Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek

I am getting confused on whether this is a Family Resort or a dog boarding facility. Nothing is worse than getting in an elevator shortly after a rainstorm with a couple of soaking wet (and stinky dogs). I can ONLY imagine what the rooms smells like after they check out. Staff was very nice, but this pet issue has to do with upper management at Hilton- not the employees who have to smile and pretend it's OK that your wet dog marches through the lobby and even into the cafe shop on lobby level (GROSS). Pool area was kept clean and servers did a great job in the blazing sun serving guests. BUT you can't even escape the puppy brigade at the pool- as some guests think it's alright to shlep their dog poolside. Hilton really needs to take a serious look at their pet policy. Hotel rates have gone up and food/beverage is NOT cheap but probably on par with most Lake Buena "Deluxe" Resorts. The parking fee is also absurdly high.. I am being generous with my "average" rating- as it fell slightly below that.

We love the Cigna at Bonnet Creek. We go all the time and bring all our kids and grandkids. We went into the restaurant La Luce and our server Keller was outstanding! He was pleasant, offered amazing food recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. He is very kind and easy to talk to and we enjoyed his time.

Having been a repeat guest of this hotel over the last 5-7 years I was excited to see what was done in the most recent renovation, but I have to say I was left pretty unimpressed. The rooms look exactly the same as does the majority of the hotel other than basic refreshing and some cosmetic changes (more marble, new dividers in public spaces). The food menus are still pretty much the same as well . The only real difference is the price. It’s gone up significantly to the point where it’s on par with a mid tier Disney property. Hard pass from me.

Fabulous service and great food. Ask for Jacob and Milena and you will be well taken care of. The key lime martini and the chicken sandwich were both hits.
