The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka to celebrate our anniversary and had such a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, but what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service. The Club Lounge team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming every time we visited. Tomoko was especially lovely and made us feel so at home. A special thank you to Nozami, who was incredibly helpful with restaurant reservations before our arrival and made planning our time in Osaka so much easier. That thoughtful, personalized service continued throughout our stay. We felt truly cared for from arrival to departure, and the team helped make our anniversary celebration incredibly special. If you are considering the Club Lounge, we highly recommend it—the service and personal attention really elevated our experience. Thank you to the entire Ritz-Carlton Osaka team for such a memorable stay. We hope to return!

This was our second stay at RC Osaka. The location is central to train stations (connected to multiple lines), shopping (Hanshin, Hankyu and all the underground shopping) and very easy to access the other department stores (such as Herbis). The hotel has a bit of an old English feel in the front lobby/first floor. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, well lit, and always clean. The service is very consistent througout the hotel - whether its at the breakfast buffett, front desk, at the patisserie and concierge team. Housekeeping team keeps our room and bathroom spotless and clean! Prior to arrival, we have been working with the team at the Concierge, Sara, Axl and Yuka - and they are always responsive, on-point and provide anticaptory touches. If we asked , for example a spa recommendation, and one place is not available, Sara would automatically, recommend 2 other place for us to select from. When we have a dinner reservation off property, they would remind us of the restaurant time and location and Axl would go above and beyond and provide train directions to the restaurant. When we needed instructions to take the local metro to Kyoto, Sara would look at the train schedule/timetable for us. I truly appreciated their professionalism and always going above and beyond during our stays. I love the welcome amenity - the chocolate chip cookies are always thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for another memorable stay in Osaka; your genuine hospitality is cherished! We will return for sure!

Our experience at this RC was wonderful. It amazed us how the staff always antiquated our needs, especially Sara S. with Concierge. Everyone was great but Sara went above and beyond. I recall how she ran down to haul our taxi in her heels. I felt awful she had to do that but she was most warm and reassuring with her kindness and hospitality. We are grateful for the care we received at this establishment.

It was amazingly nice. The atmosphere is what you expect from the Ritz: the artwork, the scent, the service. Speaking of service, Nakano and Darlyss provided excellent service in the breakfast place (Splendid-O). AXL at the concierge desk went out of his way to help with a flight issue I had. Also? The view we had was amazing. Finally, The Bar was a really cool atmosphere to relax and have a drink. I wish I could remember the name of our waiter there also. He was excellent.
