A Wonderful One-Night Stay We only stayed for one night, but we genuinely enjoyed our experience and would happily stay again. The room was clean and comfortable, and the lobby was extremely impressive. The staff were exceptionally attentive and polite, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was also outstanding, especially for a hotel at this level. There was an excellent selection, and everything was beautifully presented and delicious. Although our stay was brief, the hotel made a very positive impression. We would gladly return.

Conrad Osaka were an amazing host. Cliarlene at the service desk was very gracious and went out of her way to help us with our luggage, reservations and seating. She was very accommodating and helped us navigate everything with ease. Endo chef Haru hosted us to an amazing live cooked lunch which tasted amazing. I'm very impressed by their hospitality. Conrad Osaka is undoubtedly the best hotel in Osaka and easily a top-tier Conrad property in Asia. The lobby views are stunning , but what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. Special thanks to Grace and Joseph for their incredibly warm welcome during check-in, and to the team for preparing a lovely birthday setup in our room. The Executive Lounge and breakfast were both fantastic. A huge shoutout to Ms. Winna at breakfast, who went above and beyond to help me pack some pastries for my friend who couldn't make it down. This was a truly unforgettable experience, and we will definitely return on our next trip to Osaka!

Our stay at the Conrad Osaka was exceptional from start to finish. Breakfast was amazing, and Valentino's service made it even better — special thanks also to Joseph, the guest services manager, for his warmth and attentiveness throughout our visit. The room was extremely well appointed, and the lobby was spectacular, with stunning views over Osaka City. The location is superb too — just a 5–7 minute taxi ride to the main shopping and entertainment hub, giving easy access to the city while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend for anyone seeking luxury paired with genuinely warm, personal service.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel - it is beautiful, clean and incredibly well-run. The restaurants were excellent - including the breakfast. We did the Teppanyaki at Kura and it was one of the best meals of our trip, with flawless service - special thanks for Yoshimk Masaya, who was so helpful, warm and welcoming.
