Nice massage at Away
I experienced the massage at Away Spa. It was superb. From the moment I stepped out of the lift, the staff greeted me nicely and showed me around. Tomoko gave me a relaxing massage and had a nice chat with me. She even helped checked if the shops in the area would open on the new year day.

Outstanding.
We have stayed at W Osaka many times and the experience is always outstanding. Every staff member shows enthusiasm towards the guests and ensures that every detail is curated with intention. The rooms are decorated in a fun way for the Osaka esthetic, location is convenient, I could go on and on. Basically, I could choose any hotel for my trip to Osaka and would still choose W every time!

Exceptional hospitality and thoughtful touches at W Osaka
We had a splendid stay at W Osaka, spending five days on the 24th floor. The room offered a spectacular view that truly enhanced our experience. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay and were especially thoughtful toward our child, preparing snacks and child-friendly toiletries without being asked. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable.

Every thing was world class one of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere. Whatever whenever, and although it might seem pricy it's actually good value for what you get.
