I have been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff are amazing and the hotel is a unique and understated gem. It’s close to everything and instantly relaxing once you are in the front door.

One Night in the City
This is my second time staying at the Arc Hotel and this time around my room got upgraded. Although this trip was partially for work I enjoyed the night in a bigger space. I had dinner and breakfast (breakfast was covered by a voucher) in the lounge and enjoyed both meals. I especially recommend the ARC french toast.

Fully recommend for Business and Tourists!
This is an overdue post, I stayed at the Arc during a quick business trip in April. I have to say this will probably be where I choose to stay next whenever I am in Ottawa. The location, price, and service were excellent. They also had a delicious breakfast (honestly top 10 I've had in hotel), comfortable beds, and above all was super clean. I am quite picky about that when staying in hotels, specially because some hotels in Ottawa had issues. But room impeccable.

Comfortable hotel with great staff
This is a comfortable hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are well appointed and the bathrooms are well maintained with good amenities. The hotel is located a walk from restaurants and supermarkets as well as many of the major sights in the city. We enjoyed our 2 night stay here.
