Best spa experience
Had the best spa experience at the W in Osaka, Japan. My massage therapist, Anna, gave an amazing massage. I went in with some pain in my shoulders and back and I can truly say the pain is gone! Feeling much better!

Pleasant stay at great location. Minimalist room accoutrements.
Comfortable but rather small rooms. Minimalist furniture. Do not care for only partially walled off bathroom. Service oriented. Hipness a little overdone especially in W level meeting room/lobby (I.e. loud music). Very good breakfast. Thanks to Andrew in Ou La La for such pleasant and attentive service. Great location for shopping and dining. Terrific views. Overall, pleasant stay.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service and Location (Pool Policy Could Improve)
I visited W Osaka during spring break and had a wonderful stay overall. The location was excellent—very central with plenty of great dining options nearby. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the service was outstanding from the moment we arrived to the time we checked out. Breakfast at Oh.La.La was definitely a highlight, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality options. A big thank you to the staff there for their attentive service. The only downside was the pool policy. It is limited to children aged 6 and above, and only open between 12–5pm. My 5-year-old loves swimming and was quite disappointed she couldn’t use the pool. I do wish there was a bit more flexibility, especially since parents would be supervising their children. Overall, it was still a great experience, and I look forward to returning in the future—hopefully next time we can enjoy the pool as well.

Thank you for making our stay special
Upon our arrival on the 3rd floor, as soon as Songhui realized we were Korean, she assisted us with the check-in procedure in Korean. She also kindly recommended some casual restaurants nearby after we checked in. We had a chance to see her again at check-out. She remembered my name and helped us store our luggage along with a British staff member. We never asked his name, but he was lovely too. It was a truly memorable stay to meet a Korean staff member there , and we would definitely stay again to see her. Of course, the room was wonderful, and we loved the sauna as well.
