Lake Nona Wave Hotel

Very expensive, and all services close before midnight. Took a while to get over the constant smell-o -vision being pumped through the hotel.

Absolutely the best stay I’ve had so far when traveling! We came for a wedding in the area and couldn’t be happier with the room, food, even service. Really enjoyed the amenities on site like the gym and rock climbing area. Everything was clean and automated with so much technology. The toilets were so amazing I want to buy one for our new house! Not to mention the breakfast and restaurant! Got worth the price. It was beautiful views and serene in the garden area. Nice and quiet throughout the day. Only 20-30 mins from all main attractions. 10/10 and will be recommending to everyone I know :) Thank you to the amazing valet who took care of us aswell! Shout out to Jesse & Carlos for such great service!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the valet and bell staff during our stay. I arrived with my two young kids (ages 7 and 2) while my husband had to rush off to a meeting, leaving me to manage a very full truck after a Disney trip—all while being physically limited myself. Before I could even feel overwhelmed, these two incredible gentlemen jumped right in. They were kind, attentive, and completely took control of the situation in the best way possible. They unloaded everything from both the cab and truck bed, carefully transported it all to our room, and made sure I didn’t have to struggle with anything while I managed the stroller and kids. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness—they asked exactly where I wanted everything placed, even lifting a heavy suitcase onto the rack for me. When I realized we had forgotten the pack-n-play in the truck, they immediately ran back out to retrieve it without hesitation. Their help didn’t stop there. They continued to assist throughout our stay—bringing up deliveries with care, searching for a missing toiletry bag the next morning (which they kindly helped track down), and even grabbing my cane for me. When it was time to leave, they once again went above and beyond—helping close up my large bags and loading everything back into the truck. They were incredibly fast, professional, and genuinely kind. Their help made what could have been a very stressful situation completely manageable, and I am so grateful for their care and compassion. Truly exceptional service.

Everything was great. Our room was a good size, modern, and had a comfortable bed. The Toto commode was a bonus. The room had a small fridge and safe. Master switches were nice. The room was well insulated. We didn’t hear anything from neighbors. The hotel does have planes flying over. You can hear them, but the sound is fairly muted. A big bonus was the restaurants, which were better than expected, even for room service. Access to the performance club was nice. If you’re looking for a hot tub, the hotel does not have one, but the club does. We were staying in LN because we were going to the close by USTA National Campus. The location is a little out of the way for a lot of Orlando attractions, but for us it was great.

The property was very nice and the rooms were big and technology advanced. The staff in the restaurant were mixed with very good and not so good. The restaurant we wanted to eat for dinner was closed during our stay. The vending machines were all sold out and the pool was closed on our last day there. The front desk woman that called us was super friendly. Over all a mixed bag during our stay.
