Lake Nona Wave Hotel

Great hotel. Unique design. Good service. They’re working hard to make it a great place. Across the street from CAE and Athletic club. I loved it.

It's difficult to write a review when you can't identify at least one area for improvement. For the first time, I'm mute on recommendations. The tasty food, potent cocktails, hotel cleanliness, professional staff, parking garage safety all received the highest ratings. If you're looking for hi-tech modernization with a professional staff who make you feel like a VIP, this is the place to stay. Our Wave Hotel experience only speaks to our balcony room on the 12th floor where we had reservations... Soooo romantic... Never be inconvenienced by leaving your bed once ready for shut eye....Just push buttons adjacent the bed to control room drapes and room darkness. Also, take advantage of wall push buttons for sanitization of the toilet, water spay, dryer, etc., without ever lifting or touching the seat by hand... Just push the appropriate button located on the wall adjacent the toilet paper...Cool. Plus--there's even a disinfect button along with a heated seat. Technology has come a long way. Wow- -65-70 inch screen TV and such a spacious corner room. The balony was huge, including 2 chairs and table but a little scarry from 12th floor at night if you have a fear of heights... The structure is so beautiful especially at night--colorful purple and pink lights on the outside of the building, and colorful waves throughout on hall carpeting, wall paintings, drapes, etc. Not too busy but wave theme throughout but moderate use in good taste. When compared to similiar 5-star hotels, The Wave Hotel is a little pricier but well worth every dime when you're celebrating your hubby's birthday. He loved watching his teams play football on the large screen TV in the room, as well as those located in the Wave restaurants and cocktail lounges when we were just chilling.... The jazz music vibes by different saxaphone players on multiple nights in the Nectar and Garni Restaurants were a highlight for hubby, given he's a jazz buff. The musicians were top chef... Our 5-day stay was spectacular and definitely on the list for repeat. The Wave Hotel is accessible to Lake Nona shopping area via a free shuttle, which we didn't take advantage of or a short walk. Parking garage is free on levels 2-4, but valet parking is available for $40 daily. You can't go wrong if you reserve a room at The Wave or simply stop by for dinner and a late night cocktail if you're not driving.

This is the absolute best hotel to stay in Orlando!! When we get back from our cruise we have already rebooked to stay❤️❤️
