Conrad Osaka

If I could give this hotel a 6 stars, I would. Every thing in this hotel is worth every star. From the beginning to the end was memorable. The person that handled our luggage upon check in was OO Khin, who was very helpful. Momoko, who was very welcoming ushered us to the Executive Lounge for the check in process, and Taiki, who was very knowledgeable and friendly, completed the check-in. Wilma (i hope i got her name right) who greeted us at the entrance of the buffet breakfast, was always very warm and pleasant. Every single one was just amazing. The decoration at the reception area looked so elegant and the view, stunning. The room was spacious and always clean. It also has an amazing view. The bed was firm yet comfortable. The toiletries (Byredo Mojave Ghost) of course smelled wonderful. The food at the breakfast buffet were all delicious. The Executive Lounge was fantastic. The self serve drinks was wonderful 👌 ☺️ . There was never a time that I got disappointed with their service. I would gladly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I stayed at various Conrad in different cities, and they never let me down. Neither did Conrad Osaka. Pros: core location with decent view, spacious room, high profile decoration, friendly and helpful staff (Grace specifically), plenty of restaurants/shops/museums nearby, convenient transportation (right on top of subway entrance). Cons? Maybe a bit pricey but really worth it.

My flight crew and I were So impressed by the warm and generous welcome by hotel Manager Valentino Sebic when we first arrived. We enjoyed an incredible omakasa dinner by chef KazuyaYasui you definitely will be amazed and won’t leave hungry! Yoshimi Yamamoto saw to our every need to make it a relaxed and flawless dining experience! We only had one night and left so refreshed as if we had been in a friends fabulous home for a night! We had an outstanding stay at the Conrad Osaka earlier this month, the excellent location, amazing views from the room, lobby, and restaurant, and considerate but inobtrusive service, made for a terrific first visit to Japan for my wife and son who accompanied me. I especially want to thank the assistant director of food and beverage, Michael Adjoute, who assisted us with dietary restrictions at the daily breakfast, and then went above and beyond to personally supervise an amazing birthday dinner for my son at Kura, (the teppan restaurant on the fortieth floor of the Conrad)!

We love Japan and Conrad Osaka is one of the reasons that make every trip so memorable. We arrived with our son and dil (newly wed), we were greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everything was prepared to the perfection. By the time, we finished checking in, our luggage was already ready in our rooms. After a long day of exploring, Conrad helped me get refreshed/rejuvenated and ready for the next day. Our kids had issues w/ their connecting trip to Korea, Jae and his staff were exploring every opinions to help them extend their stay and get to their destination without any issues. Many thanks!! Lastly, I want to thank Valentino and the staff who reached out to us a week prior to our trip to make all the arrangements. At the end, we were able to maximize our vacation so carefreely. We will be back, Japan!! Conrad Osaka is where we will definitely stay every time.
