酒店的位置十分的好，位於大阪的黃金地段，旁邊就是JR大阪站，十分便利！ 酒店是獅王日本的起點，日本獅王傳奇的開始，大阪的地標之一！ 從一踏進酒店的那一刻，就可以感受到酒店的公共區域富麗堂皇、極緻奢華，仿佛置身於歐洲皇室的宮殿之中！ 房間空間十分的大，方正、實用！城市景觀十分的棒，可以眺望大阪的市區！ 行政酒廊清幽、典雅，很多家庭客人父母帶小孩，場面十分溫馨！下午茶、歡樂時光、甜品+雞尾酒、早餐、輕盈午餐，食物種類豐富且美味！ 十分幸運可以見到General Manager - Mr. Mark 和 Loyalty Manager - Mr. Simon，十分榮幸可以與他們見面和交談！ 酒店各位工作人員都十分的專業、友善、熱心、熱情、樂於助人，且對於酒店十分的自豪！ 感謝：Bell Service - Mr. Renzo, Ms. Hoshino, Mr. Mounir, Mr. Yoshizaki, Mr. Guy (Phutthiphong). 特別感謝：Club Lounge - Ms. Abe, Ms. Tazawa, Ms. Fujimura, Mr. Kubo, Ms. Tsunoi, Ms. Tanaka.

Our five-day stay at The Ritz-Carlton Osaka was exceptional from start to finish. The service was top-notch — at check-in, two young ladies personally escorted me to my room for a quick walkthrough, making the process smooth and efficient. Throughout the stay, we were well taken care of. Special thanks to Mr. Go and Mika at the concierge, who not only helped with dinner reservations but also arranged plans with our next hotel in Kyoto. The highlight was the Friday morning bike tour with Simon, Mark, and Felicia from the hotel’s executive team — a 2.5-hour city ride with professional photos and historical insights. Truly a perfect experience. I look forward to returning soon!

Excellent service and hospitality from the moment that you arrive. The team continuously ensures that all your needs are met during your stay in a very elegant fashion. The lounge on the top floor is highly recommendable as individuals or as a family.

Fantastic trip all over with the family, the usual luxury Ritz Carlton is offered with a Japanese touch which sets the pace for our trip in Japan. Great hospitality, maximum exposure to Japanese care and touch right from the lobby to the room - really can’t ask for more. Special mention to Simon and Ueda-san who really looked after us, not to mention Miki-san from housekeeping who has redefined what a clean & well-kept room and bathroom is. Thanks again!
