside and out. The entire staff from the moment I arrived to departure was really amazing truly. Anticipated every need and responded efficiently when anything was brought up. My only regret is that I don't remember anyone's name I'm so sorry but just know you all did amazing and made us feel so welcome and appreciated!

Went the night before an early international flight. Had dinner in the hemisphere restaurant and had excellent crawfish chowder and some kind of peach dessert. Was excellent! Room was clean and comfortable.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout. A special shoutout to Wyatt, who was especially kind and helpful during both the check-in and check-out process. The pools were beautiful, and the food and beverage options were lovely. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely come back!

I was recently at the hotel for a convention. The convention rooms are on the lowest floor and so convenient to rooms and elevators. I was a bit worried about walking as I had ankle surgery a few months prior; but, not an issue at all. The main food store and B line cafe are a brief walk for coffee and something good to eat. They also had an area set up on the convention floor where you get similar items. They serve Starbucks coffee and are very quick even with 30 people in line at times. That was excellent in between classes. The staff was all wonderful and friendly. If you need something from housekeeping, you just text a number and they arrive at your door in minutes with the items. I did not use the pools as it rained most of the time and I was in classes; but, they looked like a great place to relax. There is a poolside cafe which would have been nice. Everything is very convenient IF you stay here for a convention. Also, you can get in and out of the adjacent parking garage with your room key. I loved the mirrors in the rooms. They all made you look very thin. The mirror in the bathroom had a built in clock. I want that at my own house.
