Marilyn went above and beyond!
We had an amazing experience at the Signia, and a big part of that was thanks to our poolside server, Marilyn. She was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of the whole time. She was super knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area, and even gave us some great tips that ended up making our trip even better. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that kind of energy really stands out. It’s not every day you meet someone who makes your vacation more memorable just by being themselves , but that’s exactly what Marylin did. She’s awesome, and we’re so grateful we got to meet her. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in for a great time!

Quick getaway
Marilyn was absolutely wonderful as our poolside server. She was friendly, attentive, and always seemed to know just what we needed before we even asked. Her warm personality and great service made our afternoon by the pool even more enjoyable.

We will be back
Not our first stay at this amazing resort but this time, things did not go as smoothly as they normally do. Shouting out Sebastian at check in for helping to reach a resolution for check in and to Erika for amazing pool-side service!! Thank you both!! Will also shout out Supervisor Anjanette for her excellent customer service at check out (our issues were with checking in and checking out). She was very polite and professional and did a great job finding a resolution for us. We will be back!!

We came on a resort pass and Marilyn at the pool was awesome! She took great care of us and for anything we needed poolside and we enjoyed our stay!

Milena and Jacob were amazing! So professional! They were communicative and great at their jobs! We love to come to Signia because the Myth Bar staff makes the time enjoyable! We will be back soon
