When I walked into the Paragon 700 I thought I walked into my new home in Italy. The staff was that friendly, welcoming and dare I say, excited to see me. Federica, Matia, Vincenzo, Ellie, as well as everyone on the wait staff at their out-of-this-world restaurant, Guisseppe, Joel, Silvia, Ostunio (sp.?), made us feel like the only guests in the building. True confession, we ate at the restaurant every chance we had, we tried a few other places and kept coming back. Every dinner option, the club sandwich (best we ever had) and cavatelli on the all-day menu, and the breakfast (even the granola) were superb. And the property. Oh. It is so unique, so painstakingly appointed and decorated, that it feels like you’re on a treasure hunt every day with something new to discover – art, books, carvings, light fixtures, artifacts, fruit trees, and yet it exudes warmth, comfort and world class hospitality. Paragon 700 has that rare alchemy of the highest of quality delivered by the warmest of human beings. There is an authenticity and charm that will stay with us far beyond our visit to beautiful Puglia and the marvelous white city, Ostuni. Thank you to everyone at Paragon 700 who made it a memorable stay.

This hotel has a lovely decor and the room was very spacious quite dark but big The bar area was lovely and had a welcome drink which was very nice and some cocktails too which were lovely this area did smell of smoke though quite a bit we thought We had dinner on our first night which the menu was quite hard to understand which we found the couple next to us was the same The food was nice but not amazing the tables outside in the garden are too small As we found out in the morning for breakfast as the service wasn’t too good with the collection of used plates cups etc we had to ask for things to be cleared away Service at breakfast was very poor and the selection wasn’t great for a 5 star hotel the teacups are a nice touch for coffee but the coffee was sparse in the cup and no one asked if you wanted another drink unless you asked for it you got the minimum which isn’t good for a 5 star hotel The pool looked lovely we didn’t use as was only there for 2 days and wanted to explore the town the hotel is done lovely but wouldn’t stay here again just hasn’t got that personal touch Also don’t like the idea of having price tags on things like the bathroom amenities and other items everything seem to have a price to buy

Such an interesting and beautiful hotel - there is a treasure around every corner. The staff are so lovely and accommodating. Rooms were amazing - eclectic and comfortable (beds were huge and so nice to sleep on). The pool was the best - gorgeous with great lounges. I would definitely stay here again - would maybe ask not to have a room overlooking the street as it was a little noisy some nights.

Everything was so great! We can’t wait to return!! BUT Please do something about those horrible playlists that they play at every common restaurant that one walks by in Ostuni and every other touristic town in the world. No more faux bossa nova please!!! The hotel is too elegant, unique and special to not have its own carefully curated genuine music playlist.

Truly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had, the Paragon Suite was absolutely insane, the ceiling is 7 metres high with the most unbelievable balcony, huge bathroom and total peace and silence despite being in the very heart of Ostuni, which is a busy place. And that's how I would sum up the entire hotel as just this incredible oasis where you go and sit in this huge walled garden totally oblivious to the fact you're in the hustle and bustle of a very busy very touristy Italian town. The restaurant is also incredible. We enjoyed a fantastic seven course tasting meal that was totally relaxed great food very intimate it's a really small restaurant with a very limited number of covers so you feel really special. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We were greeted by name on arrival, check in is the most informal process I've ever seen. The bags were whisked up to the room without even noticing. The whole week we were there the staff could not do enough for us they were all impeccable. It gets even better. Ostuni is one seriously busy place and the paragon even has a amazing secure car park and they park your car for you and bring it back to you every morning when you need it. Car transfers to and from the airport were arranged and also seamless. Truly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at and I could not recommend it enough
