Conrad Osaka

I recently stayed at Conrad Osaka for five nights, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the desserts in the executive lounge were truly special. Every staff member I met was professional and kind, but I especially want to mention Mr. Dongwan Seo, who left a lasting impression. It was my first time staying at Conrad Osaka and also my first time at an overseas Hilton property, so I initially felt a bit unfamiliar. However, Mr. Seo noticed those small moments of discomfort that many foreign guests might feel and went out of his way to make me feel at home. He always greeted me warmly whenever we met, and thanks to his thoughtfulness, my stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. His exceptional service made my time at the hotel even more special, and it’s something I will remember for a long time. I highly recommend Conrad Osaka to anyone visiting the city — it’s a perfect blend of great facilities, excellent food, and truly caring service.

Conrad Osaka is considered by many to be one the best Hilton-affiliated hotels in the world. Even outshining some expensive Waldorf Astoria and LXR properties. Immediately upon arrival, the splendor of Osaka greeted us through towering windows; Conrad is not subtle. Big wow factor straight away. The corridors are on the dim side, but felt calming rather than gloomy. Room was just brilliant with the absolute best shower I've ever experienced. The rain shower head was all encompassing with such good pressure that I could close my eyes and the outside world just disappears. Service was tops. We asked housekeeping for extra water on our first night, and 4 bottles of water appeared in our room every day after that without asking. Very nice lady at Atmos offered to help us take photos, and knew the best corners of the restaurant for spectacular view of the city. I got caught a cold on day 5 and the turn down tea was most welcomed. Room service wonton soup and cheesecake were delicious. Every person we interacted with was warm, and joyfully helpful. Very diverse group of people with names from across the world. A posting at Conrad Osaka must be highly sought after. Because we had a very early morning flight, we arranged for airport transfer through the hotel. Expensive but worth it. We were even provided a large Toyota Alphard with executive seating at no extra charge. Nakanoshima is a fantastic location, near enough to Umeda for shopping and transit, but also quieter after 7pm. We really enjoyed spending time at Glitch coffee downstairs from the hotel and walking to the park. The soothing scent of the hotel welcomed us home each night, and we really wanted to stay longer than the week we had. Next time for sure. Currently our favorite hotel in the world.

We had an amazing time at the Conrad Osaka as part of our Expo 2025 trip. The hotel is stunning, with amazing views from the updated room we were given. Breakfast was fantastic, the pool was perfect, and it was always a treat (as Diamond members) visiting the executive lounge for cocktails and food. What made the hotel stand out though was the staff. All were excellent and helpful whenever we needed information or recommendations about just about anything. Sincere thanks to Momoko, Michael, Haruto, Nampei, Tomohiko, and Naomi (and any other who I may have forgotten), and a special thank you to Sakurako (executive lounge) who made us feel welcomed and at home while there. Her English is perfect (I'm a former English teacher) and her knowledge and assistance was second to none. Dom origato! Can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Conrad Osaka. The views from the lobby and our room were breathtaking, and the hotel’s modern design felt both elegant and welcoming. The buffet was outstanding — the homemade peanut butter was a special touch, and the overall food quality was the best we’ve had at any Hilton. The staff were attentive, the rooms spacious and luxurious, and special thanks to the manager Valentino S., who personally checked on our table at breakfast — a gesture that made us feel truly valued. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel, definitely recommend. Located next to the metro. You can get to the station directly from the building. There is a konbini, Starbucks, snack bars nearby. We especially recommend the snack dryer in the passage with standing places. You can walk to the shopping centers in Umeda in 15 minutes. The staff is very polite, attentive, ready to satisfy any request. The rooms are very spacious, have everything you need, including a Dyson hair dryer, steamer, coffee machine, toiletries. The gym is very comfortable, there are many different trainers. We were out of time to use the pool. The breakfasts are very tasty and delicious. Upon a separate request, we prepared oatmeal with plant milk, and it was perfect. Many thanks to Umesh for such an opportunity. No downsides were found. I was 100% satisfied with everything.
