About the Hotel
Hotel Continental Oslo is a graceful Victorian era hotel that is family-run, gorgeously designed, and overlooks Palace Park. The hotel is a mix of contemporary and classic decor and the rooms and suites are all individually designed with pristine bathrooms. The accommodations are spacious and bright, some with beautiful wooden floors, silk bedding, city views and terraces with views of the fjord. The Theatercaféen is an absolute must and it remains one of the places to see with its Vienna coffee house décor. Portraits of renowned past and present patrons adorn the walls, and the menu is based on the best seasonal ingredients. Staff are friendly and relaxed, and there is a pleasant bar.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Oslo.
We really enjoyed our stay with Hotel Continental,Oslo. The service was impeccable, the staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for two people and very clean. Breakfast was both buffet and à la carte and the food was excellent. Highly recommend.

Nothing more I could have asked for in a hotel in Oslo!!!
If you want a perfect 5 star centrally located hotel in Oslo, this is the place. Close to the metro, harbour waterfront, Akershus fortress, national museum, Nobel Peace Centre and many more places, a few minutes walk and you are in one of the tourist attractions. The hotel had such a cozy vibe to it, after coming from Tromsø, it felt so luxurious. Towels, bathrobes had a place to be hung around in the washroom. There were perfect markings on the shower knobs. USB ports for IPhone and Android were separate which was such a blessing. One of the bars, Boman, had such an eclectic vibe to it. Breakfast spread was great as well, very friendly servers. Loved the rosehip and hibiscus tea. I called the housekeeping staff at 11.30pm to ask for a nail filer, they got me that in a jiffy. Helpful staff at the hotel as well. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel when in Oslo.

"Wow" Factor
WOW! I wish we had more time here. The hotel is gorgeous and so comfortable! We had a lovely corner room that was spacious and an excellent location. Everything was top-notch - decor, location, the bed, robes, toiletries, etc. We enjoyed walking to the palace, smelling the perfume of the lilacs lining the street. A bonus is the hotel is close to the train.

Best hotel in Oslo. Perfect personal service, top accomodation and perfect palcing i the center of the city. The staff is incredible and makes you feel your the only guest in the whole hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfertable. I'll be back!!

before we had even arrived the crew here went out of their way to help us: we had a parcel which need collecting, we had room questions. they were all helpful, friendly and efficient. and as we checked in with extreme jet lag, they looked after us from the first moment with smiles and care (and wonderful hot chocolate!). the room is well appointed. clean and comfortable. and we are so very happy to begin our stay here. absolutely recommend.
