Conrad Osaka

We had an incredible stay at the hotel - it is beautiful, clean and incredibly well-run. The restaurants were excellent - including the breakfast. We did the Teppanyaki at Kura and it was one of the best meals of our trip, with flawless service - special thanks for Yoshimk Masaya, who was so helpful, warm and welcoming.

I stayed 5 nights here with award availability through Hilton and had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is located very high up with the lobby being in the highest portion of the building. The rooms are very spacious, modern, and clean throughout. I would describe the location of the hotel as decent to good as it's not in the liveliest portion of the city, but rather in the business district. However, there is a subway station very close to the hotel underground where you can then access the rest of the city quite easily. It is roughly a 20 minute walk to the main train station of Osaka, which then becomes must more touristy. Despite this, there is also an underground mall or shopping center of sorts with many restaurants, such as standing sushi bars that are very convenient. With regards to dining, I thought this hotel had one of the best breakfast offerings I have experienced. Although the options were not super expansive, the food quality is and taste were A+. In contrast; however, I felt the executive lounge offerings, especially during happy hour were quite limited and probably not sufficient as a full meal if that is your plan.

Our stay at the Conrad Osaka was truly a five-star experience and, without question, the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in! With my Amex benefits, we were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Suite, which included access to the Executive Lounge. This was a wonderful surprise that made our stay even more special. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. The level of hospitality was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The daily breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive selection of both Japanese and American dishes, fresh fruit and juices, and some of the best pastries and breads we’ve had. It was truly the perfect way to start each day! While we didn’t have the opportunity to dine at the hotel’s restaurants, they all looked incredible and are highly regarded. We did enjoy the bar, which served creative, delicious cocktails that were surprisingly reasonably priced and conveniently covered by my Amex hotel credit. Out of every hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan, the Conrad Osaka was our favorite by far. It set the standard for luxury, service, and hospitality, and we’ll absolutely be back. If you’re visiting Osaka, do yourself a favor and stay at the Conrad Osaka. You won’t regret it!

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Osaka. The location, room, view, and overall service were all excellent. Everything was well-organized, and the hotel provided the level of comfort and quality I expected from Conrad. The staff made this stay even more special. very kind and attentive, and I was also pleasantly surprised to meet again, whom I had met during my trip to Toyama. Their warm hospitality and thoughtful service truly made a difference. Every detail of my stay was perfect, from the facilities to the genuine care from the team. Fantastic hotel with an incredible sense of hospitality. Beautiful rooms and views over the city, and one of the highlights for me is the restaurant Kura: not only the view at night is incredible, the highlight has to be the delicious food prepared by chef Yoshi and the service from Haru, Kimiko and Yukie! Thanks for a very memorable experience!
