Amazing experience and great little corner of Puglia! Otranto, the neighboring town is a charming little waterfront town, and the hotel very well located and with easy Mercedes vans to get around the surrounding beaches, Otranto and other local restaurants. The Value of meals and drinks in the hotel are what you would expect from this level of hotel, so plan accordingly. The hotel has a great list of activities to do around the area and coordinates everything with you perfectly. Easy and rapid communication always via WhatsApp. The hotel is small with about 40 rooms, mostly families, Amazing breakfast - Great service from all, Ambra, Veronica, Matteo, Riccardo. The pool is large and perfect temperature, with great poolside service from Mauro and Luca. The kids had a great cooking class with Cristian that we all enjoyed tremendously. Ivana and Silvia at the front desk are available for all necessities, of extreme professionalism and efficiency. The rooms are large and comfortable, with great showers and very efficient A/C. Everything is sparkling clean and perfect condition, with amazing Aqua Di Parma products in the bathroom.

We recently enjoyed a lovely 10 day stay at the Baglioni Masseria Muzza in Puglia. Overall the stay was very pleasant, staff were exceptionally friendly, food was good although breakfast buffet could have been of slightly better quality. There's a complimentary shuttle service to the beach or Otranto which is 10 mins away from the resort. Our room unfortunately was very much on the tired side of 'rustic chic' and badly needly a fresh paint and repair i.e. mosquito netting on our window was badly damaged previously. There was an infestation issue which the resort dealt with by fumigating the entire resort one evening. We had a repeated ant issue in our room which too several days to address. Overall I would have scored the resort higher, however the standard of accommodation didnt live up to it's five star rating nor justify the very high nighty rate. Outside of the quality of the accommodation we had a very enjoyable stay in Puglia.

We were given two junior suites for our family. Every room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was given every morning in a beautiful setting. The staff were gracious and attentive. We loved every minute there and look forward to going back.

Fantastic Service from the moment we arrived. Everything we needed was taken care of. From shuttles to Ortanto or the beach, towels for the boat trip, water when needed, 2 mins to clean up a bottle i dropped. Nothing was too much trouble. The resort is calm and relaxing. We both loved the accommodation and had great sleep at night in cool white interiors. We had a deluxe room that was perfect for us, worth noting the staircase to a mezzanine for sleeping with bathroom downstairs. Breakfast was amazing. We had a continental included, it was way more than a typical continental. Huge selection of fruit, breads, pastries, cheeses, hot foods, juices and eggs anyway to order. Fantastic pool for afternoons relaxing after travelling. The hotel is located away from Ortranto by 10 mins but they are amazing at coming to collect/ drop off in a lovely shuttle. Bar cocktails and service were perfect.

Staff outstanding. Shuttle to Otranto good, might work better if they had standard times eg on the hour from hotel and they leave promptly, then on half hour back? Pool lovely with views of nearby lake, excellent service there. Restaurant breakfast excellent. We did not see many people eat dinner there, I suspect as it is costs more than double any other nearby restaurant which is a shame as it would probably mean more people used the bar too, and create a nice atmosphere. Our room was spacious and clean. Lovely bathroom. The air con didn’t seem to work properly and the room smelt a bit damp at times, they did offer to move us but we were only there a few nights and had unpacked a lot of stuff so we didn’t bother.
