Nice location, relaxing stay
I had a relaxing stay with my family at W Osaka. Accessible location at the heart of Osaka. Staff were all hospitable and friendly- the highlight of my stay was the breakfast - a lovely fusion of Japanese and Western cuisines. Would like to highlight Yuna from the Concierge for her exceptional service during our stay.

There’s one negative thing to say… any other massage I get will never be good enough after having a service w Anna! This was the best massage I ever had. She was extremely gentle or strong and firm where needed. Super warm and friendly. She has a great energy and the magic touch! The spa itself is also so beautiful I wish I had more time to spend there on the days I visited.

This is the place to be
Amazing hotel. Everyone was super friendly and the amenities were perfect. Breakfast was also super good every morning, one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had.
