About the Hotel
Hotel Continental Oslo is a graceful Victorian era hotel that is family-run, gorgeously designed, and overlooks Palace Park. The hotel is a mix of contemporary and classic decor and the rooms and suites are all individually designed with pristine bathrooms. The accommodations are spacious and bright, some with beautiful wooden floors, silk bedding, city views and terraces with views of the fjord. The Theatercaféen is an absolute must and it remains one of the places to see with its Vienna coffee house décor. Portraits of renowned past and present patrons adorn the walls, and the menu is based on the best seasonal ingredients. Staff are friendly and relaxed, and there is a pleasant bar.

Horrible ! Deserves not even 2 Stars . Just book another hotel .
I have no idea how this hotel can be part of the FHR program. This hotel does not even deserve two stars. At the time of check-in, I informed them that I have asthma and asked for non-allergenic pillows. Seven hours later, when we returned to the hotel after dinner, nothing had been done. They simply said that housekeeping had forgotten to change them. So what? In the end, together with a lady from the front desk, I personally changed my pillows and blankets. There was also no turndown service. Every time we asked, they said that housekeeping had forgotten again. They didn’t even help us with our luggage, even though I asked them to. I also informed Centurion about this situation. In my opinion, this hotel should be removed from the FHR list. Instead of replying to my email, the manager called me and told me that I should be happy that she was not throwing me out of her hotel. That says everything. They don’t car we about you . That’s it.

Comfortable hotel in central Oslo, excellent breakfast, spacious and quiet rooms, very friendly, courteous and efficient staff,. you couldn't ask for more!

Top Notch !
Top Notch ! Nothing negative to say about this gem. Great location for exploring and well linked by public transport. No traffic noise . The staff in all departments were without exception, friendly, helpful and kind. The standard room with large en-suite was immaculate and warm with quality finishing and everything you could need . The bed was so comfy and warm too. The breakfast selection was outstanding and beautifully presented and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening dinner in the restaurant . Would 100% stay here again .
