Such a cool hotel
This place was so cool! And the views were amazing. We got upgraded to a suite that was bigger than my first apartment and had two bathrooms. Everything in the hotel is unique and pretty in a rainbow bright, futuristic way. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Gym was good too!

Songhui was the cutest and the most helpful person I’ve ever met working at a W hotel!!!! I would corm back and stay here just to interact with her! She made our trip fantastic!

Spa treatment at W Osaka
I recently had an incredible experience at AWAY Spa at W Osaka, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere was welcoming, serene, and luxurious. The environment was clean and the staff had provided such warm hospitality throughout. My masseuse, Anna—she was absolutely wonderful! The massage was very soothing and deeply relaxing. She further provided such well-rounded care post-massage, ensuring the experience is just as comfortable and calming. Thank you, Anna, and the team for a memorable experience!
