Justa great stay at The Osaka Ritz Carlton. A super comfortable well located hotel in Osaka, with the benefits of Club Level. This was super convenient with snacks and bites all day . The hotel is very close to the main station and close to mass transit. We were also blessed to do a last minute bike ride of the city with Simon Finch . An early start on a quick ride and able to see the markets before they open and the major sites with gentleman who is local for many years. It was outstanding and in typical courteous Japanese fashion. This felt like a visit with distant relatives that make you feel at home in an instant. Tomoko Yashida was such a pleasure on CLub Level and helped at every turn. I cant think of a better place to stay in Osaka .

We had the wonderful opportunity to stay two nights on the Club Level at the Ritz Osaka. An amazing experience! The food and service in the lounge (like the rest of the hotel) are truly first rate. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food is delicious with the sampler each evening from one of the on-site restaurants a special treat. The Bar is also a perfect place to wind down in the evening with a fine drink and live music. We previously enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Splendido and that is also a delightful and filling experience. The rooms are quiet and tastefully decorated and the Junior Suite is very spacious. Most of all though, it is the incredible staff that made the stay here such a pleasure.

Sarah was at the concierge desk when we checked into the Osaka Ritz Carlton. We've traveled all over the world, stayed in top notch accommodations and by far the best concierge was Sarah. Her sincere efforts to assist us with our planned excursions, excellent command of the English language, enthusiasm and commitment to do the best at her job was exemplary. Also we wanted to purchase a bottle of Japanese Whiskey for our son based on his request. When I investigated online there was an option to purchase a special Nikka Whiskey with a Japanese warrior helmet. On Sarah's day off she found this specialty item, which meant so much to us. Ritz Carlton you have a gem and I hope you appreciate her as much as we do. Her coworkers were also very professional, friendly and helpful. Our room was impressive, the best view of Osaka at night was beautiful, the bar room with piano player, the Italian restaurant with piano player and all service personnel provided an excellent experience.

This is a long-overdue review. I visited the Ritz-Carlton, Osaka with my bestie in November 2024. The hotel design, from the lobby to the room, is absolutely amazing. It is a combination of traditional and modern styles. We love the overall hotel vibe since it is unique and cannot be found elsewhere. What made our stay unforgettable was the whole team of professional staff who were all hospitable. What we miss a lot are the breakfast served with champagne and the warm jacuzzi where we relaxed after a long day every night. After a year, my mum and my aunt were planning their first independent travel. I had no hesitation in recommending the Ritz-Carlton, Osaka to them. At first, they were slightly worried about their first trial for the independent travel. However, their worries were eased with the Concierge’s professional assistance, incredibly hospitable staff and the beautifully designed environment. They miss it so much and they are planning to go there again soon. Until next time! :)

The Ritz Carlton is certainly one of the best luxury hotels we have encountered. Although our upgrade for Ambassador level was modest, even the basic King rooms are grand. The gym and pool are both excellent. The club lounge worthy of restaurant status and location is near to a train station allowing easy access to all the sights. But the most outstanding feature are the staff. Led by GM of Guest services Simon Finch, we were overwhelmed with the enthusiastic approach to making us feel welcome and comfortable. Even the smallest of requests were attended to with quiet efficiency. Simon Finch in particular leads by example and management should be proud of the culture they have established. We only had two nights here and wished we extended our stay. Osaka is a great option for exploring Osaka highlights but also Nara and Kyoto which are close by Shinkansen. The Ritz Carlton Osaka is certainly elegant and grand.
