My wife and I recently concluded a stellar two-night residency in a Club Suite, an experience rendered truly exceptional by the superlative hospitality of Abe-san and the Club Lounge team. From inception, Abe-san distinguished herself through a seamless blend of profound professionalism, genuine warmth, and proactive engagement. She and her colleagues consistently exceeded conventional hospitality standards to guarantee our absolute comfort. Their meticulous attention to detail and authentic care cultivated an atmosphere of refined tranquility throughout our stay. A particular highlight was the curated sake tasting event hosted in the Club Lounge, which served as a sophisticated and memorable touchpoint. While the accommodations of the Club Suite were objectively excellent, it was the peerless stewardship and personalized care from Abe-san and her team that ultimately elevated our visit. We extend our sincere gratitude for their dedication and fully intend to patronize The Ritz - Carlton Osaka again in the future.

Took a bike tour through the city with Simon. Incredible experience and great way to see the city. Found many great spots to explore later that we wouldn’t have found on our own. Simon was very knowledgeable and did a great job tailoring the tour to our group. One of the highlights of our stay!

Had the best experience at the Osaka Ritz! Simon led an amazing bike tour around the city one morning that was the highlight of our trip. Topped it off with a delicious breakfast buffet at the hotel. The hospitality is above and beyond our expectations. The hotel is in a quiet and newer part of the city, but easy access to any place you want to go.

The Ritz-Carlton continues to impress. The hotel is clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. Of specific note, the concierge set up a morning bike tour and the Manager Mr. Finch was our personal tour guide. Seeing the city on bikes was an excellent way to get around and Mr Finch’s local expertise shined through as he talked us through history, city, and societal facts. Highly recommend the bike tour to Osaka Castle!! It’s worth a morning excursion and a great way to start the day.
