Lake Nona Wave Hotel

My experience at the wave hotel was truly amazing and unforgettable. From the moment I walked in to when I left, I was greeted with the upmost respect and happiness. Ann the sales manager was the best person I ever met. She helped me so much in planning my surprise engagement proposal there. She made my dream proposal come in too reality, and without her my experience and proposal wouldn’t have been the same. Ann always has a smile on her face and will always greet you with happiness and respect making sure you have the best experience at the wave hotel. She will always make sure you leave happy, I can guarantee you that. Moreover, the staff at the wave hotel is incredibly great as well. If you are looking for a place to stay or eat at, the wave hotel is the place to go as they have a beautiful scenery, great food and amazing people waiting to greet you.

The Wave is about 10 minutes from the Airport and, from what we have experienced, 35 minutes from everything else in Orlando. The hotel and surrounding area is really nicely designed - there is art everywhere and when you enter the hotel, it's a very hip and modern vibe. The rooms are really nice - the have Japanese bidet toilets (Toto), large bathrooms with large showers, and really nice rooms overall. The rooms look out over the hotel's outdoor forest area and the cow fields beyond. Rooms are controlled by an iPad and you can set the vibe in the room as well. They really thought through the room experience - from the beds to lights to layout. Rooms are clean and overall quiet. We stayed over New Years Eve and even the party was hard to hear from the room. The breakfast restaurant is good, but expensive. ($20+ per plate). The service has improved since our last visit. It's also nicely designed and looks out at the pool on one side and the cow fields on the other. There is lots of parking available and the surrounding area has sidewalks to walk/run. There are some restaurants in walking distance with nice area for kids to run around.

Had a great night out with my fiance for her bithday weekend, The Nectar Room was a fun time and a nice experience, The Valet crew David, Mo, and Tyrell had amazing service and were super accommodating. Will definitely come back again.

Beautiful hotel in every way possible. Loved all the high tech from the lighting to the drapery system to the Toto toilet that we are in love with. A wonderful experience.

We love this resort the surrounding area and amenities available to us during our Florida staycation. We definitely will return soon to continue to experience the spa, pool, and fitness areas.
