Conrad Osaka

We chose this hotel because of its amazing location in Osaka to celebrate a wedding anniversary. The hotel was exquisite! The room was wonderfully decorated, extremely clean, with fantastic amenities and thoughtful additions for celebrating an occasion. All teams of staff (reception, cleaning &laundry, restaurants and hospitality & concierge and welcome teams) work in perfect harmony. All the staff were polite and so very obliging, always doing their best to keep guests happy and working extremely hard. We cannot praise the restaurants and bars enough; the food was lovely both at Kura and C Grill, and the breakfast buffet was varied, with many local and international cuisines. The hotel’s restaurants, bars, atrium, executive lounge and all facilities were wonderful; very well maintained and spotless. A special thanks to Joseph and Tsuyoshi in the reception team, and to Nanako, and Elena in the hospitality team, as well as Tina and Haru in both Kura and C Grill restaurants - all of their thoughtful service was truly a delightful addition to our stay! We would highly recommend the hotel and we can’t wait to stay there again!

Rino in Lounge is very accomodating as well Diana at the Front Office, dinning staff was also very helpful and provided us a relly nuce table for breakfast. Conrad Osaka is indeed a olace of luxury.

I stayed at Conrad Osaka to celebrate my birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Every aspect of the hotel met a very high standard, but the breakfast service stood out as the highlight of my stay. I have a strong passion for traveling and staying at great hotels, and over the years I have visited many outstanding properties around the world, including Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus and Conrad Seoul. Even with those experiences, the level of service I received at Conrad Osaka was exceptional and easily the best. The staff’s hospitality during breakfast was thoughtful, elegant, and genuinely warm. Their attention to detail and sincere care transformed what could have been a simple meal into a memorable moment. It felt personal, calm, and comforting—something I will always remember. The view from the hotel was also absolutely stunning. It was one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen, and it added a special sense of luxury and serenity to my stay, making my birthday even more meaningful. Thanks to the outstanding service, I was able to end my trip on a very positive note and return home feeling refreshed and happy. Conrad Osaka truly sets a benchmark for hospitality, and I sincerely look forward to returning in the future.

Having recently stayed at the Conrad Tokyo and Conrad Koh Samui in the last couple of weeks, I can wholeheartedly say this property is head and shoulders above those other two. From check in to check out, I have never seen a hotel so efficiently run. They were always a step ahead of us when it came to anticipating our needs and the stay was as seamless as possible. Joseph, with Guest Relations, did a great job at checking in with guests at breakfast and making sure everyone was happy. I wish I had caught all of the names of the other staff members that made this stay special but there were too many to count because every single person did their job well. The reception made sure everyone was being helped, the doorman in the lobby was extremely organized and efficient, the restaurant staff created an amazing ambiance, and I could go on and on. This property is a well oiled machine and I cannot recommend it enough.
