Its central location makes everything easily accessible, and the spa is the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. A true gem in the heart of Oslo. The perfect hotel in the perfect location!
Our two stays at the Grand Hotel Oslo (beginning and end of our trip to Norway) were wonderful. The location on Karl Johans Gate enabled us to see almost everything we wanted within walking distance (including the express train from and to the airport), the rooms were very comfortable and welcoming, the breakfast selection was both amazing and delicious, and the concierge team was the best!

Lovely classic hotel
Lovely old hotel with nice sized rooms, incredible breakfast buffet and a lovely lobby room for a light lunch. Centrally located near the Parliament and a quick walk to the harbor and just about anywhere else.

Great stay
Grand hotel was a perfect place to stay while in Oslo. It was in a convenient location. The room was large and well appointed. The breakfast was amazing….. those scones delicious.

Appalling customer service
I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at this property. My room had a spider in it, as well as some other issues, and the front desk agent shrugged her shoulders and didn't care or resolve the matter. Similarly, the member of management there at the same time did not intervene. The next day the hotel elevators were disabled due to a VIP arrival with no information provided to guests around how I should exit the hotel. I had to walk through the kitchen and let me tell you it is not clean.
