Great hotel with very good restaurants.very friendly staff. Only 10 minutes from Orlando international airport and a 5 minute walk only Lake Nona town.

Amazing Service from Valet Guys
Amazing service from Carlos and Jesse, the valet guys!! They helped us load and unload supplies from a conference room to our vehicles for nine busses. There was a full pallet of water and nine ice chests filled with water and ice. Plus we had nine large totes with snacks and supplies for the busses. They were life savers!! They deserve a raise. Thank you Carlos and Jesse!

Another Great Stay!
This trip was made to see a performer at the Philips Center, I had stayed at the Wave before and loved it, so I thought I would stay again! When I entered the room, there was a complimentary bowl of fruit as well as a sweet card saying "Welcome Back. They also went above and beyond at making us comfortable. My sister had forgotten her toothbrush, and they sent a cute bag with toothbrush and toothpaste upon our request asking if they had any available. Room service was quick and delicious. And the chat function provided via the tablets made everything so quick and easy! From helping with our bags to cleaning the room, service was stellar!
