We had a wonderful stay at Conrad Osaka, and what made our experience truly memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the entire team. From our initial communication before arrival through the check-in process, we were genuinely impressed by how thoughtful and attentive the team was. In particular, Valentino was incredibly helpful and supportive in assisting with our arrangements before our stay. His prompt communication and willingness to help gave us great peace of mind and made us feel well taken care of even before we arrived. Once we arrived, we were especially grateful for the thoughtful care shown during check-in. The manager went out of his way to accommodate our family’s needs and make our stay as comfortable as possible. His genuine consideration made us feel very welcomed from the very beginning. The breakfast experience was equally wonderful. The staff always greeted us with warm smiles and treated our family with such kindness and genuine hospitality. In particular, the warm welcome and thoughtful service from the SQM (Service Quality Manager) made our family trip feel truly special. His attention to detail and sincere care left a lasting impression on us. We were also very impressed by the service at the spa. The staff provided thoughtful and attentive guidance throughout our visit, making the entire experience comfortable and relaxing. Overall, it was the people at Conrad Osaka who made our stay so special. We are sincerely grateful to Valentino, the manager, the SQM, and the entire team for taking such wonderful care of our family and making us feel genuinely welcomed. Their warmth and attention to detail made this trip a truly memorable one, and we would be very happy to return to Conrad Osaka on our next visit to Osaka.

Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful service. As a solo female enjoying a birthday eve drink, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Cocktail was perfectly made and delivered with impeccable service. Elena, the jazz singer, was a special treat. Highly recommend.

A Wonderful One-Night Stay We only stayed for one night, but we genuinely enjoyed our experience and would happily stay again. The room was clean and comfortable, and the lobby was extremely impressive. The staff were exceptionally attentive and polite, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was also outstanding, especially for a hotel at this level. There was an excellent selection, and everything was beautifully presented and delicious. Although our stay was brief, the hotel made a very positive impression. We would gladly return.

Conrad Osaka were an amazing host. Cliarlene at the service desk was very gracious and went out of her way to help us with our luggage, reservations and seating. She was very accommodating and helped us navigate everything with ease. Endo chef Haru hosted us to an amazing live cooked lunch which tasted amazing. I'm very impressed by their hospitality. Thank you for hosting us.

Conrad Osaka is undoubtedly the best hotel in Osaka and easily a top-tier Conrad property in Asia. The lobby views are stunning , but what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. Special thanks to Grace and Joseph for their incredibly warm welcome during check-in, and to the team for preparing a lovely birthday setup in our room. The Executive Lounge and breakfast were both fantastic. A huge shoutout to Ms. Winna at breakfast, who went above and beyond to help me pack some pastries for my friend who couldn't make it down. This was a truly unforgettable experience, and we will definitely return on our next trip to Osaka!
