Very good whiskey and professional service
I had a wonderful experience at W Osaka and I’d especially like to praise Hanh for her amazing service. She was very attentive and friendly. Her English was also excellent, which made communication very easy and comfortable for me. I was impressed by how knowledgeable she was about whiskey. She gave me a great recommendation. Overall, the service was top-notch and Hanh made the experience especially enjoyable.

Good Hotel in Great Location.
Great location and very trendy and modern hotel. For the location of Osaka was a little expensive to surrounding area but everything was good. Enjoyable stay with my son.

Great experience W Osaka
Very young and chill hotel that definitely worth your stay. Location is just 5 mins walk to Shinsaibashi with all the restaurants and shopping. Room is spacious and service up to standard. Overall a very satisfied stay and bring my family back next time.

Great location and hotel in Osaka
Very chic hotel in the heart of Osaka. We really loved our stay here - rooms was big, comfortable and well equipped. Loads of small coffee shops around the hotel and walkable to the dotonburi area Highly recommended
