We had a truly wonderful experience at The Ritz-Carlton Osaka, Club Level, thanks to the concierge team who supported us throughout our stay. Before we even arrived, they helped us make restaurant reservations and arranged special pillows for the room as requested. Once we checked in, the team continued to be patient and helpful every day, giving us clear directions and suggestions for the places we wanted to visit. One moment that really stood out was when we asked for help finding a long-lost Japanese friend. We knew it was a long shot, but the team took the request seriously—and they actually found him. It meant more to us than we can express. What stayed with us the most was the sincerity of everyone we interacted with. The team’s work ethic and kindness came through in small moments as much as the big ones, and we feel grateful everyday. We also want to mention Simon Finch, the Director of Loyalty, who was warm, approachable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed.

Honored with the Five-Star designation for 3 consecutive year by Forbes Travel Guide Frankly, hardware is 4.0 but the software is 5.0 perfect! I really enjoyed my stay here! Good: - Location: in the center of Osaka’s Umeda, across from Osaka station. A good place all for business, shopping, sightseeing and dining. There is a airport limousine bus (platform 6) from Kansai International Airport. - Even though the room is not so modern, it is clean with good room condition. Even the standard guest room is spacious with 43 sqm (almost the size of jr. suite in other hotels) - Universal power socket Software: - Pillow mist - Pajama (very helpful) - Good Amenities incl. Wooden Hair Brush, Tooth Brush, Bath Salt (Chamomile, Lavender, Rose) - It also offers Ritz Kids Night Safari with camping tent, equipment and amenities. - Very friendly and professional staffs Bad: Like other Ritz-Carton properties, the club lounge is not for Platinum members but only for the room guests booking in a club level. It does not offer the complimentary breakfast for the platinum members. Benefits for Platinum elite or above members: Welcome gift of 1000 point per stay NUA supports the upgrade upto Executive Suite. Late check-out 4 PM Free access to Fitness center and Pool with Zakuzi

Only spent one night at the Ritz in Osaka but everything was perfection. We were upgraded and checked in early as the room was booked via Amex. While the decor may seem dated to some, it felt luxurious & classic and the hotel has been well maintained. The rooms are comfortable & spacious with every amenity you would expect in a 5 star hotel…luxurious robes/pyjamas & I especially appreciated the complementary mineral water in glass bottles. The gym is well equipped and the 15 min massage I had on the stretch mats was well worth it and was booked on the spot without hassle. However, the standout for me was the impeccable service. Every interaction with the hotel staff was near on flawless and ended with them asking if there was anything else they could do to make our stay more comfortable and it felt genuine. These little touches are what make a hotel stand out in my opinion. The Ritz has trained their staff well! If I ever return to Osaka, I will definitely be staying here…

What sets this Ritz-Carlton, Osaka, apart from other excellent hotels is the people! On my last trip, Simon, the loyalty manager, saw that I was having trouble getting a taxi, so he came out to help! That little extra.is why every time I go to Osaka, the Ritz is the only place for me! Looking forward to coming back soon!
