Anniversary weekend getaway
It was a memorable weekend getaway. All of the front desk and concierge staff were so positive and friendly. They always said hello and goodbye each time we entered and left the hotel.The staff went over and above to make the room extra special for our celebration from the two swans made out of bathroom towrls on the bed to complimentary treats, individual red wine and the staff signed Happy Anniversary keepsake page. Thank you for making this extra special!

Don't leave anything behind!
Unfortunately this hotel decided to give my travel adapter that I left behind to another guest while it was stored at the front desk because I was supposed to pick it up. I drove to the hotel from Montreal, parked my car and waited for 45 minutes what was supposed to be a quick pick up. They could not find the adapter. I was not happy at all cause I spend another 4 weeks in Canada without an adapter. I asked them to at least reimburse me for the costs. They wanted me to proof to them what I paid for the adapter, I had to show them an invoice....Since then I have emailed 3 times and even filled out an official complaint. But I have never heard from them again. So I lost my expensive adapter, paid for gass and parking to pick it up and they are not even responding.This is not how you treat your guests. So if a guest leaves something behind you will never get it back or hear from them again. And if the guest reaches out because the hotel is not responding they will ghost you.

Canadian owned and great vibe
I have been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff are amazing and the hotel is a unique and understated gem. It’s close to everything and instantly relaxing once you are in the front door.

One Night in the City
This is my second time staying at the Arc Hotel and this time around my room got upgraded. Although this trip was partially for work I enjoyed the night in a bigger space. I had dinner and breakfast (breakfast was covered by a voucher) in the lounge and enjoyed both meals. I especially recommend the ARC french toast.
