The Osaka Station Hotel, Autograph Collection

We have been coming to this hotel 3 years in a row because of the wonderful experience we enjoyed in the past. However, this year, our memory and experience was totally ruined. * Some of the staff at the Salon, particularly the Assistant Specialty Salon Manager (ASSM) (who is kinda new), were very rude and aggressively pushy, and certainly did not welcome our presence there. We have not even finished checking in but the ASSM kept pushing us for the check out time and wanted to nail down a specific time. We finally gave an estimated time but she was not satisfied and wrote down a specific time (no later than 1 pm) at the top of the contract and signed. She also threatened us that they would knock on our door. When we checked out, she never even asked how our stay was. Also, she would not give us the business card of the hotel’s GM. * Mind you, one has to be a higher level elite member or pay extra to access the Salon of this hotel. * Some of the wait staff at the Cafe on 29th floor were also very blunt, rude and pushy, totally tactless. * We must give kudos to HIDEHIRO San at the Specialty Salon. He is one valuable gem that this hotel has. He worked very hard, no task was too big or small for him. He was also very pleasant, hospitable and professional. In conclusion, this hotel has gone downhill, NOT WORTHWHILE FOR THE HIGH RATE THE HOTEL CHARGES.

Wow - really loved our stay at this modern and conveniently located hotel in Osaka. Wonderful breakfast and the most incredible “secret” speakeasy bar with fabulous views. The room was great, serving ce was excellent, and the location is so convenient right at the Osaka Station. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed at the Osaka Station Hotel, an Autograph Collection property, and it was hands-down one of the best experiences we've had in over three thousand nights staying at Marriott properties worldwide. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Osaka Station and effortlessly convenient for exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond at every turn, treating us with a level of warmth and attentiveness that made us feel like true VIPs from check-in to check-out. The facilities are top-notch, and the lounge is truly spectacular, easily one of the best we've encountered anywhere. What really set this hotel apart, though, was how they handled a mistake on my end: I hadn't booked enough nights for our stay, and rather than making me feel like an inconvenience, the team accommodated the change seamlessly and with such grace that it felt like they were the ones making things right, not me. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare, and it's why I'd recommend the Osaka Station Hotel without hesitation to any traveler looking for exceptional service in Japan.

Flawless Hospitality by Hibiki & Mr. Nishiya in a Tastefully Sophisticated Hotel From the moment I checked in to THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL, I knew I was in for a special stay. The atmosphere immediately sets the tone—the interior design is striking, blending an effortlessly cool aesthetic with understated, low-key luxury. It is refined, highly tasteful, and feels premium without being overly flashy. What truly elevated my experience was the outstanding level of service from the front desk team. Hibiki, the reception lady who handled my check-in, was remarkably polite, warm, and professional. I also had the pleasure of interacting with the manager, Mr. Nishiya, who was equally incredible. I had quite a few special requests during my stay, and they handled every single one with utmost patience, care, and precision. Their exceptional attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Everything about this hotel—from the thoughtful layout and top-tier amenities to the flawless, personalized service—exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL enough, and I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Very nice hotel in great location. Train station next door which made going to nearby cities like Kobe very easy. People at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful Room was brand new for the hotel is only 2 years old. Only complaint would be the area around the hotel makes you get lost quite easily. The cell phones could never locate me and many of the destinations were on the 2nd, 3rd , 4rth floors. They did have some amazing shopping centers though. Finding where to eat was a bit of a challenge though. Again, trying to find them in the 95 degree heat was a bit tiresome. But hey, we loved it and would go back in a heart beat
