Hotel Continental Oslo is a graceful Victorian era hotel that is family-run, gorgeously designed, and overlooks Palace Park. The hotel is a mix of contemporary and classic decor and the rooms and suites are all individually designed with pristine bathrooms. The accommodations are spacious and bright, some with beautiful wooden floors, silk bedding, city views and terraces with views of the fjord. The Theatercaféen is an absolute must and it remains one of the places to see with its Vienna coffee house décor. Portraits of renowned past and present patrons adorn the walls, and the menu is based on the best seasonal ingredients. Staff are friendly and relaxed, and there is a pleasant bar.

Fabulous Hotel in the Best Possible Location.
Just fabulous. A true 5-star experience yet still a lovely boutique feel. The staff was terrific, the location perfect and central. And as an added bonus, there is an express train from the airport that stops about 200 feet across from the front of the hotel. Much faster than a cab, very simple at the airport, and a fraction of the price as well. Just a terrific property in the heart of Oslo.
