Just perfect for a two night getaway.

Great hotel! Perfect location for touring the area. Easy and quick walk to Parliament, Byward Market, National Arts Centre, and so more. We had a wonderful two night getaway!!! The room was very clean, and pleasant to be in. No complaints. Every staff member we connected with was always friendly from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. LOVED the safety of the elevators in this downtown area. Great job Westin hotels. I felt safe every time we needed an elevator. Thrilled that the hotel was connected to the Rideau Centre too and our party had two amazing breakfasts there as well. We will be back again.

Good Hotel Stay Overall... less a large fly in room.

Overall a good hotel experience that lives up to the Westin / Marriott Bonvoy Status. The complimentary in-room bottled water replenished daily was a plus, and unlike other hotels - dry skin was not an issue this time round thanks to the lotions and soaps. The only negative was that a large fly got into my room on the tenth floor - and a sealed room should not have a fly in it... considering is central AC.

Very dated and worn out rooms. Smelly rooms and hallways. Pleasant staff and great location but nothing special about this hotel. Suspect too many hockey tournaments have stayed here over the years as we did back in 2018 when it was much fresher.

Sunrise run from Ontario to Quebec - right out the hotel doors!

Lovely hotel! Great location - walking distance to good food, local market. Walked out the door and had a fantastic sunrise run INTO QUEBEC (so fun!) and back. How often can you say that??? Room was sparkling clean. My colleagues stayed at the Fairmont across the street - which was possibly more grand and prestigious, but it sounds like the amenities were better, rooms were more modern and facilities overall nicer at the Westin.

Right in the heart of downtown

Great spot! Parking underground was $30 for 24hrs. *Pay before you leave the spot-no in and out privileges. You can opt to pay hourly, if you plan to be in and out. There are other public parking lots nearby that may be cheaper, I did not use them this trip. The hotel (and parking) is connected the mall and Rogers Centre which makes going to either very easy from the space. The hotel was clean and rooms well kept. Bed was comfortable and internet seemed fine. Many things to do within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would visit again.
