Pleasant!
Very interesting establishment. Love the area, and the service was good. Did not appreciate the cost nor quality of the shrimp appetizer I got at the nectar room. Very disappointing.

The Best!
Carlos and Jesse were awesome from check in to check out. Everyone on site was friendly and courteous. Cannot recommend the Wave enough!!

Great atmosphere and consumer service!
I under booked another local resort by a day, so our visit was impromptu. I am now at the other said resort, wishing I were back at the Wave.

Amazing Pop-Up Meeting at the Wave Hotel
Our leader decided to have a quick off-site meeting within two days. Ann Feroce, Event Sales Manager, was a gem to work with to make the meeting successful. Ann jumped right in to get the contract, BEO and payment options to me in a very timely manner. She even provided drink and snack options without me having to look through the banquet menu, which saved me valuable time. Ann is a great communicator and is very detailed-orientated, and our meeting was planned and solidified within just over one day. The meeting room was amazing, and the meeting was very productive. Thank you, Ann for all of your help.
