Baglioni Masseria Muzza

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We had a spacious and very comfortable room and the hotel facilities were excellent. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and we felt very well looked after. Excellent food as well. Would definitely use this hotel chain again.

The location is nice. The breakfast is great. The rooms were good although the lights were really low. The staff were really nice! Beautiful pool. The sunset is really great!

We spent two nights at Masseria Muzza and it was absolutely spectacular! The food at the hotel was amazing breakfast and dinner. The room was exceptional, clean and very warm and inviting. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and it is very centrally located to visit many beautiful and important places in Puglia. They even have a shuttle that takes you into Otranto so you don’t have to drive. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a five star stay in this area.

Very disappointing… we paid almost 1300 EUR per night for a room that was not up to the standards you would expect from a 5 stars… check/in was disastrous and we had to wait a long time outside the gate (late arrival around 1100pm) and the receptionist had no clue about the process. Room was made in late afternoon… no way this hotel deserves the 1 Michelin key. Our daughter and her husband waited 1.5 hours for the room service for ultimately receiving the wrong food. Pizzeria was indicated as open but is now open once a week …

Amazing experience and great little corner of Puglia! Otranto, the neighboring town is a charming little waterfront town, and the hotel very well located and with easy Mercedes vans to get around the surrounding beaches, Otranto and other local restaurants. The Value of meals and drinks in the hotel are what you would expect from this level of hotel, so plan accordingly. The hotel has a great list of activities to do around the area and coordinates everything with you perfectly. Easy and rapid communication always via WhatsApp. The hotel is small with about 40 rooms, mostly families, Amazing breakfast - Great service from all, Ambra, Veronica, Matteo, Riccardo. The pool is large and perfect temperature, with great poolside service from Mauro and Luca. The kids had a great cooking class with Cristian that we all enjoyed tremendously. Ivana and Silvia at the front desk are available for all necessities, of extreme professionalism and efficiency. The rooms are large and comfortable, with great showers and very efficient A/C. Everything is sparkling clean and perfect condition, with amazing Aqua Di Parma products in the bathroom.
