Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka was not only memorable, but truly defined by genuine warmth and thoughtful attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, there was a sense of calm elegance that carried throughout the entire experience. Traveling with my child, I was especially touched by the room arrangement — the moment we stepped in, my child’s reaction said everything. It was a simple yet deeply meaningful moment that we will remember for a long time. The Club Lounge experience was exceptional from morning to evening. Each offering felt carefully curated, from the refined breakfast to the beautifully presented afternoon tea and the relaxing evening service. The balance of quality, presentation, and atmosphere was truly impressive, and the nightcap desserts paired with the city view created a particularly memorable moment. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Abe, whose kindness and thoughtful hospitality left a lasting impression on us. Even though we were unable to meet her on the day of departure, her message afterwards was deeply appreciated and speaks volumes about the level of care provided. We were also delighted to learn that Ms. Nana Tanemura had prepared our room — please kindly extend our sincere gratitude. The beautiful setup added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. In addition, the cake served during the evening was wonderful, and we would also like to thank Ms. Ai Tsunoi for her contribution. Another highlight was the pool area, where the presence of cherry blossoms added a subtle yet elegant seasonal touch. It was a peaceful and beautifully designed space that allowed us to fully relax. What truly sets this hotel apart is not only the facilities, but the people behind them. Every interaction felt genuine, never excessive, and always thoughtfully timed. We left with a feeling that is difficult to replicate — and that, perhaps, is what makes it truly special. It is certainly a place we would love to return to.

The Ritz Carlton, Osaka hotel, staff, and amenities were all that you would expect from a Ritz. What made our experience truly memorable was the exceptional service provided by Sara Shimoura of the concierge team. Her outstanding customer service in advance of our arrival, genuine warm greeting upon our arrival, and continued support during our stay made our time in Osaka special. On a rating scale of 1 - 10, Sara is absolutely an 11!

They have no empathy. They cancel your key and lock you out exactly at your check out time. I can not get in to my room to get my luggages to checkout.

We really enjoyed everything about the Ritz in Osaka. The location is great. The atmosphere of the hotel is very classy and the rooms are super comfortable and clean. Excellent service specially from the concierge Sara. They have available different restaurants (Italian, Chinese, Japanese and two bars) and food was great in all of them.
