Conrad Osaka

Our stay at the Conrad Osaka was nothing short of amazing. The only thing I disliked was having to leave. My husband and I visited Japan for the first time to celebrate my birthday, and part of that celebration was spending time in Osaka. We originally planned to stay just two nights before moving on to another prefecture, but the service was so exceptional that we immediately booked an additional two nights. From the moment our taxi pulled up, we were greeted with genuine warmth and felt truly welcomed. The bellmen were gracious and attentive, and the front desk team members were equally kind and professional. Every interaction made us feel valued, and it set the tone for an unforgettable stay. As a Diamond member who regularly stays at Hilton properties around the world, I can confidently say that this experience ranks at the very top of our list. The Executive Lounge was our first stop on the evening we arrived. It was a cold and rainy night, and we were looking for a place to unwind—and the lounge could not have been more perfect. The panoramic views of the city were stunning, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, anticipating our needs without ever being intrusive. It set the tone for the rest of our stay and reinforced why extending our visit was the easiest decision we made on this trip. We stayed in three—yes, three—different room types, and the Penthouse Suite was by far our favorite. The décor was aesthetically pleasing, the floor‑to‑ceiling windows offered breathtaking views, and that red tub… absolutely unforgettable. Every room we experienced was immaculately clean, with thoughtful attention to detail from the moment we arrived through turn‑down service each night. We could go on and on about how gorgeous the property is, and this review would quickly turn into a novel, but **the true stars of our stay were the team members** who left a lasting impression on us. From the moment we arrived, the bell staff — notably Joseph and Anil — greeted us with such warm, inviting attitudes that we immediately felt at home. During our first breakfast, Valentino welcomed us with the kind of genuine kindness that can’t be taught. We ended up chatting as if we’d known each other for years, sharing interests and stories that made the morning feel extra special. This warmth continued throughout our stay, and he consistently checked in to make sure every aspect of our visit was going perfectly - a level of attentiveness and care that is not always reflected in management interactions. Sabin and Towa from C‑Grill were another pair of true standouts. They were already aware of our dietary restrictions before we even sat down for dinner, which spoke volumes about the level of care and communication within the team. At one point, my husband and I got separated when I stepped away to use the restroom, and Sabin personally walked me all the way to the bar to make sure we reunited — a gesture that was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely touching. He also made excellent menu suggestions, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. Patrick, our bartender, crafted cocktails perfectly tailored to our tastes. Every drink felt thoughtful and intentional, and his warm personality made the experience even better. Grace from the front desk deserves her own review entirely. She exemplifies true hospitality and service at the highest level. Every luxury hotel brand could learn from the way she cares for guests — she is the definition of exceptional. I could go on and on about how wonderful she is, but the bottom line is that she deserves both recognition and a raise. Yuji from the concierge team went above and beyond to assist with reservations both inside and outside the hotel. He even secured a booking that would have been nearly impossible for us to obtain on our own. Umesh ensured that every breakfast went smoothly and was genuinely enjoyable, always making sure I had my morning chai latte and mimosa to start the day just right. At Kura, the chef presented a beautiful display and an impressive spread of delicious dishes. Special thanks to Yamato, Yoshimi, Makato, and the young lady affectionately known as Señorita — each of them contributed to a memorable and beautifully executed dining experience. We crossed paths with so many other team members who played a meaningful role in making my birthday celebrations truly unforgettable. Although I didn’t have the chance to meet the General Manager, I would love to shake his or her hand for assembling such an exceptional team — and I’d even suggest they try to clone Mr. Valentino Sebic, because the world could use more hospitality professionals like him. Our new favorite place in THE SKY. My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Conrad Osaka. All started at the Executive Lounge for checking in, Ms Ella Chen was very friendly and accommodated us with our requests. She prepared our room with decorations for our 40th Wedding anniversary. We were assigned a top floor ample room with an amazing view. We had dinner at KURA, curated Cheff FUJII treated us with a delightful Omakase course. Our Thanks to Ms Kimiko Yatani for making sure everything was perfectly arranged for us. Customer service is superb and Hospitality spells all over, with every team member. Thank you for making our stay memorable

Wowie Zowie. Loved this hotel. Conveniently located on the same block as the subway. Stellar views. Rooms are a little dark, though they did have a little make-up/getting ready vanity table with great lighting which was much appreciated. On site 5/5 restaurants for sushi and tapenyaki, room service food was actually delicious as well. The hotel looks like a museum lobby and frankly it should be a museum because it is so gorgeously designed. Would definitely come back.

We chose this hotel because of its amazing location in Osaka to celebrate a wedding anniversary. The hotel was exquisite! The room was wonderfully decorated, extremely clean, with fantastic amenities and thoughtful additions for celebrating an occasion. All teams of staff (reception, cleaning &laundry, restaurants and hospitality & concierge and welcome teams) work in perfect harmony. All the staff were polite and so very obliging, always doing their best to keep guests happy and working extremely hard. We cannot praise the restaurants and bars enough; the food was lovely both at Kura and C Grill, and the breakfast buffet was varied, with many local and international cuisines. The hotel’s restaurants, bars, atrium, executive lounge and all facilities were wonderful; very well maintained and spotless. A special thanks to Joseph and Tsuyoshi in the reception team, and to Nanako, and Elena in the hospitality team, as well as Tina and Haru in both Kura and C Grill restaurants - all of their thoughtful service was truly a delightful addition to our stay! We would highly recommend the hotel and we can’t wait to stay there again!

Rino in Lounge is very accomodating as well Diana at the Front Office, dinning staff was also very helpful and provided us a relly nuce table for breakfast. Conrad Osaka is indeed a olace of luxury.
