Our stay at Adler Dolomiti was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely welcomed and cared for. Every team member was genuinely friendly and helpful, making the experience feel both luxurious and personal. The spa was a true highlight — beautifully designed, serene, and immaculately maintained. The treatments were top-notch, and the spa staff went above and beyond to ensure total relaxation. A special mention goes to Paolo at the bar, whose warmth and kindness made every evening feel extra special. He was always welcoming and added a personal touch that we truly appreciated. We left feeling completely refreshed and already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect mix of alpine beauty, wellness, and heartfelt hospitality.

I cannot rate this hotel more highly - it was the highlight of my three week stay in Europe. The room was pleasant and super comfortable, but it’s the location and spa/thermal facilitates plus food that really sets this hotel apart. The pools, spas, adults only sauna complex and the sun loungers dotted around the gardens with views to the glorious mountains were heaven after a day of hiking and cable cars. My massage at the day spa was excellent, if expensive. The food served for half board was spectacular - the salad bar to start was a joy for travellers craving healthy and delicious food after weeks away from home, and the a la carte choices were inventive, generous and of the highest quality. Try and stay for the South Tyrol buffet night if you can (Wednesday night I think); it was superb and lovely to have a local producer of the smallgoods served present to talk about his products. This is nothing like your average hotel buffet!! The only area I felt there was room for improvement was that dinner was not served until 730pm (and a couple of nights it was late starting, more like 745) which was a bit late for someone like me who prefers an early night, or families with younger children who want to dine together. The hotel’s location in the heart of Ortisei Village - with the Alpe di Siusi cable car a couple of minutes by foot and the Seceda cable car less than 10 minutes by foot - was outstanding. I borrowed the free ebikes twice just for the experience and it was a lovely, easy way to enjoy the area. Honestly, the Adler is very expensive but you will leave feeling that it was worth every cent. I cannot wait to return…one day.

Adler Spa Resort Dolomiti was one of our favorite places ever: excellent rooms, great staff, outstanding food, and a wonderful swimming pool in one of the most beautiful places on the planet (Val Gardena and the Dolomites more generally). Adler offers two magnificent hiking options most days, one longer and one shorter, and we took full advantage of them to explore many different trails from Ortisei to Alpe de Siusi and Plöse. The hiking guides are excellent.

We’ve just returned home from our beautiful visit to Ortisei, and we wanted to express our heartfelt thanks. Your hotel is truly outstanding—one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Just about every aspect of our visit was exceptional, and we’re incredibly grateful to your entire staff for making it such a memorable experience. Fond Memories: -Food: Absolutely outstanding. The variety and quality were unmatched—it was clear that great care goes into every dish. -Spa: Wonderfully relaxing, beautifully decorated, and smelled amazing. Everything was well-organized and inviting. - Gym: Take advantage of the free classes. Alessandro was very knowledgeable and a great instructor for my free Posture class. -Pool & Saunas: Truly top notch. I especially loved the 35°C pool—it felt like it was made for me! Anis in the sauna area was exceptional: kind, approachable, and welcoming. I’ve never experienced anything quite like this spa experience available at the Adler Dolomiti. -Landscaping: Simply stunning. I found myself wishing your landscaper could come design my own garden! -Backpacks & Bikes: We were shocked (in the best way) that these were available to borrow for free—thank you for that generous touch. Suggestions for Improvement: -Air Conditioning: Our family of four stayed in two rooms on the 5th floor, which we believe was the attic level. Unfortunately, both rooms were extremely hot, and even with a fan, doors wide open, and cool air outside, there was little to no airflow. All four of us slept poorly, which was disappointing, as good rest is essential for us when traveling. This was our only major concern and may influence whether we return in the future. We would love to have you add air conditioning even though you are in the mountains. -Spa Appointment Email: Be sure to organize your spa appointments ahead of time. Spa treatments are amazing, but I should have taken the time to book these when I wanted.

A true historic gem hotel that almost perfectly mixes traditional vibes and architectural elements with top notch modern facilities! The grounds and gardens are immaculate and beautiful. All the pools and spa facilities were overall very clean and inviting especially the newer areas. Food is of high quality and flavour. Complementary electric bikes were the best I've seen. Although this is clearly a family resort it never gets loud or with too much children given the space of the grounds. Overall it was super relaxing and tranquil. In summary it is a really amazing place to relax in saunas, heated pools, and have great food at the footsteps of Seceda and Alpe di Siusi, in the heart of Dolomites. It is truly an example of how a top level resort should improve and age appropriately over time. However, as always, there are some negatives/ points to improve: - restaurant ergonomics: most of the chairs are too high for the table which becomes uncomfortable after a while. I would change the chairs for newer and lower sitting position. - adult sauna area: there is a sewer smell in the showers of this area, mostly after usage. I would put essential oil burners at the relax zone for better aroma and feeling. I also would like more privacy in this area, for instance the whirlpool/sauna pool is not confortable to be nude as it is so much exposed. - "afternoon cake buffet": most of the cakes are really amazing!! But perhaps they should include yogurts or more healthy options. - I would encourage a non smoker vibe in the hotel and remove the ashtrays in lounge chairs and garden tables. - the gym would benefit more ventilation; sometimes gets a little "smelly" and not pleasant. This is more important as it also serves as a hallway to the hotel further area so many people passes by. - rooms: renovated rooms are great and I think they really did an amazing job at the bathroom. I have only two criticisms, first I would like to have more lightning in the room (too dark for me) and secondly I would like the curtains to fully darken the outside light but unfortunately some lights passes underneath at night and early daylight promptly woke me up everyday. - salt grotto should be free (with appointment).
